本发明揭示了一种液压平板阀,包括阀体、阀杆和阀板,所述阀体设有容纳所述阀杆和阀板的空间,所述阀杆设有与所述阀体相配合的螺纹,所述阀体内设有液压腔,所述阀杆位于所述液压腔内,所述阀杆与所述阀板之间通过压板连接,所述压板位于所述液压腔的底部,所述阀板位于所述压板的底部。本技术方案能够缓冲外界对平板阀的冲击力,并且能够在恶劣的环境下正常工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械阀门领域,尤其是涉及一种液压平板阀。
背景技术
阀门是控制管道运输和液体流动作业中非常重要的部件。尤其在石油管道和天然气管道中,管道承受了很大的压力,阀门的密封性和抗压能力决定了管道运输的安全性能。现有的管道中的阀门为机械式阀门,通过螺纹旋转机构来完成阀门的开与闭,并且需要手动的操作。但是,在恶劣的环境中,比如:高原地区、高寒地区,阀门需要进行特殊的处理,以防止对阀门的腐蚀和冰冻阀门,在进行维护和处理紧急事件时发生意外情况。处理的手段也是从原始的包装到最新材料的研制,但是不管是效果不理想还是经济成本过高,阀门不能抵御严寒天气、缓冲液体压力和外界压力等方面的问题还是依然突出。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提出一种液压平板阀。
本发明的目的将通过以下技术方案得以实现:一种液压平板阀,包括阀体、阀杆和阀板,所述阀体设有容纳所述阀杆和阀板的空间,所述阀杆设有与所述阀体相配合的螺纹,所述阀体内设有液压腔,所述阀杆位于所述液压腔内,所述阀杆与所述阀板之间通过压板连接,所述压板位于所述液压腔的底部,所述阀板位于所述压板的底部。
优选的,上述的一种液压平板阀:所述液压腔与所述阀体的内壁密封连接。
优选的,上述的一种液压平板阀:所述液压腔的底部和顶部为可活动式。
优选的,上述的一种液压平板阀:所述阀杆与所述液压腔通过密封圈密封。
优选的,上述的一种液压平板阀:所述阀体的内壁上设有限制所述液压腔上下移动的限位块。
本发明的突出效果为: 1)在原有的平板阀中设置液压腔,能够将冲击力分散到液压中,缓冲对平板阀造成的破坏;2)液压腔中的液体不同与单纯的机械结构,在严寒等恶劣环境下能够保护阀杆不会被腐蚀或者冰冻,保证操作的顺畅性;3)阀杆与阀板通过压板连接,在液压腔体积变化时,压块能将压力均匀的分散在阀板上,防止阀板的受力面积过小造成阀板的稳定性问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例的一种液压平板阀,包括阀体1、阀杆2和阀板3,阀体1设有容纳阀杆2和阀板3的空间,阀体1另有供液体或者气体通过的通道。阀杆2设有与阀体1相配合的螺纹,阀杆2与阀体1通过螺纹相对转动,从而发生轴向的位移。阀体1内设有液压腔4,阀杆2位于液压腔4内并与液压腔4通过密封圈密封。阀杆2与阀板3之间通过压板5连接,压板3位于液压腔4的底部,阀板3位于压板5的底部。
液压腔4与阀体1的内壁为密封连接,保证通过阀体的气体或者液体不会深入到液压腔4内。并且液压腔4的底部和顶部为可活动式,即液压腔4的空间为可变空间,此空间的变化反应了阀板3的上升与下降。为了对液压腔4的空间变化进行限制,在阀体1的内壁上设有限制液压腔4上下移动的限位块6。
当旋转阀杆2时,阀杆2通过螺纹的旋转转变为轴向移动,推动液压腔4的空间发生变化,从而液压腔4的底部推动阀板3向下移动,对通道进行阻挡。
本发明尚有多种实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效变换而形成的所有技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种液压平板阀,包括阀体、阀杆和阀板,所述阀体设有容纳所述阀杆和阀板的空间,所述阀杆设有与所述阀体相配合的螺纹,其特征在于:所述阀体内设有液压腔,所述阀杆位于所述液压腔内,所述阀杆与所述阀板之间通过压板连接,所述压板位于所述液压腔的底部,所述阀板位于所述压板的底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压平板阀,其特征在于:所述液压腔与所述阀体的内壁密封连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压平板阀,其特征在于:所述液压腔的底部和顶部为可活动式。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压平板阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆与所述液压腔通过密封圈密封。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种液压平板阀,其特征在于:所述阀体的内壁上设有限制所述液压腔上下移动的限位块。
