Abstract

本发明涉及液晶显示器技术领域,尤其是一种灯条,包括基座以及并列设置于所述基板上的若干行发光件,相邻两行之间的发光件具有毗邻端部,所述端部同时往所述基板内部方向倾侧,使相邻两行发光件形成一夹角,获得相邻两行发光件的出射光会聚。本发明还提供采用这种灯条组装的背光模组,使得LED灯出射光线会聚后通过量子管进入导光板,提高了背光模组的耦光效率。在保证了该背光模组高色彩高饱和度的同时,减薄了导光板的厚度,降低生产成本,并满足了液晶显示器向轻薄化发展的要求。

Description

一种背光模组及其灯条
技术领域
本发明属于液晶显示技术领域,尤其是一种超薄型的背光模组及其的灯条。
背景技术
QD(Quantum Dots)作为高色域背光技术之一,其主要结构为在蓝光LED前面设置一根量子管(QD Tube),当蓝光进入量子管后激发其内部所封装的量子点产生红光和绿光,从而加上原有的部分蓝光混合成具备高色彩和高饱和度的白光进入到导光板中,从而为液晶显示器提供更高色彩饱和度的光线,提供了显示器对色彩的表现能力。然而因为量子管m对光线的损耗较大,故此现有技术采取双排LED灯n1、n2设计,意在通过增加灯的数量增加光通量。结合图1所示,设一个LED灯n1的垂直宽度为D,两个LED灯n1、n2设之间的距离为W,则,导光板L的厚度H至少需要H=2D+W。可见,这种双排LED灯的设计需要匹配更厚的导光板、量子管,不仅增加背光模组的重量、厚度,还造成制作材料增加、成本上升等问题,不适应于目前液晶显示器轻薄化的发展趋势。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种灯条,以及采用这种灯条制作的背光模组,通过使双排LED灯向内倾侧设置,使LED灯出射光会聚,达到增加光强度。
这一种灯条,包括基板,以及并列设置于所述基板上的若干行发光件,相邻两行之间的发光件具有毗邻端部,所述端部同时往所述基板内部方向倾侧,使相邻两行发光件形成一夹角,获得相邻两行发光件的出射光会聚。
进一步地,所述夹角为90~150°。
进一步地,所述基板横截面呈M型。
进一步地,所述基板与所述发光件的连接面呈弧形。
进一步地,所述发光件包括基座以及装设于所述基座上的LED灯。
本发明还提供一种背光模组,包括导光板,胶框以及设置于所述导光板、胶框***的背板,还包括安装于所述背板上与所述导光板入光面对应的灯条,以及设置于所述灯条及所述导光板之间的量子管,
相邻两行之间的发光件具有毗邻端部,所述端部同时往所述基板内部方向倾侧,使相邻两行发光件形成一夹角,获得相邻两行发光件的出射光会聚。
进一步地,所述相邻两行LED灯夹角为90~150°。
进一步地,所述基板横截面呈M型。
进一步地,所述基板与所述发光件的连接面呈弧形。所述基板与所述发光件的连接面呈弧形。
进一步地,所述发光件包括基座以及装设于所述基座上的LED灯。
进一步地,所述基板与所述背板一体成型。
有益效果:
本发明通过调整现有LED灯条中两排LED灯的相对位置,获得出射光线会聚的LED灯条。并将该灯条应用于背光模组当中,使得LED灯出射光线会聚后通过量子管进入导光板,提高了背光模组的耦光效率。在保证了该背光模组高色彩高饱和度的同时,减薄了导光板的厚度,降低生产成本,并满足了液晶显示器向轻薄化发展的要求。

