一种阻燃PA/ASA合金,属于高分子材料技术领域,用于高热耐候电器配件使用的耐热耐老化高性能工程塑料,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:PA聚酰胺树脂30-60份、ASA丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯接枝共聚物30-40份、阻燃剂15-20份、抗氧剂1098 0.02-0.05份、抗氧剂168 0.02-0.05份、热稳定剂0.5-2份、相容增韧剂1-3份、润滑剂0.5-2份。该发明产品不仅具有优异的力学性能耐候等优点,同时具有防火的特征。

Description

阻燃PA/ASA合金
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及高刚性耐候PBT/ASA合金。
背景技术
PA6是半透明或不透明乳白色粒子,具有热塑性、轻质、韧性好、耐化学品和耐久性好等特征,一般用于汽车零件、机械部件、电子电器等产品。但也有缺点,如吸水率高、尺寸稳定性差,长期与氧气接触会热分解等。
ASA 为丙烯腈- 丙烯酸酯- 苯乙烯三元共聚物,是针对ABS 耐候性差的缺点而开发的工程塑料。它具有良好的耐候性,即使长时间暴露在室外紫外线、潮湿、雨淋、光照及臭氧条件下,不经涂装也可保持物性稳定。特别适合不涂装在户外直接使用。广泛用于汽车、电子电气、日用品、户外装饰材料等领域。若将PA 和ASA 制成共混合金,所制得的合金既有ASA 的韧性、耐候性、稳定性,又具有PA 的耐弱酸碱性及耐热性。
常规PA/ASA由于PA为结晶性树脂 ASA为非结晶性树脂会有可能出现相容性不好及内部产生应力。
常规PA/ASA不具备阻燃防火的特性,使其使用范围受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供阻燃PA/ASA 合金,该发明产品不仅具有优异的力学性能耐候等优点,同时具有防火的特征。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种阻燃PA/ASA 合金,其各组成成分及重量份数为:PA 聚酰胺树脂30-60 份、ASA 丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯接枝共聚物30-40 份、阻燃剂15-20份、抗氧剂1098 0.02-0.05 份、抗氧剂168 0.02-0.05 份、热稳定剂0.5-2 份、相容增韧剂1-3 份、润滑剂0.5-2 份。
进一步优化方案为所述的阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂以及矿物协效阻燃剂的混合,混合比例为:溴系阻燃剂:矿物协效阻燃剂为:0.5~1:1,其中溴系阻燃剂为溴环环氧树脂、溴化聚苯醚溴化聚苯烷中的一种或几种,矿物协效阻燃剂为金属镁锌锑等含有结晶水或不含结晶水的天然氧化物。
进一步优化方案为所述的热稳定剂为二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡。
进一步优化方案为所述抗氧剂为汽巴公司的1098 :N,N'-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺  168 :三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯。
进一步优化方案为所述的润滑剂为亚乙基双硬脂酰胺。
进一步优化方案为所述的相容剂为ASA-G-MAH或EPDM-G-MAH体系中的多种接枝共聚物。
本发明的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将称好的原料按不同步骤添加共混,在高速搅拌机中混合共计10min,然后送至双螺杆挤出机熔融、混炼、挤出。各段螺杆温度为220-270℃,再经冷却、切粒、干燥,最后包装,即得本发明产品。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:(1)本发明产品采用添加环保形复合阻燃剂使材料具有防火的特征;(2)本发明采用二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡达到高温稳定效果;(3)本发明产品使用ASA-G-MAH或EPDM-G-MAH体系中的多种接枝共聚物作为相容增韧剂,达到材料相容性高,内应力小,韧性高从而提高产品使用范围。
具体实施例
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
PA 聚酰胺树脂50 份、ASA 丙烯腈- 苯乙烯- 丙烯酸酯接枝共聚物40 份、阻燃剂10份、抗氧剂1098 0.02份、抗氧剂168 0.02份、热稳定剂0.5份、相容增韧剂3 份、润滑剂0.5份。
实施例2
PA 聚酰胺 树脂50 份、ASA 丙烯腈- 苯乙烯- 丙烯酸酯接枝共聚物35份、阻燃剂15份、抗氧剂1098 0.04份、抗氧剂168 0.04份、热稳定剂0.8份、相容增韧剂3.5份、润滑剂0.8份。
实施例3
PA 聚酰胺 树脂60份、ASA 丙烯腈- 苯乙烯- 丙烯酸酯接枝共聚物22份、阻燃剂17份、抗氧剂1098 0.04份、抗氧剂168 0.04份、热稳定剂0.8份、相容增韧剂3 份、润滑剂0.8份。    
对本发明实施例1-3 产品性能检测,检测结果如表1 所示。

1.一种阻燃PA/ASA 合金,其特征是其各组成成分及重量份数为:PA 聚酰胺树脂30-60 份、ASA 丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯接枝共聚物30-40 份、阻燃剂15-20份、抗氧剂1098 0.02-0.05 份、抗氧剂168 0.02-0.05 份、热稳定剂0.5-2 份、相容增韧剂1-3 份、润滑剂0.5-2 份。
2.如权利要求1所述的阻燃PA/ASA 合金,其特征是所述的阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂以及矿物协效阻燃剂的混合,混合比例为:溴系阻燃剂:矿物协效阻燃剂为:0.5~1:1,其中溴系阻燃剂为溴环环氧树脂、溴化聚苯醚溴化聚苯烷中的一种或几种,矿物协效阻燃剂为金属镁锌锑等含有结晶水或不含结晶水的天然氧化物。
3.如权利要求1所述的阻燃PA/ASA 合金,其特征是所述的热稳定剂为二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡。
4.如权利要求1所述的阻燃PA/ASA 合金,其特征是所述抗氧剂为汽巴公司的1098 :N,N'-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺  168 :三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯。
5.如权利要求1所述的阻燃PA/ASA 合金,其特征是所述的润滑剂为亚乙基双硬脂酰胺。
6.如权利要求1所述的阻燃PA/ASA 合金,其特征是所述的相容剂为ASA-G-MAH或EPDM-G-MAH体系中的多种接枝共聚物。
