Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型包覆共挤木塑复合材料及其制作方法,该木塑材料由包覆层和芯层组组成,本发明以高分子树脂配木粉或竹粉为主要原料,通过包覆共挤工艺将包覆层通包覆于芯层上,提高了产品的耐候性、抗腐蚀性、耐高温性,产品具有防水、防潮和良好的加工性能,保持了原木原有的机理和特性。本发明的木塑材料成形加工可直接利用通用的木塑加工机械设备,具有机械化程度高、生产效率高、成本更低、性能良好、价廉物美的突出优点。

Description

一种新型包覆共挤木塑复合材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于新型复合材料技术,具体涉及一种以高分子树脂配木粉或竹粉为主要原料的包覆共挤木塑复合材料,本发明还涉及该木塑复合材料的制备方法。
背景技术
木塑复合材料(WPC)是一种新型的绿色环保复合材料,通常是取聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)等的回收料与加工处理过的废旧材料以一定比例混合,添加特制助剂,经高温高压处理后制成结构型材。木塑复合材料具有许多优点:①耐酸碱、耐化学品、耐盐水性好;②可以在低温下使用;③耐紫外光;④不会腐烂、不会开裂或翘曲等;而且机械性能好、价格便宜、加工方便、可回收等特点。
木塑复合材料98%的原料为废旧材料,这些废旧材料除塑料外,多混合加入废旧木材、锯末、木材枝杈等木料。木塑复合材料在制备时,先将这些废旧材料以及各种助剂放在一起进行混合密炼后,再通过挤出机挤出造粒,或者通过挤出机直接挤出成型。如发明名称为一种木塑材料及其制作方法(公告号CN101033339 B)公开了一种以矿化垃圾中废旧塑料和木粉主要原料制作的木塑材料;或混合加入秸秆;又如发明名称为一种利用农业植物秸秆生产高分子复合木塑材料的方法(公告号CN 101186754 B)公开了以秸秆粉和塑料为主要原料的复合木塑材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种产品具有良好加工性能和力学性能的包覆共挤木素复合材料。
本发明的另一目的提供该木塑复合材料的制备方法,其通过包覆共挤工艺,提高了产品的力学性能。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种新型包覆共挤木塑复合材料,它由包覆层和芯层组组成,所述包覆层通过共挤工艺包覆于芯层上,所述芯层按下述重量份的原料制成:可塑性塑胶材料40~60份、石膏粉12~25份、氯化聚乙烯3~8份、偶联剂1~3份、润滑剂2~8份;所述包覆层按下述重量份的原料制成:可塑性塑胶材料45~65份、石膏粉10~15份、木粉或竹粉5~10份、氯化聚乙烯3~8份、偶联剂0.5~3份、增韧剂0.5~3份、抗氧剂0.2~2份、色粉少量。
作为本发明的改进,上述可塑性塑胶材料为PVC。
作为本发明进一步的改进,上述包覆层的厚度为0.2-0.5mm。
在上述技术方案的基础上,上述芯层中原料组分含量优选如下:
可塑性塑胶材料50份、石膏粉20份、氯化聚乙烯5份、偶联剂1~3份、润滑剂2~8份。
上述包覆层中原料组分含量优选如下:
可塑性塑胶材料55份、石膏粉12份、木粉或竹粉8份、氯化聚乙烯3~8份、偶联剂0.5~3份、增韧剂0.5~3份、抗氧剂0.2~2份、色粉少量。
本发明一种新型包覆共挤木塑复合材料的制备方法如下:
按配比称取芯层原料和包覆层原料,加热至150~180℃进行密炼后,通过挤出机直接挤出成型,将包覆层通包覆于芯层上,最后冷却制得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果为:
本发明以高分子树脂配木粉或竹粉为主要原料,通过包覆共挤工艺将包覆层通包覆于芯层上,提高了产品的耐候性、抗腐蚀性、耐高温性,产品具有防水、防潮和良好的加工性能,保持了原木原有的机理和特性。本发明的木塑材料成形加工可直接利用通用的木塑加工机械设备,具有机械化程度高、生产效率高、成本更低、性能良好、价廉物美的突出优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种新型包覆共挤木塑复合材料,它由包覆层和芯层组组成,所述芯层按下述重量份的原料制成:可塑性塑胶材料50份、石膏粉20份、氯化聚乙烯5份、偶联剂2份、润滑剂5份;
包覆层按下述重量份的原料制成:可塑性塑胶材料55份、石膏粉12份、木粉或竹粉8份、氯化聚乙烯5份、偶联剂1份、增韧剂2份、抗氧剂1份、色粉少量。
制备方法为:
按上述配比称取芯层原料和包覆层原料,加热至160℃进行密炼后,通过挤出机直接挤出成型,将包覆层通包覆于芯层上,最后冷却制得成品。
实施例2
一种新型包覆共挤木塑复合材料,它由包覆层和芯层组组成,所述芯层按下述重量份的原料制成:
可塑性塑胶材料40份、石膏粉12份、氯化聚乙烯3份、偶联剂1份、润滑剂2份;
所述包覆层按下述重量份的原料制成:可塑性塑胶材料45份、石膏粉10份、木粉或竹粉5份、氯化聚乙烯3份、偶联剂0.5份、增韧剂0.5份、抗氧剂0.2份、色粉少量。
制备方法同于实施例1。
实施例3
一种新型包覆共挤木塑复合材料,它由包覆层和芯层组组成,所述芯层按下述重量份的原料制成:
可塑性塑胶材料60份、石膏粉25份、氯化聚乙烯8份、偶联剂3份、润滑剂8份;
所述包覆层按下述重量份的原料制成:可塑性塑胶材料65份、石膏粉15份、木粉或竹粉10份、氯化聚乙烯8份、偶联剂3份、增韧剂3份、抗氧剂2份、色粉少量。
制备方法同于实施例1。
