Abstract

本发明公开了一种加湿加热型双向空气交换机,旨在解决现有的空气交换机通风、净化效果差,空气加热效果不理想、能耗高,且无法调节空气湿度的技术问题。它包括进风单元、过滤单元、加湿单元、热循环单元、排风单元和电路控制单元,进风单元包括进风通道、位于进风通道两端的室外进风口和室内出风口,在进风通道中部设有第一挡板,将进风通道分隔为第一冷风区和第一暖风区;热循环单元包括第一涡轮管和空气加热装置;加湿单元包括水箱和雾化加湿器。本发明采用双向空气交换***、以及多层过滤方式,实现室内整体空气的持续净化循环,并能实现空气加热和调节湿度,提高空气质量。

Description

加湿加热型双向空气交换机
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑房屋暖通通风***技术领域,具体涉及一种加湿加热型双向空气交换机。
背景技术
在建筑房屋暖通通风***领域中,使用空气交换机可以实现对室内空气的简单过滤、清洁,达到改善室内空气的目的。但是当室内面积较大时,现有的空气交换机只能对其附近的局部空气进行过滤,空气净化效果不强,仅能够达到局部短时间净化,且会被室内其余部分的污浊空气混合,无法实现空气循环,从而影响空气净化的效果。现有的空气交换机在给室内提供暖风时,通常能耗很大,且达不到理想的空气加热效果。另外,现有的空气交换机也无法调节室内的湿度,经空气交换机送出的空气通常比较干燥,长时间使用,会造成室内空气变得极为干燥,造成人体舒适度下降,也不利于人的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有的空气交换机通风、净化效果差,空气加热效果不理想、能耗高,且无法调节空气湿度的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
设计一种加湿加热型双向空气交换机,包括进风单元、过滤单元、加湿单元、热循环单元、排风单元和电路控制单元,
所述进风单元包括进风通道、位于所述进风通道两端的室外进风口和室内出风口,在所述进风通道内靠近所述室外进风口处设有涡轮增压机,在所述进风通道中部设有第一挡板,将所述进风通道分隔为第一冷风区和第一暖风区;
所述排风单元包括排风通道、位于所述排风通道两端的室内进风口和室外出风口,在所述排风通道内靠近所述室内进风口处设有涡轮增压机;
所述热循环单元包括第一涡轮管和空气加热装置,所述第一涡轮管的进气口设置于所述第一冷风区内靠近所述第一挡板处、出气口设置于所述第一暖风区内靠近所述第一挡板处,所述空气加热装置设置于所述第一涡轮管的出气口处;
所述加湿单元包括水箱和雾化加湿器,在所述水箱上设有进水管和出水管,在所述进水管上设有止水阀,所述出水管与所述雾化加湿器相连接,所述雾化加湿器设置于所述进风通道内靠近室内出风口处,在所述水箱内设有水加热器。
优选的,所述热循环单元还包括第二涡轮管,所述第二涡轮管设置于所述第一涡轮管的下方,实现第一涡轮管和第二涡轮管的交错排列;在所述排风通道中部设有第二挡板,将所述排风通道分隔为第二冷风区和第二暖风区;所述第二涡轮管的进气口设置于所述第二暖风区内靠近所述第二挡板处、出气口设置于所述第二冷风区内靠近所述第二挡板处。
优选的,所述过滤单元包括设置于所述第一冷风区内的依次相邻的初效过滤器、集尘器、活性炭过滤器,所述初效过滤器与所述进风通道内的涡轮增压机相邻。
优选的,所述过滤单元还包括设置于所述第一暖风区内的依次相邻的HEPA过滤器、紫外线消毒器和负离子发生器,所述负离子发生器与所述雾化加湿器相邻。
优选的,所述初效过滤器为板式尼龙网初效过滤器。
优选的,所述集尘器为电子式集尘器。
优选的,所述水箱为自动供水的循环水箱。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.采用双向空气交换***,进风单元将室外空气引入到空气交换机内,经过滤单元过滤后,将新鲜的空气送到室内;排风单元将室内的污浊空气抽出,排出室外。进风单元和排风单元共同工作,组成室内空气的循环净化***,实现室内整体空气的持续净化循环,克服了现有的空气交换机只能进行局部空气的短时间净化的问题,空气净化效果更好。
2.在空气交换机中设置了加湿单元,使用水箱加热和雾化加湿器,给净化后的空气进行加湿,然后再送入室内,实现了室内空气湿度的调节,解决了现有的空气交换机使用时容易造成室内空气干燥,使人的舒适感降低,影响人的身体健康的问题。
3.采用热循环单元实现空气的加热,进入进风通道内经过初步净化的空气首先被引入到第一涡轮管,经过空气加热装置加热后再送出,为室内提供净化、加湿后的暖风;室内的空气经由排风单元排出时,首先进入第二涡轮管,室内空气在经过第二涡轮管时,本身所带的热量可以被第一涡轮管利用,进行热量交换,节约第一涡轮管进行空气加热时所需的能量;热循环单元采用这种双向涡轮管的方式来实现空气加热,能耗更低,加热效果更好,同时也不影响室内的通风和空气循环。
4.过滤单元采用多层过滤的方式,合理安排各层过滤装置、净化装置的位置和顺序,使空气经过层层过滤、杀菌、消毒,除去空气中的杂质、粉尘颗粒、细菌,使进入室内的空气得到彻底净化。初效过滤器主要用于过滤空气中较大颗粒的尘埃粒子;电子式集尘器用于进一步过滤空气中较小的微粒粉尘;活性炭过滤器可去除空气中的异味;HEPA过滤器可滤除空气中的细菌和病毒等有机体,防止病菌传播疾病;负离子发生器可以向空气中加入有益人体健康的负离子,进一步提高空气质量。

