本发明实施例提供了一种业务数据的传输方法、终端及基站,该方法包括:基站接收终端发送的所述终端的传输属性;所述基站依据所述终端的传输属性,确定所述终端的TTI绑定传输策略;所述基站向所述终端发送TTI绑定传输指示,以使得所述终端依据所述终端的传输属性,确定所述终端的TTI绑定传输策略,并依据所述终端的TTI绑定传输策略,以TTI绑定传输方式向所述基站发送业务数据;所述基站依据所述TTI绑定传输策略,接收所述终端发送的业务数据。本发明实施例提供的技术方案,用以实现扩大中等数据速率和高数据速率的业务覆盖。
