Abstract

本发明一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴涉及的是一种用于一种将高压介质转换成低压微小雾化状态,与第二种介质混合,达到均匀混合为目的的喷嘴,也可以适用锅炉高压减温水减温或在其他需要类似雾化混合的场合。包括喷嘴壳体、流量孔板、多级减压套和双锥面喷嘴头;喷嘴壳体后端外螺纹,喷嘴壳体顶部有内孔和内螺纹;喷嘴壳体后端螺纹与其他设备连接;内孔安装有流量孔板、多级减压套和双锥面喷嘴头;流量孔板安装在喷嘴后端,多级减压套安装在流量孔板上;多级减压套设置有B流量孔和20°旋转切角流道组成;双锥面喷嘴头有外螺纹与喷嘴壳体顶部内螺纹匹配,双锥面喷嘴头上有固定孔;通过双锥面喷嘴头上固定孔拧紧螺纹固定其他部件。

多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴
技术领域
本发明多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴涉及的是一种将高压介质转换成低压微小雾化状态,与第二种介质混合,达到均匀混合为目的的喷嘴,特别适用锅炉高压减温水与低压高温蒸汽混合减温场合。
背景技术
在石油、化工或钢铁等重工业中,经常会遇到介质高压迅速转化低压场合,多种介质以及辅料在低压工况下的精确混合,而且高压下的设备造价高昂,使用寿命很短。普通喷嘴在高压情况下冲刷严重而且没有控制流量等组件,需要另行匹配控制单元。
发明内容         
本发明的目的是针对上述不足之处提供一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴。在高压介质进入喷嘴后首先通过喷嘴后端流量控制部件,得到精确流量;然后经过多转角减压,最后通过20°旋转切角流道,同时因经过多级减压,输出的是低压介质,减少喷嘴的冲刷,大幅提高使用寿命,采用20°旋转切角流道最大化保证出口状态的雾化效果。本发明是流量控制,多级减压以及雾化介质集成一体的多功能喷头。
一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴包括喷嘴壳体、流量孔板、多级减压套和双锥面喷嘴头;喷嘴壳体后端外螺纹,喷嘴壳体顶部设置有内孔和内螺纹;喷嘴壳体后端外螺纹与其他设备连接;内孔安装有流量孔板、多级减压套和双锥面喷嘴头;流量孔板安装在双锥面喷嘴后端,多级减压套安装在流量孔板上;多级减压套设置有B流量孔和20°旋转切角流道,所述的20°旋转切角是指流道轴线与垂直轴线夹角;双锥面喷嘴头有外螺纹与喷嘴壳体顶部内螺纹匹配,双锥面喷嘴头上有固定孔;通过双锥面喷嘴头上固定孔拧紧螺纹固定其他部件。
所述的喷嘴壳体后端为螺纹或者其他连接方式。
所述的流量孔板上设置有A流量孔,所述的流量孔板上至少设置有3个A流量孔,所述流量孔板根据具体流量决定孔的数量,A流量孔的形状可以是圆形、方形或者其他形状。
所述的多级减压套一端是方形或圆孔形或其他形状流量通道,流通面积与流量孔板流通面积相同。
所述的多级减压套另一端是20°旋转切角流道,20°是指流道轴线与垂直轴线夹角,切角面积与流量孔板流通面积相同,切角流道数量可以是1条或者多条。
所述的多级减压套外圆与喷嘴壳体,内孔有间隙,间隙总面积与流量孔板流通面积相同。
所述的双锥面喷嘴头两端锥面为交角140°,中间孔流通面积与流量孔板流通面积相同。
所述的双锥面喷嘴头一端面有固定孔,用于拧紧螺纹,数量为2个或多个。
所述喷嘴的固定方式采用螺纹连接或者焊接或者其他连接方式
工作原理:
一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴在工作时,高压介质进入喷嘴后首先通过喷嘴后端流量孔板,然后经过多级减压套多转角减压,最后通过20°旋转切角流道,得到精确流量,同时因经过多级减压,输出的是低压介质。喷嘴含有流量孔板,可以根据实际流量需要更换。介质经过多级减压和20°旋转切角流道旋转后,在喷头流出低压的雾化介质。
发明优点:本发明通过加入流量孔板控制介质流量,流量孔板的流量面积可以根据实际需要加工。多级减压套的多转角设计保证高压进入,低压输出,最大限度的保证喷头的使用寿命。20°旋转切角流道和140°双锥面的喷嘴头,让介质在喷出时处于旋转雾化状态,与主料更好的混合。
本发明集成流量控制部件,采用多级减压,能大大提高使用寿命。同时采用20°旋转切角流道,增加介质出口雾化效果,便于和高温低压蒸汽均匀混合,节省原料。
本发明是流量控制,多级减压以及雾化介质集成一体的多功能喷头。全部采用可更换,模块化设计,无需另外增加减压或流量控制部件。随着市场对产品可控性和集成度要求的提高,本发明能充分满足更广的市场需求。本发明在实际应用中可以适应更多的工作场合比如透平***、锅炉***等蒸汽场合,多种介质的高、低压混合等。随着对提高能源利用率的要求,本发明具有广阔的前景。

