本发明公开了一种耐寒天然橡胶配方,其特征在于:按重量份计,由以下组分组成:天然橡胶100份;氧化锌5~10份;硬脂酸1~2份;炭黑20~40份;耐寒增塑剂10~20份;防老剂3.5~5份;硫化剂3~5份。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明经-50℃低温试验,用该耐寒配方制作的橡胶膜板具有良好的气动灵敏性。在实际使用中满足铁路货车制动阀橡胶密封膜板的低温要求,解决了橡胶膜板冬季低温灵敏度差的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐寒天然橡胶配方,属于化工技术领域。
背景技术
目前,铁道货车空气制动阀的橡胶膜板,在运输过程中,因我国南北地区跨度较大,在冬季低温情况下,传统的橡胶膜板会变得僵硬,制动灵敏度较差,不能满足铁路货车制动阀橡胶密封膜板的低温要求。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种耐寒天然橡胶配方,解决了传统橡胶膜板在低温下弹性变差,膜板变得僵硬,制动灵敏度较差的问题。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种耐寒天然橡胶配方,其特征在于:按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
天然橡胶100份;
氧化锌5~10份;
硬脂酸1~2份;
炭黑20~40份;
耐寒增塑剂10~20份;
防老剂3.5~5份;
硫化剂3~5份。
本发明的耐寒天然橡胶拉伸强度:20~30MPa;扯断伸长率:500~800%;硬度:40~50Shore A;低温脆性:-55℃~-60℃,压缩耐寒系数(-50℃):0.6~0.7。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明经-50℃低温试验,用该耐寒配方制作的橡胶膜板具有良好的气动灵敏性。在实际使用中满足铁路货车制动阀橡胶密封膜板的低温要求,解决了橡胶膜板冬季低温灵敏度差的问题。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
一种耐寒天然橡胶配方,其特征在于:按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
天然橡胶100份;
氧化锌5~10份;
硬脂酸1~2份;
炭黑20~40份;
耐寒增塑剂10~20份;
防老剂3.5~5份;
硫化剂3~5份。
本发明的耐寒天然橡胶拉伸强度:20~30MPa;扯断伸长率:500~800%;硬度:40~50Shore A;低温脆性:-55℃~-60℃,压缩耐寒系数(-50℃):0.6~0.7。
用该天然胶配方制造的货车空气制动阀膜板,低温弹性好,在低温使用密封及灵敏度优异,膜板通过了齐齐哈尔低温冷冻站的低温性能要求,在实际使用中很好地解决了膜板低温弹性差,制动和缓解不灵敏的问题。
