Abstract

本发明提供一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括背板、导光板及光学膜片,所述背板包括底板及设于底板的侧板,所述侧板朝向所述底板的表面上凹设有凹部,所述导光板及光学膜片装于所述背板内,所述侧板围绕所述导光板及光学膜片周缘设置,所述导光板非入射光端***所述凹部内,所述光学膜片叠设于所述导光板上。本发明还提供一种显示装置。

背光模组及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,随着电子产品轻薄化的发展,电子设备的边框被设计得越来越窄。而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件,背光模组的边框也势必要越来越窄。
现有技术中的背光模组均包括胶框,导光板被胶框包围,光学膜片通过遮光胶带固定于所述导光板和胶框及背板上。可见背板作为承载导光板及光学膜片的承载体,是背光模组的重要组成部分。但是,由于背板的侧壁与导光板存在距离,且自身厚度较大,需要较长的双面胶来固定所述背板与所述导光板及光学膜片上,增加了非可视区边框的整体宽度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种背光模组,可以节省利用空间,减少非可视区边框的宽度。
本发明还提供一种显示装置。
本发明提供一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括背板、导光板及光学膜片,所述背板包括底板及设于底板的侧板,所述侧板朝向所述底板的表面上凹设有凹部,所述导光板及光学膜片装于所述背板内,所述侧板围绕所述导光板及光学膜片周缘设置,所述导光板非入射光端***所述凹部内,所述光学膜片叠设于所述导光板上。
其中,所述侧板与光学膜片位于同一水平面的表面为上表面,所述光学膜片通过双面胶固定于所述上表面上。
其中,所述背光模组还包括反光片,所述反光片装于所述背板底部与所述导光板之间。
其中,所述凹部的内表面上设有反射层,所述反射层与所述导光板非入射光端相抵持。
其中,所述凹部在远离所述底板的一端形成支撑端,用于支撑双面胶。
本发明提供一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括背光模组和显示面板,所述背光模组包括背板、导光板及光学膜片,所述背板包括底板及设于底板的侧板,所述侧板朝向所述底板的表面上凹设有凹部,所述导光板及光学膜片装于所述背板内,所述侧板围绕所述导光板及光学膜片周缘设置,所述导光板非入射光端***所述凹部内,所述光学膜片叠设于所述导光板上所述显示面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述显示面板与所述光学膜片之间通过双面胶固定。
其中,所述侧板与光学膜片位于同一水平面的表面为上表面,所述光学膜片通过双面胶固定于所述上表面上。
其中,所述背光模组还包括反光片,所述反光片装于所述背板底部与所述导光板之间。
其中,所述凹部的内表面上设有反射层,所述反射层与所述导光板非入射光端相抵持。
其中,所述显示装置还包括边框,所述边框可嵌设于所述凹部内。
本发明的背光模组直接在背板的侧壁上设置凹部,用于定位所述导光板,减小了背板的使用空间,使所述导光板非入光边缘可以被侧板直接固定,节省了胶框,进而减小了所述背光模组的非可视区边框的宽度,提高显示装置的外观可视度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明佳实施方式提供一种背光模组。所述背光模组包括背板11、导光板15及光学膜片17,所述导光板15及光学膜片17依次装于所述背板11内。所述导光板15与所述光学膜片17为板状。本实施例中,所述导光板15设有一个入射光端及三个非入射光端。
请参阅图2,所述背板11包括底板111及设于底板111的侧板112。所述底板111与所述侧板112围成收容空间,用于***述导光板15及光学膜片17。本实施例中,背光模组还包括反光片19,所述反光片19装于底板111与所述导光板15之间。
所述侧板112朝向所述底板111的表面上凹设有凹部113,所述导光板15及光学膜片17装于所述背板11内,所述侧板112围绕所述导光板15及光学膜片17周缘设置,所述导光板15非入射光端***所述凹部113内,所述光学膜片17叠设于所述导光板15上,所述凹部113用于定位所述导光板15,节省了胶框的设置,进而节省了背板的利用空间,减小背板整体尺寸。本实施例中,所述凹部113为长条形开口凹槽,延伸至所述底板111上,进而所述凹部113在远离底板111的一端形成有支撑端115,用于向背板方向抵压所述导光板15,实现对所述导光板15的定位;同时支撑双面胶而固定光学膜片17。在其它实施例中,所述凹部也可以是沿着所述侧板112形成的条状凹槽。
进一步的,所述背板11与光学膜片17位于同一水平面的表面为侧板112的上表面114,所述光学膜片17通过双面胶16固定于所述上表面133上,进而实现所述上表面133对所述光学膜片17的定位。
进一步的,所述凹部113的内表面上设有反射层(图未示),所述反射层与所述导光板非入射光端相抵持。所述反射层可以通过涂布方式涂于所述内表面上。
在其它实施方式中,所述反射层由所述反光片19延伸至凹部113内而形成。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括所述的背光模组和显示面板,所述光学膜片17叠设于所述导光板15上,所述显示面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述显示面板与所述光学膜片17之间通过双面胶固定。
进一步的,所述显示装置还包括边框(图未示),所述边框可嵌设于所述凹部内。所述显示装置还包括光源,所述光源设于所述导光板的入射光端的一侧。
本发明的背光模组直接在背板的侧壁上设置凹部,用于定位所述导光板,减小了背板的使用空间,使所述导光板非入光边缘可以被侧板直接固定,节省了胶框,进而减小了所述背光模组的非可视区边框的宽度,提高显示装置的外观可视度。

Claims (5)

1.一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括背板、导光板及光学膜片,其特征在于,所述背板包括底板及设于底板的侧板,所述侧板朝向所述底板的表面上凹设有凹部,所述导光板及光学膜片装于所述背板内,所述侧板围绕所述导光板及光学膜片周缘设置,所述导光板非入射光端***所述凹部内,所述凹部的内表面上设有反射层,所述反射层与所述导光板非入射光端相抵持;所述光学膜片叠设于所述导光板上,所述侧板与光学膜片位于同一水平面的表面为上表面,所述光学膜片通过双面胶固定于所述上表面上;所述凹部在远离所述底板的一端形成支撑端,用于支撑双面胶以及限位所述导光板。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括反光片,所述反光片装于所述背板底部与所述导光板之间。
3.一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括背光模组和显示面板,所述背光模组包括背板、导光板及光学膜片,其特征在于,所述背板包括底板及设于底板的侧板,所述侧板朝向所述底板的表面上凹设有凹部,所述导光板及光学膜片装于所述背板内,所述侧板围绕所述导光板及光学膜片周缘设置,所述导光板非入射光端***所述凹部内,所述凹部的内表面上设有反射层,所述反射层与所述导光板非入射光端相抵持;所述侧板与光学膜片位于同一水平面的表面为上表面,所述光学膜片通过双面胶固定于所述上表面上;所述凹部在远离所述底板的一端形成支撑端,用于支撑双面胶以及限位所述导光板;所述光学膜片叠设于所述导光板上所述显示面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述显示面板与所述光学膜片之间通过双面胶固定。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括反光片,所述反光片装于所述背板底部与所述导光板之间。
5.如权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置还包括边框,所述边框可嵌设于所述凹部内。
