Abstract

本发明为一种可熔焊塑性材料管件的焊接装置及其焊接方法,用于此焊接装置的管接头或管段及用此装置制成的管件。此装置包括一金属平板及其加热装置。还有用导热材料制成的用来加热第一管子的侧表面的第一部件,其内有起定心销作用的用非导热材料制成的中心部件,还有一第二部件,其形状与被焊的管子或接头的形状相配合。还有用于将第一和第二部件与平板相连接的连接装置。

Description

本发明涉及一种用于焊接可熔焊塑性管件的焊接装置,还涉及使用此装置的方法、用于此装置的特制管接头,同时也涉及使用所述装置及采用所述焊接方法所获得的预制管件。
本发明尤其涉及多分支总管或其一部分的制造,或涉及用于分配水或其他液体的设备,所述的设备有采用本发明的装置所获得的特殊接头,多分支总管接头部件用可熔焊塑料,比如聚乙烯、聚丙烯等制成。
此类多分支总管或分支连接件可用于各类用来分配热的和/或冷的流体的设备里,无论开式管路或闭式回路,比如用于加热或冷却设备、灌溉设备等等。
一种特定的应用是用于热辐射板加热设备,其中的设备有塑料盘管,埋置在混凝土铸件或其他砖石砌成件里,也可埋于岸堤里(比如用于农业)。
目前,水分配***的多分支总管与盘管或其它设备分支件(两者都用塑料管或带有塑料支管的金属管制成)之间的连接都是采用各类接头(比如压力接头、螺纹接头或钩挂接头等)或其组合实现的。
这类连接有一些不同的缺点,比如过一段时间密封会失效,甚至有时密封立刻就失效。
因此,想到了采用将连接部分熔化而不用焊接材料的焊接方法。
在某些设备中,比如污水***中,采用的装置及焊接过程是将待连接的表面和电加热的金属表面接触,使之初步熔化,然后使加热的表面相互接触并施加一定的压力而焊接到一起。
具体地说,目前采用的一种方法是利用一块具有两个平行表面的金属板或“镜子”,利用电阻将其表面加热到所需要的温度。
这种步骤及有关装置用于进行平面表面间的对头焊接较为有利。
如果需要实现管子或多分支总管与分支管之间的焊接,比如上述设备就常有这个要求,就不可能对分支管或盘管的部分进行焊接操作。
尤其是,当采用多分支总管和盘管之间直接焊接的办法时,多分支总管会因热膨胀而发生长度变化,盘管阻塞在砖石结构里而不能横向移动。由于这个原因,在连接区域就产生了相关应力。
而且,在两个壁厚均匀的中空圆柱体的交界面的对应位置进行焊接,比如在多分支总管和盘管之间进行焊接时,焊接的接触表面是一条沿最小管子的周边的变宽度带,此宽度从与管子本身的厚度相等的最小宽度向更大值变化,这样沿整个轮廓形成了不均匀的熔化,从而焊接质量差。
基于上面所讨论的观点,本申请人设计了一种可以焊接两个管件的装置,两管子形成一定角度也可熔焊。此装置可获得最佳焊接,当对设备进行管路铺设时,焊缝本身被限制成接头和盘管或任何其它部件间的简单的对焊。
通过避免将盘管直接焊在多分支总管上,以及提供由多分支总管和接头制成的预制件,随后预制件采用常规方法与盘管简单对焊,达到上述及其他的结果,并能使多分支总管和接头之间的焊接绝对均匀。
本发明的另一个目的是通过压铸制造接头,此接头的一端焊于多分支总管或管子的一部分,这一端具有适当的形状,以便与多分支总管的圆柱形表面精确吻接,并有从焊接于多分支总管的那一端开始的第一部分,其厚度沿其轮廓变化。
因此,本发明的一个特定目的是提供一种用来焊接可熔焊塑料制成的管件的装置,此装置包括具有平行平面表面的金属板,并有用来加热所述平行表面的加热装置,还包括用导热材料制成的用来熔化第一管子的所述表面的第一部件,所述部件的形状使接触表面在最大应力区的宽度基本不变且熔化宽度最大,同时此部件还具有用不传热材料制成的中心部件,此部件在熔化过程中***所述第一管子的孔中起定心销的作用;还包括用导热材料制成的第二部件,其形状与一个待对焊到第一管子的横向表面上的管子或接头上预制的形状相结合,并与由第一部件在第一管子上形成的熔化表面相对应。所述第一和第二部件的背部平面和一块平板相接触,并有用于与所述平板的表面相贴合的构件。
所述第一和第二部件最好是用钢或铝制成,并可涂以聚四氟乙烯或其它类似惰性材料。
为了方便,第一部件的横截面外廓为椭圆形,其周边在对应椭园短轴的位置上***,***部位的厚度小于对应于椭园长轴处的厚度。
根据本发明,中心部件位于所述第一部件内,它由耐熔材料制成,以螺纹拧入所述第一部件。
再根据本发明,用于使第一和第二部件与平板贴合的构件可以是一个穿过第一部件后表面的螺钉,它穿过所述平板的孔而拧入所述第二部件上的螺纹孔。
另外,本发明的另一个目的是提供一种用于焊接塑性材料可熔焊管件的方法,此方法包括下列步骤:
-将带有定心销的第一部件和第二部件装在所述平板的相反平表面上;
-加热所述平板,从而加热第一和第二部件;
-将第一管子的横向表面与第一部件的用于熔化塑性材料的表面相接触,所述的横向表面的待熔化部分预先用刮削工具钻孔并刮去氧化层。
-将一个管段的端头表面和第二部件的熔化用表面相接触,此端头应预先成形;
-先加热而不加压,直到待熔的两部分初步熔化;随后,
-使两个熔化了的表面相接触并加压,保持几秒钟,等待熔化的材料凝固到一起。
本发明的再一个目的是提供直的或弯的接头件,其端头制成对应于所述第二部件的形状,所述接头件有一个园柱形横截面,用于通过焊接操作而与盘管或其它任何部件实现对焊。
而且,利用本发明的装置及方法制造的管件也应包括在本工业发明专利申请的优先权领域及范围内,所述管件至少包含一个焊有至少一个接头管的多分支总管,所述接头管的内圆形横截面及外横截面在对应于焊接区的部位的形状使对应于最大应力区的部位的接触表面的宽度大致不变,且壁厚最大。
上面所揭示的所述接头管可以是直的,也可以是弯的,最好在对应于焊接区的部位是椭圆形横截面。

