Abstract

本发明公开了一种骨科椎体复位装置,包括由钛合金材料制成的、前端均设有骨钉的上基板和下基板,还包括结构相同的第一、第二遥控式移动装置以及一无线遥控装置,所述第一遥控式移动装置和第二遥控式移动装置均包括一电动齿轮装置和一该电动齿轮装置形成移动式连接的齿条,所述电动齿轮装置上设有一无线遥控接收模块;本发明通过遥控操作的方式来操控固定于椎体上的复位装置,因此无须切开患处部位即可将错位的骨科椎体复位,从而减少患者痛苦,以及减少医生的工作量。

一种骨科椎体复位装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨科椎体用医疗器械,尤其涉及一种骨科椎体复位装置。
背景技术
腰椎滑脱是骨科领域的常见病和多发病,一般需要通过手术来使腰椎重新归位;随着内固定器械和技术的进步,腰椎滑脱的治疗技术取得了很大进步,采用复位用的治疗器械可以使得滑脱的腰椎重新复位;但目前所使用的器械多为手工操作的,且需要切开患处部位,使得患者需要承受较大痛苦。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题,提出一种一种骨科椎体复位装置,该复位装置无须切开患处部位即可将错位的骨科椎体复位,从而减少患者痛苦,以及减少医生的工作量。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明采用了一种骨科椎体复位装置,包括由钛合金材料制成的、前端均设有骨钉的上基板和下基板,还包括结构相同的第一遥控式移动装置和第二遥控式移动装置以及一无线遥控装置,所述第一遥控式移动装置和第二遥控式移动装置以上下固定连接的方式相互连接,且两者形成一个为纵向移动、一个为横向移动的结构;所述第一遥控式移动装置和第二遥控式移动装置均包括一电动齿轮装置和一该电动齿轮装置形成移动式连接的齿条,所述电动齿轮装置上设有一无线遥控接收模块。
本发明通过遥控操作的方式来操控固定于椎体上的复位装置,因此无须切开患处部位即可将错位的骨科椎体复位,从而减少患者痛苦,以及减少医生的工作量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细地说明。
结合图1和图2可知,一种骨科椎体复位装置,包括由钛合金材料制成的、前端均设有骨钉的上基板1和下基板2,还包括结构相同的第一遥控式移动装置7和第二遥控式移动装置8以及一无线遥控装置3。
在本发明中,第一遥控式移动装置7和第二遥控式移动装置8以上下固定连接的方式相互连接,且两者形成一个为纵向移动、一个为横向移动的结构.
由图3可知,在本发明中,第一遥控式移动装置7和第二遥控式移动装置8均包括一电动齿轮装置4和一该电动齿轮装置4形成移动式连接的齿条5,并且在电动齿轮装置4上设有一无线遥控接收模块6。
腰椎滑脱不外乎前后滑脱或左右滑脱,采用本发明的装置后,若发生腰椎前后滑脱,可用无线遥控装置3操纵第一遥控式移动装置7,使其通过电动齿轮装置4形和齿条5移动,产生前后移动,以此来使前后滑脱的腰椎复位;若发生腰椎左右滑脱,可用无线遥控装置3操纵第二遥控式移动装置8,使其通过电动齿轮装置4形和齿条5移动,产生左右移动,以此来使前后滑脱的腰椎复位。

1.一种骨科椎体复位装置,包括由钛合金材料制成的、前端均设有骨钉的上基板和下基板,其特征在于,还包括结构相同的第一遥控式移动装置和第二遥控式移动装置以及一无线遥控装置,所述第一遥控式移动装置和第二遥控式移动装置以上下固定连接的方式相互连接,且两者形成一个为纵向移动、一个为横向移动的结构;所述第一遥控式移动装置和第二遥控式移动装置均包括一电动齿轮装置和一与该电动齿轮装置形成移动式连接的齿条,所述电动齿轮装置上设有一无线遥控接收模块。
