本发明公开了一种新型陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,原料为:丙烯酸丁酯、吡啶、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、尿素、丙烯酸乙酯、丁醇、流平剂、二甲苯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、苯酐、增塑剂、硅油、异丙醇、钛白粉和甲基丙烯酸甲酯;涂膜光泽度100%-120%,邵氏硬度50-60H,水中浸泡30-40d后无起泡、脱落现象;拉伸强度20-30MPa,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡25-35d无异常;附着力1-2级,冲击强度500-600N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡20-30d不起泡、皱皮;耐擦洗性1200-1500次。

技术领域
本申请属于涂料领域,尤其涉及一种陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料。
背景技术
改革开放三十年来,中国陶瓷工业迅速发展,如今成为世界上名副其实的陶瓷生产大国、消费大国。中国生产的日用陶瓷产量占全世界的70%左右,陈设艺术陶瓷产量是全球的65%,建筑陶瓷产量也占世界总产量半壁江山。陶瓷产业在世界建材行业中占有举足轻重的地位。陶瓷涂料耐候性和加工性能优异,耐脏而且耐损伤。以往的陶瓷涂料虽然耐损伤,但是如果对涂装后的部件进行弯曲加工,容易产生裂纹,而且含氟树脂涂料和有机涂料,容易被沙石、灰尘等损坏。因此,陶瓷涂料的问世,受到了陶瓷行业的青睐,并正向其他行业渗透,前景看好。而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种光泽度好、硬度高、耐擦洗和耐候性好的陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料是非常必要的。

本申请针对上述技术问题,提供一种新型陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,解决现有陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料光泽度低、硬度低、耐擦洗性和耐酸性差等技术问题。

一种新型陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,所述陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸丁酯100份;吡啶10-20份;丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯2-8份;尿素15-35份;丙烯酸乙酯5-15份;丁醇30-50份;流平剂5-15份;二甲苯20-30份;甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯10-30份;苯酐40-60份;增塑剂1-10份;硅油0.1-0.5份;异丙醇50-70份;钛白粉30-40份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯35-55份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸丁酯100份;吡啶15份;丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯5份;尿素25份;丙烯酸乙酯10份;丁醇40份;流平剂10份;二甲苯25份;甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯20份;苯酐50份;增塑剂5份;硅油0.3份;异丙醇60份;钛白粉35份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯45份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述流平剂采用聚甲基苯基硅氧烷或三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述增塑剂采用DOP或DBP。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种新型陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、产品光泽度100%-120%,邵氏硬度50-60H,水中浸泡30-40d后无起泡、脱落现象;2、拉伸强度20-30MPa,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡25-35d无异常;3、附着力1-2级,冲击强度500-600N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡20-30d不起泡、皱皮;4、产品耐擦洗性1200-1500次,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种新型陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸丁酯100份;吡啶10份;丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯2份;尿素15份;丙烯酸乙酯5份;丁醇30份;聚甲基苯基硅氧烷5份;二甲苯20份;甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯10份;苯酐40份;DBP1份;硅油0.1份;异丙醇50份;钛白粉30份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯35份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到80℃,保温反应4h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用20mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
涂膜光泽度100%,邵氏硬度50H,水中浸泡30d后无起泡、脱落现象;拉伸强度20MPa,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡25d无异常;附着力2级,冲击强度500N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡20d不起泡、皱皮;耐擦洗性1200次。
实施例2:
一种新型陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸丁酯100份;吡啶20份;丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯8份;尿素35份;丙烯酸乙酯15份;丁醇50份;聚甲基苯基硅氧烷15份;二甲苯30份;甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯30份;苯酐60份;DOP10份;硅油0.5份;异丙醇70份;钛白粉40份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯55份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到100℃,保温反应6h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用100mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
涂膜光泽度110%,邵氏硬度55H,水中浸泡35d后无起泡、脱落现象;拉伸强度25MPa,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡30d无异常;附着力2级,冲击强度550N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡25d不起泡、皱皮;耐擦洗性1350次。
实施例3:
一种新型陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸丁酯100份;吡啶15份;丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯5份;尿素25份;丙烯酸乙酯10份;丁醇40份;三聚氰胺甲醛树脂10份;二甲苯25份;甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯20份;苯酐50份;DOP5份;硅油0.3份;异丙醇60份;钛白粉35份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯45份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到90℃,保温反应5h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用60mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
涂膜光泽度120%,邵氏硬度60H,水中浸泡40d后无起泡、脱落现象;拉伸强度30MPa,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡35d无异常;附着力1级,冲击强度600N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡30d不起泡、皱皮;耐擦洗性1500次。
以上实施例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买。

1.一种新型陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸丁酯100份;吡啶10-20份;丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯2-8份;尿素15-35份;丙烯酸乙酯5-15份;丁醇30-50份;流平剂5-15份;二甲苯20-30份;甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯10-30份;苯酐40-60份;增塑剂1-10份;硅油0.1-0.5份;异丙醇50-70份;钛白粉30-40份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯35-55份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用耐碱丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸丁酯100份;吡啶15份;丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯5份;尿素25份;丙烯酸乙酯10份;丁醇40份;流平剂10份;二甲苯25份;甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯20份;苯酐50份;增塑剂5份;硅油0.3份;异丙醇60份;钛白粉35份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯45份。
