在河流入海口或其他河段建造可开闭的拦河坝,利用人为抬高水位或河流的自然落差将被拦截的河水输送到缺水地区,避免江河水流入海洋被白白浪费掉,同时又不会造成河流下游地区缺流。

技术领域:水利。
背景技术:人们以前从没认识到让江河水白白流入海洋是对水资源的巨大浪费,从未尝试将这部分水资源加以利用。我的方案就是将这部分水拦截下来,不再入海,如果在河流入海口或其他河段建造可开闭的拦河坝阻止河水入海,把被拦截的水输送到缺水地区,仅长江每年就能为中国多提供一万亿吨淡水,而且不会对河流下游地区造成断流。
发明内容:在河流入海口或其他河段建造拦河坝,阻止河水流入海洋,把被拦截的河水人为抬高水位或利用河流的自然落差把这部分水输送到缺水地区。
具体实施方式:在河流入海口或其他河段建造可开闭的拦河坝阻止河水流入海洋被白白浪费掉,把被拦截的河水人为抬高水位或利用河流的自然落差,输送到缺水地区。