具体实施方式
参照附图1,一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴包括喷嘴壳体1、流量孔板2、多级减压套3和双锥面喷嘴头5;喷嘴壳体1后端外螺纹5,喷嘴壳体1顶部设置有内孔和内螺纹;喷嘴壳体1后端外螺纹5与其他设备连接;内孔安装有流量孔板2、多级减压套3和双锥面喷嘴头5;流量孔板2安装在双锥面喷嘴5后端,多级减压套3安装在流量孔板2上;多级减压套3设置有B流量孔7和20°旋转切角流道8,所述的20°旋转切角是指流道轴线与垂直轴线夹角;双锥面喷嘴头5有外螺纹与喷嘴壳体顶部内螺纹匹配,双锥面喷嘴头5上有固定孔;通过双锥面喷嘴头5上固定孔拧紧螺纹固定其他部件。
所述的流量孔板2上有控制流量的A流量孔6;多级减压套3一端有B流量孔7,另一端为20°旋转切角流道8;双锥面喷嘴头4两端为140°双锥面9,中间为流量孔,其中一段上有拧紧用固定孔10。
所述的流量孔板2上设置有A流量孔6,所述的流量孔板2上至少设置有3个A流量孔6,所述流量孔板2根据具体流量决定孔的数量,A流量孔6的形状可以是圆形、方形或者其他形状。
所述的流量孔板2上的A流量孔6,为控制流量,数量、形状可根据实际流量需求布置。
所述的多级减压套3一端是方形或圆孔形或其他形状流量通道,流通面积与流量孔板流通面积相同,另一端是旋转切角流道8,水平轴线与垂直轴线夹角20°,也可根据实际情况调整角度范围。
所述的多级减压套3一端是20°旋转切角流道8,水平轴线与垂直轴线夹角20°,实际运用中可根据旋转和雾化情况做出适当调整。
所述A流量孔6、B流量孔7、20°旋转切角流道8以及双锥面喷嘴头4四者的流通面积应一致。
所述的双锥面喷嘴头4与喷嘴壳体1采用螺纹连接,并采用固定孔10拧紧,或者采用焊接等其他方式连接。
所述喷嘴壳体1、流量孔板2,多级减压套3,和双锥面喷嘴头4采用锻件或者棒料加工成型,相应材质可根据实际情况选择不限于特定材质。
实施例:
一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴在工作时,喷嘴壳体1与外部设备相连,高压介质先进入流量孔板2,加工一定数量和形状的A流量孔6得到所需的控制流量。
高压介质通过多级减压套3一端为B流量孔7,起到一级转角降压的作用,在通过20°旋转切角8达到多级减压目的,旋转切角的角度采用水平轴线与垂直轴线夹角20°,以达到最佳旋转角度。
双锥面喷嘴头4采用两端为140°双锥面9,便于旋转介质发散,到达最佳雾化效果。双锥面喷嘴头4有外螺纹与喷嘴壳体1内螺纹匹配,通过固定孔10拧紧双锥面喷嘴头4。
上述实施例其展示的是一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴,注重是流量控制,多级减压以及雾化介质一体式解决喷头。本发明展示的是利用本发明生产类似以实现本发明的目的和特征的一种装置,本发明的一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴在于节约成本和解决高压工况下喷头容易冲刷的情况。在高压介质混合、高压减温等场合中经常出现,本发明体现一种全新的一体式解决思路,上述实施仅仅是本发明的一个具体表现,而不应视为收到实施例的描述限制。由于本领域技术人员可以通过本发明为基础进行很多简单的修改和变动,因此本发明将不限制具体到结构、操作和描述,类似适当修改或者等同物均在所附的权利要求范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴,其特征在于:包括喷嘴壳体、流量孔板、多级减压套和双锥面喷嘴头;喷嘴壳体后端外螺纹,喷嘴壳体顶部有内孔和内螺纹;喷嘴壳体后端外螺纹与其他设备连接;内孔安装有流量孔板、多级减压套和双锥面喷嘴头;流量孔板安装在双锥面喷嘴后端,多级减压套安装在流量孔板上;多级减压套设置有B流量孔和20°旋转切角流道;双锥面喷嘴头有外螺纹与喷嘴壳体顶部内螺纹匹配,双锥面喷嘴头上有固定孔;通过双锥面喷嘴头上固定孔拧紧螺纹固定其他部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴,其特征在于:所述的流量孔板上设置有A流量孔,所述的流量孔板上至少设置有3个A流量孔,所述流量孔板根据具体流量决定孔的数量,A流量孔的形状可以是圆形、方形或者其他形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴,其特征在于:多级减压套一端是方形或圆孔形或其他形状流量通道,流通面积与流量孔板流通面积相同,另一端是旋转切角,水平轴线与垂直轴线夹角20°,也可根据实际情况调整角度范围。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴,其特征在于:所述流量孔板、多级减压套和喷头三者的流通面积一致。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴,其特征在于:所述的双锥面喷嘴头两端为140°双锥面,中间为流量孔,其中一段上有拧紧用固定孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多级减压及微小流量雾化喷嘴,其特征在于:所述的双锥面喷嘴头与喷嘴壳体采用螺纹连接,并采用固定孔拧紧或者采用焊接等其他方式连接。
