车灯光源模块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车灯光源模块,更具体地说,涉及一种组成后组合灯的一部分的光源模块。
背景技术
通常情况下,用于车辆的后组合灯统称为安装在车辆后部的灯,且包括当驾驶员切换到倒档时会打开的倒车灯,当驾驶员踩下制动踏板时会打开的刹车灯,方向指示灯等等。
最近,使用采用了长寿命、高效率的发光二极管(LED)的后组合灯作为光源呈增长趋势。如图1所示,现有后组合灯的光源模块10包括LED光源11、设置为控制流向LED光源11的电流供应的PCB基板12、设置为将LED光源11发出的光线向外透镜21反射的反射板13以及设置为安装在反射板13前方以漫射来自LED光源11的光线的光漫射透镜14。
然而,以上描述的现有光源模块10配置为反射板13安装在LED光源11的前方,因此包括LED光源11和外透镜21的整个光学***的尺寸有所增加,使得设计的自由度可能会减小,重量可能会较重,且成本也可能会上升。
此外,现有光源模块10使用将来自LED光源11的光线转化为简单发光图像(如点、线和面)并照射图像的方法,因此可见性低。基于这个原因,为了提高可见性,需要增加LED光源11的数量,进而可能会大大增加成本。
公开于本发明背景部分的信息仅仅旨在增加对本发明的总体背景的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域一般技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的多个方面旨在提供一种车灯光源模块,该光源模块能够在光源没有打开时通过光线收集和沉积带来的隐藏效果实现挡板图像,并在光源打开时实现三维图像。
本发明的多个方面旨在提供一种车灯光源模块,该光源模块能够通过实现挡板图像以提高豪华感,并能够通过实现三维图像在不增加光源数量地提高可见性,进而节省成本。
本发明的多个方面还旨在提供减小光学***的尺寸和重量,并通过在光源前方不安装单独的反射装置的配置来节省成本。
根据本发明的多个实施例,车灯光源模块可包括LED光源,设置为控制流向LED光源的电流供应的PCB基板,以及联接到PCB基板前表面、一体形成有多个反射突起部并在将来自LED光源的光线向外透镜反射时实现3D图像的薄膜。
光源模块还可包括联接到薄膜前表面、与反射突起部一起形成并引导从LED光源到薄膜的光线的运动的树脂。
光源模块还可包括后盖,后盖能够闭合和固定PCB基板、薄膜和树脂,并防止来自LED光源的光线直接暴露到外部。
光源模块还可包括一体联接到面对PCB基板的薄膜后表面的银反射涂层,银反射涂层在LED光源打开时将来自LED光源的向后散射的光线反射到光源模块的前方,并在LED光源没有打开时实现沉积带来的隐藏效果。
光源模块还可包括沿树脂的边缘一体联接到树脂前表面的挡板,在LED光源打开时防止向外透镜引导的来自LED光源的光线直接向前输出,并在LED光源没有打开时与银反射涂层一起实现沉积带来的挡板图像。
每个反射突起部可形成于图案图像在薄膜上实现的位置,LED光源可安装在多个反射突起部的侧部位置。
多个突起部可形成为在被向所述外透镜引导的来自所述LED光源的光线的方向的垂直方向上突起,并在图案图像在薄膜上实现的位置形成,LED光源可安装在多个反射突起部的侧部位置。
每个反射突起部可形成为从薄膜以三角截面形状或半球截面形状突起,使得当来自LED光源的光线向外透镜反射时3D图像通过棱镜效应实现。

