Abstract

本发明公开了一种压纹折叠铝塑膜，包括依次紧贴的压花层、印刷层、铝箔层、基底薄膜层，所述基底薄膜层和铝箔层之间具有热熔胶粘合层；所述薄膜层的印刷面涂覆有底涂层；所述的印刷层外涂覆有热封层。本发明较常规纸、铝、膜包装材料具有高阻隔性，同时较常规薄膜有优异的折叠成型性。此外产品通过铝箔表面压花提升产品包装档次。

一种压纹折叠铝塑膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种压纹折叠铝塑膜，属于包装材料技术领域。
背景技术
块状食品包装材料主要由以下两种方式生产：
1、由基底纸张加涂热熔胶后与铝箔通过湿法复合而成，为了满足包装的需求，还会在铝箔表面印刷图案或者压纹。但由于热熔胶涂布时的黏度较高，涂布后的致密性较差，随着时间推移，外部水汽会进入内容物，导致产品发生变质，影响食品质量和人身健康。此包装方式折叠性好但阻隔性差；
2、薄膜印刷后与纸张、铝箔通过干湿法复合完成粘合。为改善薄膜折叠性，通常与铝箔使用干湿法复合，因干湿法复合涂胶量较低，铝箔经折叠后后出现裂痕，降低了铝箔的阻隔效果，此外，包装后表层为薄膜印刷图案，较铝箔压花包装档次也低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种压纹折叠铝塑膜，解决的技术问题是提高产品的折叠性和阻隔性。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的：
本发明公开了一种压纹折叠铝塑膜，包括依次紧贴的压花层、热封层、印刷层、铝箔层、热熔粘合层、基底薄膜层。所述基底薄膜层和铝箔层提高了产品的阻隔性能，所述热熔胶粘合层，弥补了铝纸折叠后的裂痕提高产品阻隔性能；所述的印刷层表面面涂覆有热封层，实现折叠后A/A面热封。所述压花层提高了产品的包装档次。
本发明的有益效果为：
1.    具有薄膜、铝箔的原始高阻隔性。
2.    具有铝箔优良的 成型性。

如图1，是本发明的结构示意图，是一种压纹折叠铝塑膜，包括依次紧贴的压花层1、热封层2、印刷层3、底涂层4、铝箔层5、热熔胶粘合层6、基底薄膜层7，基底薄膜层7与铝箔层5通过热熔胶粘合层6实现粘合；底涂层4增强了印刷层3在铝箔层5的结合牢度，印刷层3外涂布有热封层2、热封层2为有压纹图案层1。本发明通过铝箔层、热熔粘合层、薄膜层的结合提高了产品折叠后的阻隔及折叠成型性能。通过印刷层外增加压花层提高了产品的包装档次。

1.一种压纹折叠铝塑膜，包括依次紧贴的压纹层、热封层、印刷层、铝箔层、热熔胶粘合层、基底薄膜层，其特征在于所述铝箔层外有印刷图案层，印刷图案层外涂布有热封层，其基底薄膜层和铝箔层之间具有热熔胶粘合层。
2.如权利要求1所述的压纹折叠铝塑膜，其特征在于所述印刷层上有图案压纹层。