具体实施方式
下面,将结合附图对本发明实施例作详细说明。
如图2所示,本发明提供一种灯条10,包括基板11以及并列设置于所述基板11上的若干行发光件12。本实施例的发光件12在基板11呈上下两行平行排列。相邻两行之间的发光件12具有毗邻的端部,具体例如为:第一行发光件12靠近邻行发光件121处具有第一端12a,第二行的发光件122在靠近第一行发光件121处具有第二端12b,所述第一端12a与所述第二端12b上下相毗邻。且,所述第一端12a和第二端12b同时往所述基板11内部方向倾侧,使相邻两行发光件12倾侧形成一夹角θ,获得相邻两行发光件121、122的出射光会聚。其中,两发光件121、122的夹角为90~150°,本实施例中优选为120°。
优选地,本实施例的基板11的横截面呈现M型,两排发光件121、122分别设置在基板11两凸起的肩部11a。其中,每个发光件121、122均包括基座123以及装设于所述基座123上的LED灯124。,基座123可以为PCB板,该LED灯124通过PCB板安装在基板11的肩部11a上。
当然,基板除了上述构型之外,还可以将所述基板与所述发光件的连接面设计为向基板内部凹陷的弧形或其他构型(图中未示出),使得安装于该连接面上的发光件形成夹角,同样能达到本发明目的。
在其他优选结构中,发光件也可以只有LED灯的结构直接安装在基板的肩部上。此时,基板可为具有上述造型的PCB板。
本实施例还提供采用这种灯条制作的背光模组,如图3所示,这种背光模组,包括导光板20,胶框30以及设置于所述导光板20、胶框30***的背板40,还包括安装于所述背板40上与所述导光板20入光面对应的灯条10,以及设置于所述灯条10及所述导光板20之间的量子管50。实际使用时,灯条10可以粘接于与导光板20入光侧对应的背板40上(参见图3所示),也可以如图4所示,将灯条10的基板与背板40一体成型,使得在背板40对应灯条10安装的位置具有上述基板的构造,同样能实现本发明目的。
以图4为例,通过对灯条结构的调整,使得两排LED灯光线具有一定的出射角度,并最终在量子管50内会聚,再进入导光板20形成均匀面光源。即,LED灯自身的宽度不变仍为D,LED灯之间的宽度不变仍为W,两排LED灯出光面形成的夹角为θ,可以计算得到,两排LED灯在出光面处的高度=2Dcos(θ/2)+W;由于光线出射后会聚再进入量子管50,又进一步缩窄了出光面的高度,则实际上从导光板20入光面的厚度H’显然小于2Dcos(θ/2)+W。可见,改进后的导光板厚度大大缩小(H’<H),量子管也比现有技术更轻薄。因此,通过本发明的改进不仅能获得保证高色彩高饱和度的技术效果,还能提高背光模组的偶光效率,减薄导光板和量子管的厚度,大大降低材料成本,满足背光模组更轻更薄的需要。

Claims (10)

1.一种灯条,包括基板,以及并列设置于所述基板上的若干行发光件,其特征在于,
相邻两行之间的发光件具有毗邻端部,所述端部同时往所述基板内部方向倾侧,使相邻两行发光件形成一夹角,获得相邻两行发光件的出射光会聚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯条,其特征在于,所述夹角为90~150°。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的灯条,其特征在于,所述基板横截面呈M型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的灯条,其特征在于,所述基板与所述发光件的连接面呈弧形。
5.根据权利要求3所述的灯条,其特征在于,所述发光件包括基座以及装设于所述基座上的LED灯。
6.一种背光模组,包括导光板,胶框以及设置于所述导光板、胶框***的背板,还包括安装于所述背板上与所述导光板入光面对应的灯条,以及设置于所述灯条及所述导光板之间的量子管,其特征在于:
相邻两行之间的发光件具有毗邻端部,所述端部同时往所述基板内部方向倾侧,使相邻两行发光件形成一夹角,获得相邻两行发光件的出射光会聚。
7.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述相邻两行LED灯夹角为90~150°。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述基板横截面呈M型。
9.根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述基板与所述发光件的连接面呈弧形。
10.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述发光件包括基座以及装设于所述基座上的LED灯;所述基板与所述背板一体成型。
