本发明公开了一种精磨球磨机，包括滚筒（1）和衬板（2），其特征是所述滚筒（1）轴截面为梯形，所述滚筒（1）内壁通过螺栓连接衬板（2），所述衬板（2）上均匀设有多个半球体凸块，所述半球体凸块之间设有多个半球体凹槽。轴截面为梯形的滚筒，使得滚筒及滚筒内壁上固定的衬板与滚筒的轴线不平行，这样在转动时滚筒内的大块料不易滚向出料口端，充分球磨。同时带有凸块和凹槽的衬板能够对物料进行充分的、均匀的研磨，有效地提升了球磨机的生产效率。

本发明涉及一种球磨机。
背景技术
球磨机是物料被破碎之后，再进行粉碎的关键设备，它广泛应用于水泥，硅酸盐制品，新型建筑材料、耐火材料、化肥、黑色与有色金属选矿以及玻璃陶瓷等生产行业，对各种矿石和其它可磨性物料进行干式或湿式粉磨。球磨机是一种广泛应用于水泥、钢渣、非金属矿等物料粉磨的设备。它投资少、产品性能稳定可靠，但能量有效利用率低。世界很多学者研究证明，球磨机实际的粉磨功率的利用，仅为总能耗的百分之三到百分之八。且使用时，常因为出料口跑料和构成小循环等问题导致粉磨效率低。提高粉磨效率、节能降耗是当前球磨机最重要的研究课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决球磨不充分，从出料口跑料等问题，提供一种精磨球磨机。
本发明采用的技术方案是：一种球磨机，包括滚筒和衬板，其特征是所述滚筒轴截面为梯形，所述滚筒内壁通过螺栓连接衬板，所述衬板上均匀设有多个半球体凸块，所述半球体凸块之间设有多个半球体凹槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述凹槽的直径小于凸块的直径。
做为本发明的更进一步改进，所述凹槽和凸块的表面涂有耐磨层。
本发明采用的有益效果是：轴截面为梯形的滚筒，使得滚筒及滚筒内壁上固定的衬板与滚筒的轴线不平行，这样在转动时滚筒内的大块料不易滚向出料口端，充分球磨。同时带有凸块和凹槽的衬板能够对物料进行充分的、均匀的研磨，有效地提升了球磨机的生产效率。

下面结合图1，对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示，一种精磨球磨机，包括滚筒1和衬板2，滚筒1轴截面为梯形，滚筒1内壁通过螺栓连接衬板2，衬板2上均匀设有多个半球体凸块，所述半球体凸块之间设有多个半球体凹槽。
为了确保物料能够充分研磨充分，将凹槽的直径做成小于凸块的直径。
为了保证球磨机经久耐用，在凹槽和凸块的表面涂上耐磨层，延长了球磨机的工作寿命。

2.根据权利要求1所述的精磨球磨机，其特征是所述凹槽的直径小于凸块的直径。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的精磨球磨机，其特征是所述凹槽和凸块的表面涂有耐磨层。