本发明的焊接装置示于图1至图8。
它包括一块具有平行表面1′和1″的金属板或“镜子”1,而且其中有一些电阻件(未示)用来加热表面1′和1″到所需要的温度。
第一部件2(如图1所示)具有一熔化用表面2′,它可以使多分支总管在对应于和接头的焊接区的部位形成一个带状接触表面,其宽度沿多分支总管本身的周边变化,其最小厚度与多分支总管或支管的厚度相等,在多分支总管的纵轴方向较厚。
第一部件2由导热材料制成,比如用钢或铝。
与表面2′相反的表面2″是与平板1的表面1′相贴合的平表面。
用于容纳螺钉(未示)头的凹坑3位于部件2内部,所述的螺钉穿过孔4***平板1的孔5。
中心部件6位于部件2的内腔里,突出于表面2′,其直径适于在连接接头处和多分支总管上的孔洞相配合。
所述中心部件6用陶瓷类绝缘材料制成,它可使要焊接的多分支总管的焊接区正确定位。
本发明的装置还包括第二部件7(参看图2、图7和图8),其熔化用表面7′和接头的焊接端的内孔正好相配合,又从图10-15可以明显看出,接头本身具有一个和多分支总管或管段上的焊接表面完全吻合的焊接表面。
而且,所述部件7还有和平板1的表面1″贴合的平表面7″,而且有一螺纹孔8,且来旋入上面提到的螺钉。
部件7也用导热性好的材料制成。
在全部上述部件装配完毕后,就可用本发明的装置进行焊接操作,用电阻件对装置本身进行加热,使多分支总管的接头区和部件2的表面2′相接触,使接头管的焊接表面和所述部件7的表面7′接触;在待焊的两个表面达到初步熔化后,使此两个表面相接触并施加一定的压力,以获得完好的焊缝。
用本发明之装置焊接成的产品实例示于图9-16。
特别是,图9示出了带有两个接头的多分支总管9,其中一个是直的,用数字10标出,另一个是弯的,用数字11标出。
本发明的特殊接头(直的或弯的)示于图10-15,根据所需形状事先制好适当形状的压模,就可用工业上已通用的机器采用压铸的方法制造这些接头。
可以看到,从多分支总管9的焊接区开始接头10或11(同时参看图1-16)的第一段的外壁的厚度沿轮廓变化。因此,接头10或11有一个由两个同轴圆柱面限定的壁,里面一个圆柱面具有园形横截面,而外面一个具有椭圆形横截面,与接头将要焊到其上的多分支总管壁上的凹形椭圆头部相配合。
这样,对应于焊缝最大机械应力区的壁厚为最大,而宽度比接头管厚度大的接触区处的厚度为最小。这样,接头10或11和多分支总管9之间的接触带的宽度基本不变。
接头10或11的自由端为圆形横截面,这样就可仅通过对头焊与盘管(未示)相焊接。
图16示出了多分支总管9和接头10(或11)之间在对应于孔12处的焊接结果。
上面结合最佳实施例揭示了本发明,但应当理解,本技术领域的熟练人员可以在不违背本发明的权利要求中所提出的精神和范围的前提下进行修改或/和变化。

