Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于冷却和加热的圆筒构件,包括一块绕轴弯曲成圆筒形的板状型材本体,板状型材本体的两个端面焊接固定,板状型材本体设置有由多个沿轴并列的通孔构成的流体通道组,流体通道组设置有流体通道组进口和流体通道组出口,优点在于使用一块绕轴弯曲成圆筒形的板状型材本体,将板状型材本体的两个端面焊接固定,而在板状型材本体设置由多个沿轴并列的通孔构成的流体通道组,流体通道组设置有流体通道组进口和流体通道组出口,不仅冷却效果大大提高,而且大大方便了加工,加工成本和材料成本都大幅度降低;在同样的筒体壁厚的情况下,整个构件的刚性也大大增加;通过拉伸出相应的型材,使用简单的弯板模具即能够完成加工。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种筒状构件,尤其是涉及一种用于冷却和加热的圆筒构件。
背景技术
现有的筒状构件在许多情况下要用于需要冷却和加热的场合。如电机的壳体通常需要进行冷却。而许多盛放液体的容器不仅需要冷却,也需要加热。目前的结构主要是以下几种:一是利用型材进行加工,但其中的管路通常只能是直管,水路结构复杂、成本高且会影响壳体的刚性;二是埋管式加工,将冷却管预埋入壁厚中,这种加工工艺复杂,且需要成本较高的模具投入才能实现;三是套接式加工,即在两层壳体之间设置冷却管,这种结构刚性较差,且成本较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种加工方便、成本低、刚性好且冷却效果好,的用于冷却和加热的圆筒构件。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种用于冷却和加热的圆筒构件,包括一块绕轴弯曲成圆筒形的板状型材本体,所述的板状型材本体的两个端面焊接固定,所述的板状型材本体设置有由多个沿轴并列的通孔构成的流体通道组,所述的流体通道组设置有流体通道组进口和流体通道组出口。
所述的通孔设置有通孔进口和通孔出口,所述的流体通道组进口设置在所述的板状型材本体的一端并与所有的所述的通孔进口连通,所述的流体通道组出口设置在所述的板状型材本体的另一端并与所有的所述的通孔出口连通。
所述的流体通道组进口的截面积等于所有的所述的通孔进口的截面积之和,所述的流体通道组出口的截面积等于所有的所述的通孔出口的截面积之和。
所述的通孔设置有通孔进口和通孔出口,所述的通孔进口和所述的通孔出口分别设置在所述的板状型材本体的两个端面,相邻的所述的通孔的通孔进口与通孔出口相互连通,所述的流体通道组进口设置在第一个通孔的通孔进口,所述的流体通道组出口设置在最后一个通孔的通孔出口。
对于同一个所述的通孔,所述的通孔进口与所述的通孔出口相互错开,相邻的所述的通孔的通孔进口与通孔出口相互对齐。
所述的流体通道组进口由两排通孔进口构成,所述的流体通道组出口由两排通孔出口构成,所述的通孔进口设置在所述的板状型材本体外表面,所述的通孔出口对称设置在所述的通孔进口背面的所述的板状型材本体外表面。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于使用一块绕轴弯曲成圆筒形的板状型材本体,将板状型材本体的两个端面焊接固定,而在板状型材本体设置由多个沿轴并列的通孔构成的流体通道组,流体通道组设置有流体通道组进口和流体通道组出口,不仅冷却效果大大提高,而且大大方便了加工,加工成本和材料成本都大幅度降低;同时,相对于现有技术,在同样的筒体壁厚的情况下,整个构件的刚性也大大增加;本发明通过拉伸出相应的型材,然后使用简单的弯板模具并在一个面上进行焊接即能够完成加工;而流体通道组进口与所有的通孔进口连通,流体通道组出口与所有的通孔出口连通,则可以大大增加冷却流体的通过量,进一步有效提高冷却效率;。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一:一种用于冷却和加热的圆筒构件,包括一块绕轴弯曲成圆筒形的板状型材本体1,板状型材本体1设置有由多个沿轴并列的通孔2构成的流体通道组,通孔2设置有通孔进口21和通孔出口22,板状型材本体1的一端设置有流体通道组进口3,板状型材本体1的另一端设置有流体通道组出口4,板状型材本体1的两个端面焊接固定,流体通道组进口3与所有的通孔进口21连通,流体通道组出口4与所有的通孔出口22连通,流体通道组进口3的截面积等于所有的通孔进口21的截面积之和,流体通道组出口4的截面积等于所有的通孔出口22的截面积之和。
