本发明涉及一种开绕组电机双端级联式逆变器用共模滤波器,该共模滤波器由LCR电路组成,逆变器1和逆变器2的三相输出连接电抗器(1-6),所述电抗器都是大电压大电流电抗器;电抗器(1-6)与电容(7-12)串联,所述电容均为大容量电容;电容分别通过电阻1(13)和电阻2(14)与两逆变器直流侧中点相连。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种逆变器用滤波器,特别是涉及一种开绕组电机双端级联式五电平逆变器用共模滤波器。
背景技术
开绕组电机双端级联式五电平逆变器是一种理想的中大功率电力装置应用拓扑。其逆变器输出共模电压会引发轴电压、轴承电流和接地电流问题,严重危害电机的正常运行。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种开绕组电机双端级联式五电平逆变器用共模滤波器,能有效消除或抑制逆变器输出共模电压,解决电机轴电压、轴承电流和接地电流问题。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种开绕组电机双端级联式五电平逆变器用共模滤波器,其特征在于,将两个共模滤波器分别串联在两侧逆变器出线端与开绕组电机之间,并将共模滤波器与逆变器直流侧中点相连,共模滤波器由LCR电路组成。具体地,以逆变器1为例,逆变器三相输出与电抗器1(1)、电抗器2(2)和电抗器3(3)串联,然后分别与电容1(7)、电容2(8)和电容3(9)相连,最后通过电阻1(1)与逆变器1直流侧中点相连。本发明可应用在有两个独立直流电源的开绕组电机双端级联式五电平逆变器***。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明可以有效消除或抑制开绕组电机双端级联式五电平逆变器输出共模电压,解决电机轴电压、轴承电流和接地电流问题,保证开绕组电机可靠运行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种开绕组电机双端级联式五电平逆变器用共模滤波器,共模滤波器由LCR电路组成,逆变器1和逆变器2的三相输出连接电抗器(1-6),所述电抗器都是大电压大电流电抗器;电抗器(1-6)与电容(7-12)串联,所述电容均为大容量电容;电容分别通过电阻1(13)和电阻2(14)与两逆变器直流侧中点相连。
该共模滤波器采用LCR电路,选择合适的LCR参数即可使共模滤波器有效消除或抑制开绕组电机双端级联式五电平逆变器的输出共模电压。

1.一种开绕组电机双端级联式逆变器用共模滤波器,其特征在于:共模滤波器由LCR电路组成,逆变器1和逆变器2的三相输出接电抗器(1-6);电抗器(1-6)与电容(7-12)串联,所述电容均为大容量电容;电容分别通过电阻1(13)和电阻2(14)与两逆变器直流侧中点相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的开绕组电机双端级联式逆变器用共模滤波器,其特征在于:电容(7-12)采用大容量聚丙烯电容。
