Abstract

一种风扇,包括一扇框及一叶轮,该扇框的中部设有一容置孔,该叶轮装设于该容置孔内,该扇框于该容置孔的孔壁上形成环绕该容置孔的一环形的凹槽及一邻近凹槽并相对该凹槽凸起的环形的凸缘。该风扇的凹槽与凸缘对经叶轮旋转带动而流经容置孔的气流加压,使气流向容置孔外吹出的同时向中部集中,从而使得风扇吹出的风流的风量更大,风压更强,可吹向更远处,散热效果更好。

本发明涉及一种风扇。
背景技术
请参照图1,现有的风扇80通常包括一扇框81与一收容于扇框81内的叶轮83。扇框81的中部为一横截面呈圆形的用以收容叶轮83的内壁光滑的容置孔85。叶轮83转动,气流从容置孔85的一侧进入容置孔85后经叶轮83作用由容置孔85的另一侧向四周发散地吹出。对于需要风流集中散热的元件,此风扇80的散热效果并不好。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种使风流更为集中吹出的风扇。
一种风扇,包括一扇框及一叶轮,该扇框的中部设有一容置孔,该叶轮装设于该容置孔内,该扇框于该容置孔的孔壁上形成环绕该容置孔的一环形的凹槽及一邻近凹槽并相对该凹槽凸起的环形的凸缘。
一种风扇,包括一扇框及一叶轮,该扇框的中部设有一容置孔,该叶轮装设于该容置孔内,该扇框于该容置孔的孔壁上形成若干环绕该容置孔的环形的凹槽,每一凹槽的两侧分别形成一相对凹槽凸起的环形的凸缘。
该风扇的凹槽与凸缘对经叶轮旋转带动而流经容置孔的气流加压,使气流向容置孔外吹出的同时向中部集中,从而使得风扇吹出的风流的风量更大,风压更强,可吹向更远处,散热效果更好。

具体实施方式
请参照图2与图3,本发明风扇10的较佳实施方式,包括一扇框12及一叶轮14。
该扇框12包括相对的两侧壁121。该扇框12的中部设有一横截面呈椭圆形的贯穿该两侧壁121的容置孔123。该叶轮14装设于该容置孔123内。该扇框12于该容置孔123的孔壁124上形成若干环绕该容置孔123的环形的凹槽125,每一凹槽125的两侧分别形成一相对凹槽125凸起的环形的凸缘126。
风扇10工作时,叶轮14转动使风流由容置孔123的一侧进入容置孔123后由容置孔123的另一侧吹出。由于容置孔123的孔壁124上形成相间隔的凹槽125与凸缘126,凹槽125与凸缘126对经叶轮14旋转带动而流经容置孔123的气流形成加压,使气流向容置孔123外吹出的同时向中部集中,从而使得风扇10吹出的风流的风量更大,风压更强,可吹向更远处,散热效果更好。
该风扇10的容置孔123的横截面呈椭圆形,可改善风切声,降低风扇10工作时的噪音。
在本实施方式中,凹槽125与凸缘126的横截面均呈圆弧形。在其它实施方式中,凹槽125与凸缘126的横截面还可以是弧形或其它形状,凹槽125与凸缘126在容置孔123的孔壁124上共同形成波浪形的表面。
在其它实施方式中,该风扇10的容置孔123的孔壁124上可只设有一个凹槽125与一个邻近凹槽125的凸缘126,同样可实现给风流加压的作用,使气流向容置孔123外吹出的同时向中部集中。

Claims (8)

1.一种风扇,包括一扇框及一叶轮,该扇框的中部设有一容置孔,该叶轮装设于该容置孔内,该扇框于该容置孔的孔壁上形成环绕该容置孔的一环形的凹槽及一邻近凹槽并相对该凹槽凸起的环形的凸缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其特征在于:该凹槽与凸缘的横截面均呈圆弧形。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇,其特征在于:该凹槽与凸缘在容置孔的孔壁上共同形成波浪形的表面。
4.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的风扇,其特征在于:该容置孔的横截面呈椭圆形。
5.一种风扇,包括一扇框及一叶轮,该扇框的中部设有一容置孔,该叶轮装设于该容置孔内,该扇框于该容置孔的孔壁上形成若干环绕该容置孔的环形的凹槽,每一凹槽的两侧分别形成一相对凹槽凸起的环形的凸缘。
6.如权利要求5所述的风扇,其特征在于:凹槽与凸缘的横截面均呈圆弧形。
7.如权利要求6所述的风扇,其特征在于:凹槽与凸缘在容置孔的孔壁上共同形成波浪形的表面。
8.如权利要求5至7中任意一项所述的风扇,其特征在于:该容置孔的横截面呈椭圆形。
