Abstract

本发明涉及一种适应快速高频启闭的阀门密封结构,具有一个用于阀门启闭密封的密封件,一个与所述密封件接触密封的阀板,密封件为双唇型密封件,所述阀板与双唇型密封件的双唇接触处为圆弧形密封面。阀板与驱动气缸连接,当驱动气缸运行至行程末端,关闭阀门时,所述双唇型密封件在阀板的圆弧形密封面的挤压下变形,并与阀板的圆弧形密封面贴合密封。本发明的密封件压缩量及受冲击载荷小,在高频快速启闭工况下寿命高。

适应快速高频启闭的阀门密封结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门密封结构,尤其是一种用于气阀控制式被动减摇水舱装置的阀门密封结构。
背景技术
气阀控制式被动减摇水舱装置的气动阀门用于调节舱内水位的振荡相位,极限工况下,阀门在每个船舶周期内需要完成一次开关,而且关闭时间在1s左右,动作频次高,速度快。
针对以上快速、高频动作的工况,若采用常规阀门平面密封或者锥面密封的结构形式,阀门关闭时密封件压缩应力较大,而且承受高频的冲击载荷,极易产生永久变形或者断裂等机械损伤,影响阀件的使用寿命。
对于船舶设备,由于舱室维修空间小以及海洋环境下维修条件受限,其对于使用寿命及可靠性的要求很高,因此气动阀门密封件的使用寿命是影响减摇水舱装置设备可靠性的关键因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种适应快速高频启闭的阀门密封结构,使其在气阀控制式被动减摇水舱阀门快速高频的使用工况下,机械损伤小,具有较长的使用寿命,以提高减摇水舱装置的设备可靠性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案为:一种适应快速高频启闭的阀门密封结构,具有一个用于阀门启闭密封的密封件,一个与所述密封件接触密封的阀板,所述密封件为双唇型密封件,所述阀板与双唇型密封件的双唇接触处为圆弧形密封面。
阀板与驱动气缸连接,当驱动气缸运行至行程末端,关闭阀门时,所述双唇型密封件在阀板的圆弧形密封面的挤压下变形,并与阀板的圆弧形密封面贴合密封。
本专利的有益效果是:密封件压缩量及受冲击载荷小,在高频快速启闭工况下寿命高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,:一种适应快速高频启闭的阀门密封结构,包括密封件1、阀板2、驱动气缸3。阀板2中间连接驱动气缸3,密封时,阀板2两端与密封件1接触密封连接。
如图2所示,密封件1为双唇型密封件。
如图3所示,阀板2与双唇型密封件的双唇接触处为圆弧形密封面。
阀门关闭时,驱动气缸3运行至行程末端,此时阀板2的圆弧形密封面对密封件1的双唇产生挤压,使之变形并与密封面贴合,如图4所示。
如图5所示,该密封结构的密封原理说明如下:
当密封结构一端腔体加高压P时,密封件相应端唇边受压与阀板密封面脱离,密封件内部腔体压力升高后,高压P使密封件另一端唇边与阀板密封面贴合更紧密,以实现良好的密封功能。
该密封结构具有如下特点:
1.密封件受力小。
2.密封件受冲击时产生应力小。
3.承受压力越大,密封效果越好。

1.一种适应快速高频启闭的阀门密封结构,具有一个用于阀门启闭密封的密封件(1),一个与所述密封件(1)接触密封的阀板(2),其特征在于:所述密封件(1)为双唇型密封件,所述阀板(2)与双唇型密封件的双唇接触处为圆弧形密封面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适应快速高频启闭的阀门密封结构,其特征在于:所述阀板(2)与驱动气缸(3)连接,当所述驱动气缸(3)运行至行程末端,关闭阀门时,所述双唇型密封件在阀板(2)的圆弧形密封面的挤压下变形,并与阀板(2)的圆弧形密封面贴合密封。