实施例二:一种用于冷却和加热的圆筒构件,包括一块绕轴弯曲成圆筒形的板状型材本体1,板状型材本体1设置有由多个沿轴并列的通孔2构成的流体通道组,通孔2设置有通孔进口21和通孔出口22,通孔进口21和通孔出口22分别设置在板状型材本体1的两个端面上,对于同一个通孔2,通孔进口21与通孔出口22相互错开,相邻的通孔2的通孔进口21与通孔出口22相互对齐,板状型材本体1的两个端面焊接固定,此时,相邻的通孔2的通孔进口21与通孔出口22相互连通,使得在第一个通孔2的通孔进口21到最后一个通孔2的通孔出口22之间形成流体通道,而流体通道组进口3则设置在第一个通孔2的通孔进口21处,流体通道组出口4则设置在最后一个通孔2的通孔出口22处。
实施例三:一种用于冷却和加热的圆筒构件,包括一块绕轴弯曲成圆筒形的板状型材本体1,板状型材本体1设置有由多个沿轴并列的通孔2构成的流体通道组,板状型材本体1的两个端面焊接固定,使通孔2成为一个闭合的环形通孔,此时,在板状型材本体1外表面设置两排通孔进口21来构成流体通道组进口,而在通孔进口21对称背面的板状型材本体1外表面设置两排通孔出口22来构成流体通道组出口,这种结构比较适合于气体冷却,只要在通孔进口21外设置风扇5,就可以将冷却气体从通孔进口21吹入,而从通孔出口22吹出。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于冷却和加热的圆筒构件,其特征在于包括一块绕轴弯曲成圆筒形的板状型材本体,所述的板状型材本体的两个端面焊接固定,所述的板状型材本体设置有由多个沿轴并列的通孔构成的流体通道组,所述的流体通道组设置有流体通道组进口和流体通道组出口。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于冷却和加热的圆筒构件,其特征在于所述的通孔设置有通孔进口和通孔出口,所述的流体通道组进口设置在所述的板状型材本体的一端并与所有的所述的通孔进口连通,所述的流体通道组出口设置在所述的板状型材本体的另一端并与所有的所述的通孔出口连通。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种用于冷却和加热的圆筒构件,其特征在于所述的流体通道组进口的截面积等于所有的所述的通孔进口的截面积之和,所述的流体通道组出口的截面积等于所有的所述的通孔出口的截面积之和。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于冷却和加热的圆筒构件,其特征在于所述的通孔设置有通孔进口和通孔出口,所述的通孔进口和所述的通孔出口分别设置在所述的板状型材本体的两个端面,相邻的所述的通孔的通孔进口与通孔出口相互连通,所述的流体通道组进口设置在第一个通孔的通孔进口,所述的流体通道组出口设置在最后一个通孔的通孔出口。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种用于冷却和加热的圆筒构件,其特征在于对于同一个所述的通孔,所述的通孔进口与所述的通孔出口相互错开,相邻的所述的通孔的通孔进口与通孔出口相互对齐。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种用于冷却和加热的圆筒构件,其特征在于所述的流体通道组进口由两排通孔进口构成,所述的流体通道组出口由两排通孔出口构成,所述的通孔进口设置在所述的板状型材本体外表面,所述的通孔出口对称设置在所述的通孔进口背面的所述的板状型材本体外表面。