具体实施方式

如图2所示,根据本发明多种实施例的用于车辆的后组合灯的光源模块50包括LED光源51、设置为控制流向LED光源51的电流供应的PCB基板52以及设置为联接到PCB基板52的前表面并且一体形成有多个反射突起部53a以在将来自LED光源51的光线向外透镜61反射时实现3D图像的薄膜53。
在这种设置中,LED光源51的一端电连接到PCB基板52,其另一端安装为向外透镜61所在的光源模块的前方竖立。
反射突起部53a形成为在与来自LED光源51光线方向垂直方向上突起,同时在薄膜53实现图案图像的位置形成,且LED光源51安装在反射突起部53a的侧部位置。
多个LED光源51可围绕反射突起部53a安装,如果有必要,多个LED光源51可沿圆周方向等距离安装。
当反射突起部53a向外透镜61反射来自LED光源51的光线时,反射突起部53a可从薄膜53形成为多种形状(如三角形截面形状、半球形截面形状,如果有必要,也可以是多边形截面形状)的突起部,作为微图案以通过棱镜效应实现3D图像,并且随着反射突起部远离LED光源51,来自LED光源51的光线的强度(亮度)会逐渐减弱。基于上述原理,从反射突起部53a反射的来自LED光源51的光线形成肉眼可见仿佛下降的3D形状,由此实现3D图像。
此外,根据本发明的多种实施例,光源模块还包括联接到薄膜53、与反射突起部53a一起形成且引导光线从LED光源51向薄膜53的前表面移动的树脂54。
树脂54是光线从LED光源51到薄膜53的传播介质,可将来自LED光源51的光线穿过介质引导到薄膜53的反射突起部53a,由此提高光效率。
对于树脂54,可以使用紫外线(UV)固化树脂,但是本发明的多个实施例并不限于此。
此外,根据本发明的多个实施例,光源模块50还可包括设置为闭合并固定PCB基板52、薄膜53以及树脂54并防止来自LED光源51的光线直接暴露到外部的后盖55。
此外,根据本发明的多个实施例,光源模块50还可包括与面向PCB基板52的与薄膜53的后表面一体联接的银反射涂层56,以及与树脂54沿边缘一体联接的挡板57。
当LED光源51打开时,银反射涂层56用于将来自LED光源51的向后散射的光线再次反射到光源模块前部,与此相反,当LED光源51没有打开时,银反射涂层56用于通过沉积带来的隐藏效果实现豪华感。
来自LED光源51的大部分光线通过薄膜53的反射突起部53a输出到外透镜61以实现3D图像,但是出现了这样一种现象,一些光线没有反射到反射突起部53a,而是散射到PCB基板52所处的背部位置。根据本发明示例性实施例的银反射涂层56用于将来自LED光源51的向后散射的光线再次反射到薄膜53的反射突起部53a。
也就是说,根据本发明多个实施例的银反射涂层将来自LED光源51的散射到PCB基板52所处的光源模块的背部位置的光线再次反射到反射突起部53a,因此,由散射引起的光线损失可大大减少并可确保额外数量的光线,由此大大提高了灯的光效率。
此外,当LED光源51没有打开时,银反射涂层56可实现沉积带来的隐藏效果,由此大大帮助了实现灯的豪华感。
此外,当LED光源51打开时,挡板57用于防止来自LED光源51的光线直接输出到外透镜61所处的前部,与此相反,当LED光源51没有打开时,挡板57与银反射涂层56一起实现了沉积带来的挡板图像,由此进一步提高了灯图像的豪华感。
当来自LED光源51的光线反射到反射突起部53a并然后向前输出时,可以实现根据本发明的多个实施例的3D图像,但是当来自LED光源51的光线直接向前输出时,不会实现3D图像。为防止此种情况发生,在LED光源51的前部,将挡板57联接到树脂54。
如以上所述,根据本发明的多个实施例,当LED光源51打开时,3D图像可通过薄膜53的反射突起部53a实现,与此相反,当LED光源51没有打开时,挡板图像可通过使用银反射涂层56的沉积带来的隐藏效果和挡板57实现,由此进一步提高了灯的豪华感。
此外,根据本发明的多个实施例,使用银反射涂层56向后散射的来自LED光源51的光线可再次反射到薄膜53的反射突起部53a,因此由于散射光线引起的光线损失可大大减少,并确保了额外数量的光线,由此大大提高了灯的光效率。
另外,根据本发明的多个实施例,可通过银反射涂层56确保额外数量的光线并提高灯的光效率,因此可使用最小数目的LED光源51来最大程度地确保可见性,由此节省成本。
此外,根据本发明多个实施例的光源模块具有这样一种结构,其中形成于薄膜53内的反射突起部53a将来自LED光源51的光线向前反射,因此不需要在相关技术中所示的LED光源前部的反射板,因此包括光源和透镜的整个光学***的尺寸大大减小,由此提高了设计的自由度并促进了重量和成本的降低。
根据本发明的多个实施例,通过当LED光源打开时实现由于薄膜的反射突起部引起的3D图像,以及当LED光源没有打开时通过使用银反光涂层的沉积带来的隐藏效果实现挡板图像,进一步提高灯的豪华感是可能的,通过使用银反射涂层再次将向后散射的来自LED光源的光线反射到薄膜的反射突起部以确保额外数量的光线从而大大提高了灯的光效率。

Claims (8)

1.一种车灯光源模块,包括:
LED光源;
PCB基板,所述PCB基板设置为控制流向所述LED光源的电流供应;以及
薄膜,所述薄膜联接到所述PCB基板的前表面,一体形成有多个反射突起部,并在将来自所述LED光源的光线向外透镜反射时实现3D图像。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车灯光源模块,还包括:
树脂,所述树脂联接到薄膜的前表面,与所述反射突起部一起形成,并将光线从所述LED光源引导到薄膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车灯光源模块,还包括:
后盖,所述后盖闭合并固定所述PCB基板、薄膜以及树脂,并且防止来自所述LED光源的光线直接暴露到外部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车灯光源模块,还包括:
银反射涂层,所述银反射涂层一体联接到所述薄膜的后表面,面向所述PCB基板,当所述LED光源打开时将来自所述LED光源的向后散射的光线反射到所述光源模块的前方,并在所述LED光源没有打开时实现沉积带来的隐藏效果。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车灯光源模块,还包括:
挡板,所述挡板沿所述树脂的边缘一体联接到所述树脂的前表面,当所述LED光源打开时防止向所述外透镜引导的来自所述LED光源的光线直接向前输出,且当所述LED光源没有打开时与银反射涂层一起实现沉积带来的挡板图像。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车灯光源模块,其中每个反射突起部形成于图案图像在所述薄膜上实现的位置,且
所述LED光源安装在所述多个反射突起部的侧部位置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车灯光源模块,其中所述多个反射突起部形成为在被向所述外透镜引导的来自所述LED光源的光线的方向的垂直方向上突起,并在图案图像在所述薄膜上实现的位置形成,且
所述LED光源安装在所述多个反射突起部的侧部位置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的车灯光源模块,其中每个反射突起部形成为从所述薄膜以三角形截面形状或半球形截面形状突起,使得当来自所述LED光源的光线向所述外透镜反射时,3D图像通过棱镜效应实现。
