Abstract
本发明公开了一种纽扣电池盒,包含一体,所述的体的四周设有若干防护体,所述的体上设有一正极触头,所述的正极触头与一正极导片相连接,所述的体上还设有一负极触头,所述的负极触头与一负极导片相连接,所述的正极触头表面镀有一层银,所述的负极触头由铜制成。由于发明的纽扣电池盒在盒体的电极表面电镀了银,因为银具有较稳定的化学性质,可以长期保证与电池体之间的紧密接触而不发生化学反应,从而保证了纽扣电池的使用功能并延长了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池盒,更确切地说,是一种纽扣电池盒。
背景技术
纽扣电池(button cell )也称扣式电池,是指外形尺寸象一颗小纽扣的电池,一般来说直径较大,厚度较薄(相对于柱状电池如市场上的5号AA等电池).纽扣电池是从外形上来对电池来分,同等对应的电池分类有柱状电池,方形电池,异形电池。
目前普遍使用的放置纽扣电池的电池盒因为电极与电池本体之间需要长期接触而出现导电不畅的现象,影响了纽扣电池的功能和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种可以长期保证纽扣电池使用功能并延长使用寿命的电池盒。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种纽扣电池盒,包含一本体,所述的本体的四周设有若干防护体,所述的本体上设有一正极触头,所述的正极触头与一正极导片相连接,所述的本体上还设有一负极触头,所述的负极触头与一负极导片相连接。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的正极触头表面镀有一层银。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的负极触头由铜制成。
由于本发明的纽扣电池盒在盒体的电极表面电镀了银,因为银具有较稳定的化学性质,可以长期保证与电池本体之间的紧密接触而不发生化学反应,从而保证了纽扣电池的使用功能并延长了使用寿命。

本发明提供了一种可以长期保证纽扣电池使用功能并延长使用寿命的电池盒。
如图1、图2所示,一种纽扣电池盒1,包含一本体21,所述的本体21的四周设有若干防护体22,所述的本体21上设有一正极触头31,所述的正极触头31与一正极导片32相连接,所述的本体21上还设有一负极触头41,所述的负极触头41与一负极导片42相连接。
如图1、图2所示,所述的正极触头31表面镀有一层银。
如图1、图2所示,所述的负极触头41由铜制成。
该发明的纽扣电池盒在盒体的电极表面电镀了银,因为银具有较稳定的化学性质,可以长期保证与电池本体之间的紧密接触而不发生化学反应,从而保证了纽扣电池的使用功能并延长了使用寿命。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路,在***允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。

1.一种纽扣电池盒(1),包含一本体(21),所述的本体(21)的四周设有若干防护体(22),其特征在于,所述的本体(21)上设有一正极触头(31),所述的正极触头(31)与一正极导片(32)相连接,所述的本体(21)上还设有一负极触头(41),所述的负极触头(41)与一负极导片(42)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纽扣电池盒,其特征在于,所述的正极触头(31)表面镀有一层银。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纽扣电池盒,其特征在于,所述的负极触头(41)由铜制成。