1、一种用于焊接可熔焊塑性材料的管件的装置,所述的装置包括一块具有两个平行表面的金属平板,并有加热所述平板表面的装置,其特征在于,它还包括一个由导热材料制成的第一部件,用于熔化第一管子的侧表面,其形状适于形成一个基本不变的接触面,在对应于焊缝的最大应力区的熔化厚度为最小,所述的第一部件还有一个用非导热材料制成的中心部件,在熔化时***所述第一管子的内孔中而起定心销的作用;还包括一个用导热材料制成的第二部件,其形状与将要对焊到第一管子侧表面上的管子或接头上预先制成的形状相配合,并对应于由所述第一部件使所述第一管子上形成的熔化表面;所述第一和第二部件都具有一个与所述平板相接触的背表面,同时具有用来与所述平板的平表面相贴合的装置。
2、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述的第一和第二部件为用钢或铝制成。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述的第一和第二部件涂有聚四氟乙烯之类的惰性或防腐蚀材料。
4、如上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一部件具有椭圆形外横截面,其边缘在对应于椭圆的短轴处***,其厚度小于对应于椭圆长轴处的厚度。
5、如上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,位于所述第一部件内的中心部件为用耐熔材料制成。
6、如上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述的中心部件以螺纹拧入所述的第一部件。
7、如上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,用于将所述第一和第二部件与所述平板连接起来的装置由穿过第一部件的背表面又穿过所述平板上的孔而拧入所述第二部件上的螺纹孔的一只螺钉构成。
8、一种采用上述权利要求1-7中的任一权利要求所述的装置对可熔焊塑性材料管件进行焊接的方法,所述方法的特征在于,它包括下列步骤:
-对所述加热装置加入能量,把平板加热到可以熔化塑性材料的温度;
-将预先钻孔并除去氧化层的第一管子的侧表面与所述第一部件的熔化用表面相接触;
-将管段或接头的头部表面与第二部件的熔化用表面相接触,所述管段或接头的一端预先成形;
-使所述第一管子和所述管段保持与第一和第二部件相接触直到初步熔化;以及
-将经这样加热的两个管件或管段的熔化表面相接触并加压。
9、一种接头或接头管件,其特征在于,它具有圆形内横截面,而其外横截面在对应于与多分支总管或任何其它管件焊接的区域的形状与根据权利要求1-7中的任一权利要求的所述装置的第二部件的形状相配合。
10、如权利要求9所述的接头或接头管段,其特征在于,其壁厚沿其轮廓从其成形端开始变化。
11、如权利要求9或10所述的接头或接头管段,其特征在于,它是直的。
12、如权利要求9或10所述的接头或接头管段,其特征在于,它是弯的。
13、如权利要求9-12中的任一个所述的接头或接头管段,其特征在于,在对应于焊接区处它的横截面为椭圆形的。
14、用如权利要求1-7中的任一个所述的装置及权利要求8所述的方法制造的塑性材料管件,其特征在于,它们至少包括一个多分支总管,其上焊有至少一个如权利要求9-13中之任一所述的管接头管。
