本发明涉及电力输送领域,具体的说,是单芯抗雪压电缆线。一种单芯抗雪压电缆线,所述电缆线的横截面为等边三角形,电缆线由内到外依次为主导体、云母耐火层、绝缘保护层、阻水膏、阻水带及外护套,所述的主导体为多股铜线绞合而成。与现有技术比较,本发明的优点是:一是抗雪压设计,电力输送线横截面为等边三角形,此设计使得电力输送线哪一个角度的朝天面都很小,即使受到风力或其他因素影响后,输送线都会一直保持整条线的较小面或最小面朝天。二是防水设计,通过增加阻水膏、阻水带结构,大大提高了电缆在积雪严重情况下的防水、防漏电的能力。

本发明涉及电力输送领域,具体的说,是单芯抗雪压电缆线。
背景技术
现有的电力输送线在远距离进行电力输送时,大部分需要高压电杆架高输送线,一般相邻高压电杆间距为200米,由于间距大输电线自重也大,不可能拉直绷紧输电线,当受到风力或其他因素影响后,输送线不会一直保持整条线的最小面朝天,非常容易积雪,积雪冻结后再积雪,如此反复,同时电力输送线柔韧性和抗拉强度降低,外护套的防水能力变差,终致电力输送线压断或漏电,严重影响电力输送。因此提供一种单芯抗雪压电缆线具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗雪压、防水的电力输送线,
本发明的发明目的是通过如下途径实现的:一种单芯抗雪压电缆线,所述电缆线的横截面为等边三角形,电缆线由内到外依次为主导体、云母耐火层、绝缘保护层、阻水膏、阻水带及外护套,所述的主导体为多股铜线绞合而成。
作为本方案的进一步优化,所述的绝缘保护层为无卤低烟阻燃聚乙烯绝缘保护层。
与现有技术比较,本发明的优点是:一是抗雪压设计,电力输送线横截面为等边三角形,此设计使得电力输送线哪一个角度的朝天面都很小,即使受到风力或其他因素影响后,输送线都会一直保持整条线的较小面或最小面朝天。二是防水设计,通过增加阻水膏、阻水带结构,大大提高了电缆在积雪严重情况下的防水、防漏电的能力。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供的单芯抗雪压电缆线,所述电缆线的横截面为等边三角形,电缆线由内到外依次为主导体3、云母耐火层2、绝缘保护层1、阻水膏6、阻水带7及外护套8,所述的主导体3为多股铜线绞合而成。
所述的绝缘保护层1为无卤低烟阻燃聚乙烯绝缘保护层。

1.一种单芯抗雪压电缆线,其特征在于,所述电缆线的横截面为等边三角形,电缆线由内到外依次为主导体(3)、云母耐火层(2)、绝缘保护层(1)、阻水膏(6)、阻水带(7)及外护套(8),所述的主导体(3)为多股铜线绞合而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的单芯抗雪压电缆线,其特征在于,所述的绝缘保护层(1)为无卤低烟阻燃聚乙烯绝缘保护层。