下面结合附图和实施例来说明本发明的具体实施方式,但以下实施例只是用来详细说明本发明,并不以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:一种加湿加热型双向空气交换机,包括进风单元、过滤单元、加湿单元、热循环单元、排风单元和电路控制单元6,
进风单元包括进风通道、位于进风通道两端的室外进风口11和室内出风口12,在进风通道内靠近室外进风口11处设有涡轮增压机13,在进风通道中部设有第一挡板14,将进风通道分隔为第一冷风区15和第一暖风区16;
排风单元包括排风通道、位于排风通道两端的室内进风口21和室外出风口22,在排风通道内靠近室内进风口21处设有涡轮增压机23。
热循环单元包括第一涡轮管31和空气加热装置33,第一涡轮管31的进气口设置于第一冷风区15内靠近第一挡板14处、出气口设置于第一暖风区16内靠近第一挡板14处,空气加热装置33设置于第一涡轮管31的出气口处。
加湿单元包括水箱41和雾化加湿器42,在水箱41上设有进水管43和出水管44,在进水管43上设有止水阀45,出水管44与雾化加湿器42相连接,雾化加湿器42设置于进风通道内靠近室内出风口12处,在水箱41内设有水加热器46,水箱41为自动供水的循环水箱。
过滤单元包括设置于第一冷风区15内的依次相邻的初效过滤器51、集尘器52、活性炭过滤器53,初效过滤器51与进风通道内的涡轮增压机13相邻;过滤单元还包括设置于第一暖风区16内的依次相邻的HEPA过滤器54、紫外线消毒器55和负离子发生器56,负离子发生器56与雾化加湿器42相邻。其中,初效过滤器51为板式尼龙网初效过滤器,集尘器52为电子式集尘器。
实施例2:一种加湿加热型双向空气交换机,参见图1、图2,与实施例1的不同之处在于,热循环单元还包括第二涡轮管32,第二涡轮管32设置于第一涡轮管31的下方,实现第一涡轮管31和第二涡轮管32的交错排列;在排风通道中部设有第二挡板24,将排风通道分隔为第二冷风区25和第二暖风区26;第二涡轮管32的进气口设置于第二暖风区26内靠近第二挡板处、出气口设置于第二冷风区25内靠近第二挡板处。
在以上实施例中所涉及的设备部件如无特别说明,均为常规设备部件。
下面以实施例2中的加热加湿型双向空气交换机为例来说明本发明的实施方式:启动该空气交换机后,室外空气经由室外进风口进入第一冷风区内,经过初步过滤,被引入到第一涡轮管中,通过空气加热装置进行加热后进入第一暖风区内,再经过进一步的净化和加湿后,通过室内出风口进入室内,实现对室内空气的净化和加热加湿。室内空气通过排风通道排出时,首先进入第二涡轮管,与第一涡轮管进行热量交换,空气本身所带热量被第一涡轮管利用,以降低第一涡轮管进行加热时的能耗。当不需对室内空气进行加热时,只需将空气加热装置关闭,即可实现常温空气的正常循环和流通。其中,过滤单元采用层层过滤的方式,实现对空气的净化、杀菌,过滤单元中的初效过滤器主要用于过滤5μm以上的尘埃粒子,电子式集尘器可以过滤掉10μm以下的大部分粉尘微粒,具有空气阻力低、积尘后阻力变化小且集尘范围广的优点,活性炭过滤器可除去空气中的异味;HEPA过滤器可滤除空气中的细菌和病毒等有机体,能够防止空气中的细菌、病毒或其他有害颗粒物传播疾病;负离子发生器可以向空气中加入有益人体健康的负离子,进一步提高空气质量。自动供水的循环水箱内设有水加热器,为雾化加湿器提供热水,实现对空气湿度的调节。

