坐公交出行是大多数人的出行首选。公交车的座椅椅面一般都是硬质的，夏天比较凉爽，但冬天就会感觉很凉，有的公交司机尽管为乘客提供了棉垫，但往往会丢失，并且涉及范围也很小，大多数人仍享受不到这种待遇，只能做冰冷的硬质公交椅
（三）      发明内容
    本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷，提供了一种冬暖夏凉的公交车座椅。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种公交车座椅，包括椅背和椅面，椅背包括背板和背板两侧的支撑架，所述椅面为硬质椅面，其特征是：所述背板包括固定在支撑架上部的固定背板和铰接在支撑架下部的活动背板，所述活动背板可向前翻转至与椅面重合，所述活动背板背面为柔软面，所述支撑架的下部设有向内的限位板。
所述限位板为铁质，所述活动背板的背面两侧设有磁铁。
本发明的有益效果是：
夏天，本发明按照普通座椅正常使用即可，冬天，将活动背板翻转下来，就成了具有柔软椅面的公交座椅了，乘客就不会感觉太凉了，它结构简单，使用方便。

附图为本发明的具体实施例。如图1所示，该种公交车座椅，包括椅背和椅面1，椅面1为硬质椅面，椅背包括背板和背板两侧的支撑架2，背板包括固定在支撑架2上部的固定背板3和铰接在支撑架2下部的活动背板4，活动背板4可向前翻转至与椅面1重合，活动背板4背面为柔软面，支撑架2的下部设有向内的铁质限位板5，活动背板4的背面两侧设有磁铁6，活动背板4掀起来后靠在铁质限位板5上并通过磁铁6吸附在一起。
夏天，活动背板4与铁质限位板5吸附在一起，乘客坐在硬质椅面上会感觉很凉爽；冬天，将活动背板4放下来与椅面1重合，此时活动背板4后面的柔软面就成了新的椅面了，乘客就不会感觉冰凉了。
