Abstract

本发明涉及行星减速器的改进,一种箱体夹层水冷大热功率星轮减速箱,包括箱体和设置于箱体内并依次传动的输入轴、传动机构及输出轴,其特征在于:箱体内设有内圆筒与圆端盖的连接件,内圆筒法兰与箱体输出端面连接,圆端盖的输入端外圆与箱体输入端内孔紧配,圆端盖输入端面与箱体输入端用同一圆环盘密封连接,箱内壁与内圆筒与圆端盖连接件外壁形成夹层,箱体顶部、侧部设有联通密闭夹层的进、排水阀,输入、出轴用轴承分别支承在圆端盖与内圆筒,传动机构包括行星轮、内齿圈、偏心轴承及固定机架,固定机架用支柱将左圆盘与圆端盖联接构成。技术效果:夹层水套的热由阀排出与箱体散发,结构简单;调节水流量使热功率近于机械功率。

箱体夹层水冷大热功率星轮减速箱
【技术领域】
本发明涉及渐开线星轮减速器的改进,一种箱体夹层水冷大热功率星轮减速箱。
【背景技术】
现有技术星轮减速器(JB/T8712-1998)其实就是渐开线少齿差减速器,单级星轮可取代二级行星齿轮传动。现有技术主要缺陷在于:
由于渐开线少齿差星轮减速器并未采用散热措施,仅依靠自然散热导致热功率低,使得用户不得不加大一、二个机型号进行选型,许多机械理论专著就是这麽规定的,其结果必然增加了费用,功率越大、费用增加越多:如额定HJW-35B型(热功率40kW、重量1042kg、价4.78万元),现加大一个机型号选用HJW-40B(热功率51kW、重量1365kg、价6.42万元);如加大二个机型号选用HJW-45B(热功率62kW、重量1800kg、价8.8万元)。由此可见,为增大热功率现有技术的结构必需改进。
热功率是闭式减速器在润滑油平衡温度条件下所能连续传递的最大功率。热功率应等于或近于实际工作传递的功率。(《齿轮传动设计手册》972页)
热功率是指在自然冷却条件下润滑油温不超过许用温度时的输入功率。热功率是设计润滑***的重要参数,是选用减速器的重要依据。(《渐开线齿轮行星传动的设计与制造》230页)
《四环板式针摆行星传动减速器的热功率分析》指出:高速重载下依靠外表面自然散热很难满足要求,造成工作温度过高,润滑***失效。(大连铁道学院报2005.03)
油温过高是减速机故障的一个很重要原因,这是因为:油温高粘度下降,油乳化,局部油膜破坏,润滑失效导致齿轮胶合、点蚀及异常磨损;油碳化,形成渣滓;油温高导致齿轮异常磨损,异常磨损使油温升高,如此恶性循环,减速机在使用寿命期内过早损坏。
减速齿轮箱润滑油油池最高许用温度约为70℃,其依据有三:
(1)德国PPSC1290-MY型风电齿轮箱:润滑油油池最高温度为70℃;
(2)风电增速齿轮箱期望的最高油温70℃(《风电增速齿轮箱的热功率计算箱》风力发电2003.3)
(3)国产某1.25MW机组油温监控***:当齿轮箱润滑油温度超过75℃时,监控***发出报警信号。(《风力发电机组齿轮箱润滑油温度监控***》上海电机学院学报2008.12)
【发明内容】
为解决现有技术热功率低的缺陷,本发明目的在于提供用箱体夹层内水冷替代自然散热以提高热功率,一种箱体夹层水冷大热功率星轮减速箱。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术实施方案系根据以下关于冷却散热装置能使热功率不低于机械功率的论述提出的:
《齿轮传动设计手册》973页:热功率的大小与散热冷却措施有关,如果采用循环油润滑、冷却器和外油箱足够大,热功率可以不低于机械功率;
《齿轮传动设计手册》1048页:采用外循环散热***:油箱中润滑油→油泵→虑油器→风扇冷却→油进入油箱,只要供油量和扇风量足够大,减速器甚至可以不受热功率限制;
《齿轮传动设计手册》979页:当冷却水流量与流速足够大将箱体内油温控制在70℃左右时,减速器热功率P可提高1.5倍。
这是因为:热功率修正公式P=Bref·BV·BA·BT·PQ(kW)中油温系数BT=0.667,使热功率P提高了50%。式中:Bref、BV、BA及BT分别为环境温度、空气流速、海拔高度及最高油温修正系数,其中:BT=0.00236·C1.32845=0.667(70℃)。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术实施方案如下:
所述箱体内设有内圆筒与圆端盖的连接件,所述内圆筒法兰与箱体输出端面连接,所述圆端盖的输入端外圆与箱体输入端内孔紧配,所述圆端盖输入端面与箱体输入端的圆端面用同一圆环盘密封连接,所述内圆筒与圆端盖连接件外表面设有散热筋;
所述内圆筒与圆端盖连接件的外壁与箱体的内壁围接形成密闭的夹层,所述箱体顶部设有联通密闭夹层的进水阀门,所述箱体的侧面设有与密闭夹层联通的出水阀门,用自来水冷却内圆筒中传动件的温升,技术效果是结构简单、成本低及控温可靠,出水阀处另设一测量水温的仪器仪表,根据冷却水的温度变化,以便于随时调节进水量或排水量进行控温;
所述箱体与内圆筒的本体为壁厚δ=(1.1~1.3)(T2)0.25(mm)均匀薄壁圆筒体(T2输出扭矩,Nm),圆筒体具有高机械强度与良好散热性能(成大先《机械设计手册》卷3.14-485页);
所述输入、出轴用第一、二轴承分别支承在圆端盖内孔与内圆筒输出端内孔;
进一步地,所述传动机构包括相位差180°二行星轮、内齿圈、设在输入轴上的偏心轴承及固定机架,所述固定机架用四只均布的支柱将左圆盘与圆端盖联接固定构成,所述二行星轮用第一轴承支承在4只均布的双偏心轴的偏心段上,所述双偏心轴四只均布,所述双偏心轴的两端用第二轴承分别支承在左圆盘与圆端盖相应孔中,所述内齿圈联接在输出轴的圆盘上,二行星轮中心的轴承孔经偏心轴承安装于输入轴的轴伸端,二行星轮与内齿圈啮合传动。
本发明各单独技术特征虽然完全已知,但彼此互相支持,并且能产生下述为本领域技术人员所知的有益技术效果:
(1)内圆筒及圆端盖的外壁围接形成密闭夹层,夹层中通冷却水,特别是自来水,进水量通过阀门控制,密闭夹层中的热水的热一方面由出水阀门排出带走,另一方面传递给箱体本体的均匀薄壁圆筒散发到箱体外,冷却水容量大、散热面积遍及整个箱体、结构简单,控制、调节方便、可靠性高、制造成本低;
(2)根据冷却散热装置能使热功率不低于机械功率的论述,本发明通过对冷却水流量的调节,可以做到热功率不低于机械功率;
(3)当箱体内油控制在70℃左右时,油温高粘度不致下降,油膜不受破坏,从而保证轮齿啮合副一直处于良好润滑状态下正常运转,使减速机具有长的使用寿命期。

