Abstract

本发明涉及一种医疗器械,具体是一种微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的锁定支架。本发明所述的锁定支架,包括锁定棒本体及4枚锁定螺钉。锁定棒本体为园柱形,近端带有弧度,设定有4个锁定螺纹孔;近端2个孔呈130°顷斜,远端2个孔则为垂直状;近端2枚螺钉为中空松质骨锁定螺钉,远端2枚螺钉为皮质骨锁定螺钉。该锁定支架和现有钢板相比,锁定棒为圆柱形设计,与骨头的接触面减少,易于微创经皮植入,只需用4枚螺钉进行锁定,具有设计合理、结构简单、固定牢固、操作方便等特点。该技术不需要显露骨折端,从而减少创伤及术中失血,低手术风险,极大改善了血运和骨膜的生长及术后恢复。

一种微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的锁定支架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,具体是一种微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的锁定支架。 
背景技术
目前,对于股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗还没有一个统一的金标准,外固定支架固定治疗虽然创伤小,但固定时间久,护理困难,生活不便,常常合并钉道感染及膝关节僵硬。如果采用锁定钢板或髓内钉固定,虽然能达到很好的固定作用,但需要手术切开复位或扩髓,存在创伤大、失血多、风险高等缺点。如何为股骨粗隆间骨折患者、尤其是老年患者提供一种更为安全高效,疗效肯定的固定方法,是当前治疗的难题。 
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是,克服背景技术的不足,提供一种结构简单合理,固定牢固,操作方便的能够微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的锁定支架。 
本发明的锁定支架,包括锁定棒本体及4枚锁定螺钉。 
锁定棒本体的具体技术方案是,其特征在于所述的锁定棒本体为园柱形;所述的锁定棒本体近端带有弧度;所述的锁定棒本体上设定有4个锁定螺纹孔。 
锁定螺纹孔的具体技术方案是,其特征在于近端2个锁定螺纹孔与所述的锁定棒本体呈130°顷斜并位于同一水平面内;远端2个锁定螺纹孔则与所述的锁定棒本体垂直并位于同一水平面内,且在所述内表面上设置多圈螺纹。 
锁定螺钉的具体技术方案是,其特征在于近端2个锁定螺钉为中空松质骨锁定螺钉;远端2个锁定螺钉为皮质骨锁定螺钉。 
本发明的一种医用锁定支架和现有技术相比,锁定棒为圆柱形设计,与骨头的接触面减少,易于微创经皮植入后进行锁定,具有设计合理、结构简单、易于加工、固定牢固、操作方便、生产成本低等特点。该技术不需要显露骨折端,不需要剥离骨膜,也不需扩髓,不用输血,从而减少创伤及术中失血,节约血源,低手术风险,极大改善了血运和骨膜的生长及术后恢复。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。实施例产品均采用医用不锈钢制作(图3、图4)。 
锁定棒1为园柱形,近端带有弧度(图1、图2)。锁定螺纹孔2与所述的锁定棒本体呈130°顷斜并位于同一水平面内;锁定螺纹孔3与所述的锁定棒本体垂直并位于同一水平面内,且在所述内表面上设置多圈螺纹(图2)。锁定螺钉4为中空松质骨锁定螺钉;锁定螺钉5为皮质骨锁定螺钉(图1)。 
手术操作步骤:麻醉下,患者仰卧于手术台上,常规消毒铺巾,在C臂X线机透视下,首先进行骨折的闭合复位。然后在大粗隆最突出点下方作3Cm长的切口,深达股外侧肌,先将锁定棒***到股骨外侧,并与股骨干平行,于锁定棒近端用两枚导针经过锁定螺纹孔从大粗隆外侧并沿颈干角方向钻入股骨颈内,导针定位准确后,通过导针用空心钻在皮质骨处钻 孔,拧入2枚股骨颈空心拉力锁定螺钉;在锁定棒远端对应皮肤处另作3Cm小切口,钻孔后拧入2枚皮质骨锁定螺钉。通过锁定棒与4枚锁定螺钉间的螺纹锁定,使锁定棒与螺钉成为一整体,达到维持及支撑骨折复位的作用(图5),实现对骨折的有效固定,有利于骨折的愈合和早期活动。本发明的锁定支架,能够对股骨粗隆间骨折进行可靠的内固定,具有操作方便,切口小、出血少、术后康复快、医疗费用低等特点,明显优于同类骨折的现有治疗技术水平。 

Claims (7)

1.一种微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的锁定支架,包括有锁定棒本体(1)和4枚锁定螺钉。
2.根据权利要求(1)所述的锁定棒本体,其特征在于所述的锁定棒本体为园柱形。
3.根据权利要求(1)所述的锁定棒本体,其特征在于所述的锁定棒本体近端带有弧度。
4.根据权利要求(1)所述的锁定棒本体,其特征在于所述的锁定棒本体上设定有4个锁定螺纹孔(2)。
5.根据权利要求(2)所述的锁定螺纹孔,其特征在于近端2个锁定螺纹孔与所述的锁定棒本体呈130°顷斜;远端2个锁定螺纹孔则与所述的锁定棒本体垂直,且在所述内表面上设置多圈螺纹。
6.根据权利要求(2)所述的锁定螺纹孔,其特征在于所述的锁定孔上设置有锁定螺钉(3)。
7.根据权利要求(3)所述的锁定螺钉,其特征在于近端2个锁定螺钉为中空松质骨锁定螺钉;远端2个锁定螺钉为皮质骨锁定螺钉。
