一种软轴式雨刷驱动机构，包括雨刮电机和雨刷驱动轴，其特征是：雨刷驱动轴分为被动雨刷驱动轴和主动雨刷驱动轴，被动雨刷驱动轴和主动雨刷驱动轴上分别设有被动齿轮和主动齿轮，被动齿轮和主动齿轮之间通过软轴连接并传递扭矩；在主动齿轮上设有一正反转齿轮间歇传动机构。该雨刷驱动机构为封闭结构，工作时噪声低，尤其适合外部环境结构复杂以及远距离传动，能够适应不同车型，且不受外部影响，避免了因外部障碍物导致雨刮电机烧毁的弊端，有效地降低了车内噪声，提高了车辆运行时内部的舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种雨刷驱动机构，属汽车雨刮器领域，尤其是用软轴驱动的雨刷驱动机构。
背景技术
目前，市场上的雨刮器的雨刷驱动机构多数为连杆传动，其工作时的噪声较大，并且，连杆传动机构为敞开式，受外部影响较大，在工作时如遇到障碍物阻挡易导致雨刮电机烧毁。
发明内容
为了克服现有雨刮器驱动机构工作时噪声较大，并且，连杆传动机构为敞开式，受外部影响较大，在工作时如遇到障碍物阻挡易导致雨刮电机烧毁的弊端，本发明提供一种软轴式雨刷驱动机构，它是一种完全封闭的结构，噪声低，而且不受外部环境影响。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种软轴式雨刷驱动机构，包括雨刮电机36和雨刷驱动轴50，其特征是：雨刷驱动轴50分为被动雨刷驱动轴32和主动雨刷驱动轴49，并分别设于被动轴固定座34的被动雨刷驱动轴孔51和主动轴固定座47的主动雨刷驱动轴孔52内；被动雨刷驱动轴32和主动雨刷驱动轴49上分别设有被动齿轮33和主动齿轮37，被动齿轮33和主动齿轮37之间通过软轴35连接并传递扭矩；在主动齿轮37上设有一正反转齿 轮间歇传动机构53，其结构为：在主动齿轮37轴向一侧设有同轴联动的主动齿驱动齿轮38，在主动雨刷驱动轴49的径向两侧对称设置两个半圆齿轮，即右半圆齿轮41和左半圆齿轮42，分别与主动齿驱动齿轮38交替啮合；在右半圆齿轮41和左半圆齿轮42的轴向一侧设置两个分别与右半圆齿轮41和左半圆齿轮42同轴联动的右驱动齿轮39和左驱动齿轮40，在右驱动齿轮39和左驱动齿轮40之间设有一与右驱动齿轮39和左驱动齿轮40相啮合的蜗杆46，蜗杆46的一端与雨刮电机轴45相接。当蜗杆46转动时会驱动右驱动齿轮39和左驱动齿轮40成反向运动，同时，同轴联动的右半圆齿轮41和左半圆齿轮42也成反向运动，由于右半圆齿轮41和左半圆齿轮42与主动齿驱动齿轮38是交替啮合，当右半圆齿轮41与主动齿驱动齿轮38啮合时，主动齿驱动齿轮38朝一个方向运动，而当左半圆齿轮42与主动齿驱动齿轮38啮合时，主动齿驱动齿轮38朝相反方向运动，从而驱动雨刷作来回往复运动。软轴35外部设有软轴套48，起保护作用，软轴35为植绒螺旋软轴。
本发明的有益效果是雨刮器的雨刷驱动机构用软轴传动，并且是完全的封闭结构，工作时噪声低，尤其适合外部环境结构复杂以及远距离传动，能够适应不同车型，且不受外部影响，避免了因外部障碍物导致雨刮电机烧毁的弊端，有效地降低了车内噪声，提高了车辆运行时内部的舒适性。

图1-图4实施例中，一种软轴式雨刷驱动机构，包括雨刮电机36和雨刷驱动轴50，其特征是：雨刷驱动轴50分为被动雨刷驱动轴32和主动雨刷驱动轴49，并分别设于被动轴固定座34的被动雨刷驱动轴孔51和主动轴固定座47的主动雨刷驱动轴孔52内；被动雨刷驱动轴32和主动雨刷驱动轴49上分别设有被动齿轮33和主动齿轮37，被动齿轮33和主动齿轮37之间通过软轴35连接并传递扭矩；在主动齿轮37上设有一正反转齿轮间歇传动机构53，其结构为：在主动齿轮37轴向一侧设有同轴联动的主动齿驱动齿轮38， 在主动雨刷驱动轴49的径向两侧对称设置两个半圆齿轮，即右半圆齿轮41和左半圆齿轮42，分别与主动齿驱动齿轮38交替啮合；在右半圆齿轮41和左半圆齿轮42的轴向一侧设置两个分别与右半圆齿轮41和左半圆齿轮42同轴联动的右驱动齿轮39和左驱动齿轮40，在右驱动齿轮39和左驱动齿轮40之间设有一与右驱动齿轮39和左驱动齿轮40相啮合的蜗杆46，蜗杆46的一端与雨刮电机轴45相接。当蜗杆46转动时会驱动右驱动齿轮39和左驱动齿轮40成反向运动，同时，同轴联动的右半圆齿轮41和左半圆齿轮42也成反向运动，由于右半圆齿轮41和左半圆齿轮42与主动齿驱动齿轮38是交替啮合，当右半圆齿轮41与主动齿驱动齿轮38啮合时，主动齿驱动齿轮38朝一个方向运动，而当左半圆齿轮42与主动齿驱动齿轮38啮合时，主动齿驱动齿轮38朝相反方向运动，从而驱动雨刷作来回往复运动。软轴35外部设有软轴套48，起保护作用，软轴35为植绒螺旋软轴。