参照图1.一种箱体夹层水冷大热功率星轮减速箱,包括箱体1和设置于箱体1内并依次传动的输入轴13、传动机构及输出轴4,其特征在于:
所述箱体1内设内圆筒2与圆端盖8的连接件,所述内圆筒2法兰与箱体1输出端面连接,所述圆端盖8输入端外圆与箱体1输入端内孔紧配,所述圆端盖8输入端面与箱体1输入端的圆端面用同一圆环盘14密封连接,所述内圆筒2与圆端盖8连接件外表面设有散热筋;
所述内圆筒2与圆端盖8连接件的外壁与箱体1的内壁围接形成密闭夹层,所述箱体1顶部设有联通密闭夹层的进水阀门J,所述箱体1侧面设有与密闭夹层联通的出水阀门C,用自来水冷却内圆筒2中传动件的温升,其技术效果是结构简单、成本低及控温可靠,出水阀处另设一测量水温的仪器仪表,根据水温变化,以便于随时调节进水量或排水量进行控温;
所述箱体1与内圆筒2的本体为壁厚δ=(1.1~1.3)(T2)0.25(mm)均匀薄壁圆筒体(T2输出扭矩,Nm),圆筒体具有高机械强度与良好散热性能(成大先《机械设计手册》卷3.14-485页);
所述输入、出轴13、4用第一、二轴承12、3分别支承在圆端盖8与内圆筒2输出端内;
所述传动机构包括所述星轮传动件包括相位差180°的二行星轮7、内齿圈16、设在输入轴13上的偏心轴承11及固定机架,所述固定机架用四只均布的支柱6将左圆盘15与圆端盖8联接固定构成,所述二行星轮7用第一轴承支承在4只均布的双偏心轴9的偏心段上,所述双偏心轴9四只均布,所述双偏心轴9的两端用第二轴承分别支承在左圆盘17与圆端盖8相应孔中,所述内齿圈16联接在输出轴4的圆盘上,所述二行星轮7中心的轴承孔经偏心轴承11安装于输入轴13的轴伸端,所述二行星轮7与内齿圈16啮合传动。

Claims (1)

1.一种箱体夹层水冷大热功率星轮减速箱,包括箱体(1)和设置于箱体(1)内并依次传动的输入轴(13)、传动机构及输出轴(4),其特征在于:
所述箱体(1)内设有内圆筒(2)与圆端盖(8)的连接件,所述内圆筒(2)法兰与箱体(1)输出端面连接,所述圆端盖(8)的输入端外圆与箱体(1)输入端内孔紧配,所述圆端盖(8)输入端面与箱体(1)输入端的圆端面用同一圆环盘(14)密封连接,所述内圆筒(2)与圆端盖(8)连接件外表面设有散热筋;
所述内圆筒(2)与圆端盖(8)连接件的外壁与箱体(1)的内壁围接形成密闭的夹层,所述箱体(1)顶部设有联通密闭夹层的进水阀门(J),所述箱体(1)的侧面设有与密闭夹层联通的出水阀门(C),出水阀处另设一测量水温的仪器仪表;
所述箱体(1)与内圆筒(2)的本体为壁厚δ=(1.1~1.3)(T2)0.25(mm)均匀薄壁圆筒体(T2为减速箱输出扭矩,Nm);
所述输入、出轴(13、4)用第一、二轴承(12、3)分别支承在圆端盖(8)内孔与内圆筒(2)输出端内孔;
所述传动机构包括所述星轮传动件包括相位差180°的二行星轮(7)、内齿圈(16)、设在输入轴(13)上的偏心轴承(11)及固定机架,所述固定机架用四只均布的支柱(6)将左圆盘(15)与圆端盖(8)联接固定构成,所述二行星轮(7)用第一轴承支承在4只均布的双偏心轴(9)的偏心段上,所述双偏心轴(9)四只均布,所述双偏心轴(9)的两端用第二轴承分别支承在左圆盘(15)与圆端盖(8)相应孔中,所述内齿圈(16)联接在输出轴(4)的圆盘上,所述二行星轮(7)中心的轴承孔经偏心轴承(11)安装于输入轴(13)的轴伸端,所述二行星轮(7)与内齿圈(16)啮合传动。
