本发明公开了一种聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体树脂15%~30%、消光剂30%~50%、稳定剂10%~15%、钛白粉15%~25%、荧光增白剂5%~15%、分散剂2%~5%。本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明制得的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒应用在PC中,具有分散性好、低光泽哑光效果佳、外观好、使用方便等特点,而且还有利于工业自动化和清洁生产,因而具有很好的实用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种母粒,具体地说是一种聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯(PC)是一种无定形、无嗅、无味、无毒、透明的热塑性聚合物,是唯一具有良好透明性的塑料品种,并且具有较好的机械强度、耐热性能及耐电综合性能,同时还具有耐冲击强度高,蠕变性小,制品尺寸稳定,易增强,无毒卫生,能着色,性价比高,可化学修饰和物理改性潜力大等优点,广泛应用于玻璃装配业、汽车工业、电子电器、机械零部件、光盘、包装、计算机等办公室设备、医疗及保健、薄膜、休闲和防护器材等领域。随着市场竞争的日益激烈,各行各业对聚碳酸酯(PC)各方面的性能提出了更高的要求,普通聚碳酸酯(PC)已经难以满足行业需求,通常,根据需求可以对其进行改性,使适应不同的需求。聚碳酸酯(PC)消光、哑光效果可使产品具有更佳的外观,在汽车配件内装饰品应用具有很好的效果。由于直接添加消光剂不利于聚碳酸酯(PC)工业自动化生产和提高效率,而且可能还会由于分散不好而影响到产品质量等,因此,研发一种聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒是一个不失实用和能确保产品质量与效果的较为合适方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种浓度高、使用方便、分散性好、低光泽哑光效果佳的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体树脂15%~30%、消光剂30%~50%、稳定剂10%~15%、钛白粉15%~25%、荧光增白剂5%~15%、分散剂2%~5%。
所述的载体树脂为双酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯(PC)。
所述的消光剂为交联苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物。
所述的稳定剂为磷类稳定剂或受阻酚类稳定剂。
所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
所述的荧光增白剂为2,2,-(2,5-噻吩)双[5-(1,1-二甲乙基)]-苯并***。
所述的分散剂为EVA蜡、EBS、TAS-2A、PETS中的一种。
上述的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒的制备方法为:按重量配比称取各组分,分别加入高速混合中,搅拌5~25分钟,使充分混合和均匀分散后,出料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在230℃~260℃下经熔融混炼挤出、冷却造粒,并干燥后包装,即得本发明的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明制得的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒应用在PC中,具有分散性好、低光泽哑光效果佳、外观好、使用方便等特点,而且还有利于工业自动化和清洁生产,因而具有很好的实用效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体树脂20%、交联苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物40%、磷类稳定剂10%、金红石型钛白粉20%、荧光增白剂6%、EVA蜡4%。其中,所述的载体树脂为双酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯(PC);所述的荧光增白剂为2,2,-(2,5-噻吩)双[5-(1,1-二甲乙基)]-苯并***。
制备方法:按重量配比称取各组分,分别加入高速混合中,搅拌5~25分钟,使充分混合和均匀分散后,出料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在230℃~260℃下经熔融混炼挤出、冷却造粒,并干燥后包装,即得本发明的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒。
实施例2:
一种聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体树脂20%、交联苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物30%、受阻酚类稳定剂12%、金红石型钛白粉25%、荧光增白剂10%、PETS 3%。其中,所述的载体树脂为双酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯(PC);所述的荧光增白剂为2,2,-(2,5-噻吩)双[5-(1,1-二甲乙基)]-苯并***。
制备方法:按重量配比称取各组分,分别加入高速混合中,搅拌5~25分钟,使充分混合和均匀分散后,出料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在230℃~260℃下经熔融混炼挤出、冷却造粒,并干燥后包装,即得本发明的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒。

1.一种聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体树脂15%~30%、消光剂30%~50%、稳定剂10%~15%、钛白粉15%~25%、荧光增白剂5%~15%、分散剂2%~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒,其特征在于,所述的载体树脂为双酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯(PC)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒,其特征在于,所述的消光剂为交联苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂为磷类稳定剂或受阻酚类稳定剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒,其特征在于,所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒,其特征在于,所述的荧光增白剂为2,2,-(2,5-噻吩)双[5-(1,1-二甲乙基)]-苯并***。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为EVA蜡、EBS、TAS-2A、PETS中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按重量配比称取各组分,分别加入高速混合中,搅拌5~25分钟,使充分混合和均匀分散后,出料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在230℃~260℃下经熔融混炼挤出、冷却造粒,并干燥后包装,即得本发明的聚碳酸酯(PC)用消光色母粒。
