本发明涉及一种方型真空室悬浮式镀膜机,包括真空室,该真空室呈正方体状,其内部设有放卷、卷材、收卷、蒸发源、主鼓、胶辊和导辊,其中所述卷材由放卷放出,在主鼓驱动下,经胶辊和导辊,送于蒸发源上方镀膜,后至收卷收回,其还包括展平辊和弯辊,所述蒸发源上方设有一蒸发罩,该蒸发罩上方设有上下室隔板,所述上下室隔板与蒸发罩共同形成一蒸发腔,所述主鼓设置在蒸发腔上方,所述展平辊设置在胶辊与导辊之间,所述弯辊设置在蒸发腔内部,并位于主鼓下方。本发明具有运转平稳、卷径大、操作方便等优点,保证了主鼓表面洁净度与光洁度,避免了对卷材造成的擦伤,避免了最终产品出现镀空线、切边、皱褶等情况的发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种镀膜机,特别涉及一种方型真空室悬浮式镀膜机。
背景技术
镀膜机应用很广泛,在包装行业中的应用,如烟包、药包、食品包装、防静电包装等。在光学方面的应用,如汽车贴膜,反光材料等。在电工领域内的应用有:防静电包装,电磁屏蔽,高阻隔包装材料等。在印刷行业中:镭射防伪,烫印等。还有贵重金属的镀层,如镀金银线,金拉线镀膜。镀膜机主要运用了铝分子在真空状态下与所镀材料结合力高的特点,在镀层上附着上所镀材料的工艺保障的设备,此具备高效、高速、稳定、可靠、高性价比。现有真空镀膜机大多使用贴鼓镀膜方式,腔内主鼓设置在蒸发源的正上方,作业过程中主鼓极易污染,主鼓被辊系包围着,清理困难,长期积累所镀的铝膜,会降低主鼓表面光洁度,污染、清洁会对主鼓损伤,最终对卷材造成擦伤,影响产品质量,另外贴鼓镀膜方式卷材进入主鼓前,只凭借导辊,不易充分展平,这种情况会导致蒸镀后发生镀空线、起皱等情况,不仅影响产品质量,而且造成材料浪费。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是如何克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种方型真空室悬浮式镀膜机。
为解决上述技术问题,本方型真空室悬浮式镀膜机,该真空室呈正方体状,其内部设有放卷、卷材、收卷、蒸发源、主鼓、胶辊和导辊,其中所述卷材由放卷电机旋转而伸展出,经胶辊和导辊,在蒸发源上方镀膜后,又在主鼓驱动下,后至收卷收回,其还包括展平辊和弯辊,所述蒸发源上方有蒸发罩,该蒸发罩上方设有上下室隔板,所述上下室隔板与蒸发罩共同形成一蒸发腔,所述主鼓设置在蒸发腔右方,所述展平辊设置在胶辊与导辊之间,所述弯辊设置在蒸发腔外部,并位于主鼓下方。如此设计,采用方型真空室的结构设计,将主鼓移到蒸发源一侧,通过上下室隔板与蒸发罩把主鼓与蒸发源充分隔离,保证了主鼓表面洁净度和光洁度,不仅延长主鼓的使用寿命,而且对卷材不造成擦伤,增设展平辊和弯辊,卷材利用展平辊进行一次展平,然后在经过弯辊时得到二次展平,蒸镀时卷材依次通过导辊和弯辊时,始终处于自由悬浮状态,充分保证卷材展平效果,避免卷材镀后镀空线、皱褶等情况的发生,提高产品质量的同时,也减少了材料浪费。
作为优化,所述放卷、收卷、主鼓、胶辊、导辊、展平辊均设置在所述蒸发腔外部,其中所述放卷与收卷设置在真空室的同侧。如此设计,通过合理布置辊系,将放卷与收卷放置于同侧,而收放卷得卷材转移,只是重心向下,非左右移动,避免了设备的震动,主鼓放于另一侧,布置更为合理,并且避免其与蒸发源直接相对,保证了主鼓表面洁净度和光洁度。
作为优化,所述展平辊表面设有螺纹。如此设计,对卷材利用展平辊进行一次展平效果更佳。
本发明一种方型真空室悬浮式镀膜机,具有运转平稳、卷径大、操作方便等优点,将主鼓移到蒸发源另一侧,保证了主鼓表面洁净度与光洁度,延长主鼓的使用寿命,也避免了主鼓清洁而损坏,而导致对卷材造成的擦伤,自由悬浮镀膜方式以及通过螺纹展平辊及弯辊先后进行两次展平的结构设计,避免了最终产品出现镀空线、切边、皱褶等情况发生,较大程度的提高了产品质量,减少了膜材的浪费。

实施方式1:如图1所示,本方型真空室悬浮式镀膜机包括真空室,该真空室呈正方体状,其内部设有放卷1、卷材2、收卷3、蒸发源4、主鼓5、胶辊6和导辊7,其中所述卷材3由放卷1放出,在主鼓5驱动下,经胶辊6和导辊7,送于蒸发源4上方镀膜,后至收卷3收回,其还包括展平辊8和弯辊9,所述蒸发源4上方设有一蒸发罩10,该蒸发罩10上方设有上下室隔板11,所述上下室隔板11与蒸发罩10共同形成一蒸发腔12,所述主鼓5设置在蒸发腔12上方,所述展平辊8设置在胶辊6与导辊7之间,所述弯辊9设置在蒸发腔12内部,并位于主鼓5下方。

1.一种方型真空室悬浮式镀膜机,其特征是:包括真空室,该真空室呈正方体状,其内部设有放卷(1)、卷材(2)、收卷(3)、蒸发源(4)、主鼓(5)、胶辊(6)和导辊(7),其中所述卷材(3)由放卷(1)放出,经胶辊(6)和导辊(7),在主鼓(5)驱动下,送于蒸发源(4)上方镀膜,后至收卷(3)收回,其还包括展平辊(8)和弯辊(9),所述蒸发源(4)上方设有一蒸发罩(10),该蒸发罩(10)上方设有上下室隔板(11),所述上下室隔板(11)与蒸发罩(10)共同形成一蒸发腔(12),所述主鼓(5)设置在蒸发腔(12)上方,所述展平辊(8)设置在胶辊(6)与导辊(7)之间,所述弯辊(9)设置在蒸发腔(12)的另一侧,并位于主鼓(5)下方。
