本发明涉及一种点胶设备，尤其涉及一种精确手工点胶设备。
背景技术
点胶设备是一种向粘合处置入一定量的粘合剂，以粘合部件的设备。通常手工操作时，非常难以控制粘合剂的剂量。往往会出现粘合剂或多或少的问题，粘合剂过多者容易溢出，导致粘合别的部件；粘合剂过少容易导致粘合不紧密的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述问题，提供一种精确手工点胶设备。
本发明采用的技术方案是：一种精确手工点胶设备，包括本体和点胶头，所述本体内设有送胶管，所述送胶管固接点胶钮，所述点胶钮穿过本***于本体外侧；当点胶钮按下后，所述送胶管与点胶头连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述点胶钮上设有若干凹槽，所述本体上设有配合凹槽工作的垫片。
本发明采用的有益效果是：使用本结构的手工点胶设备，能够准确控制粘合剂的剂量，提高工作效率和降低工作难度。

如图1所示，一种精确手工点胶设备，包括本体1和点胶头3，所述本体1内设有送胶管2，所述送胶管2固接点胶钮4，所述点胶钮4穿过本体1位于本体1外侧；当点胶钮4按下后，所述送胶管2与点胶头3连接。
为了更好的控制粘合剂的剂量，在点胶钮4上设有若干凹槽，本体1上设有配合凹槽工作的垫片5。