1.一种加湿加热型双向空气交换机,包括进风单元、过滤单元、加湿单元、热循环单元、排风单元和电路控制单元,其特征在于,
所述进风单元包括进风通道、位于所述进风通道两端的室外进风口和室内出风口,在所述进风通道内靠近所述室外进风口处设有涡轮增压机,在所述进风通道中部设有第一挡板,将所述进风通道分隔为第一冷风区和第一暖风区;
所述排风单元包括排风通道、位于所述排风通道两端的室内进风口和室外出风口,在所述排风通道内靠近所述室内进风口处设有涡轮增压机;
所述热循环单元包括第一涡轮管和空气加热装置,所述第一涡轮管的进气口设置于所述第一冷风区内靠近所述第一挡板处、出气口设置于所述第一暖风区内靠近所述第一挡板处,所述空气加热装置设置于所述第一涡轮管的出气口处;
所述加湿单元包括水箱和雾化加湿器,在所述水箱上设有进水管和出水管,在所述进水管上设有止水阀,所述出水管与所述雾化加湿器相连接,所述雾化加湿器设置于所述进风通道内靠近室内出风口处,在所述水箱内设有水加热器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加湿加热型双向空气交换机,其特征在于,所述热循环单元还包括第二涡轮管,所述第二涡轮管设置于所述第一涡轮管的下方,实现第一涡轮管和第二涡轮管的交错排列;在所述排风通道中部设有第二挡板,将所述排风通道分隔为第二冷风区和第二暖风区;所述第二涡轮管的进气口设置于所述第二暖风区内靠近所述第二挡板处、出气口设置于所述第二冷风区内靠近所述第二挡板处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加湿加热型双向空气交换机,其特征在于,所述过滤单元包括设置于所述第一冷风区内的依次相邻的初效过滤器、集尘器、活性炭过滤器,所述初效过滤器与所述进风通道内的涡轮增压机相邻。
4.根据权利要求3所述的加湿加热型双向空气交换机,其特征在于,所述过滤单元还包括设置于所述第一暖风区内的依次相邻的HEPA过滤器、紫外线消毒器和负离子发生器,所述负离子发生器与所述雾化加湿器相邻。
5.根据权利要求3所述的加湿加热型双向空气交换机,其特征在于,所述初效过滤器为板式尼龙网初效过滤器。
