The distance between the supporting plate 15 and the upper plane of the workbench 13 is larger than or equal to the height of the tobacco clamp.
The cigarette holder comprises a fixed rod 1, one end of the fixed rod 1 is fixedly connected with one end of a side rod 3, the other end of the side rod 3 is movably connected with a movable rod 4, corresponding pinholes 5 are formed in the fixed rod 1 and the movable rod 4, and the height of the cigarette holder is the distance between the upper plane of the fixed rod 1 and the lower plane of the movable rod 2.
The number of the first cylinders 7 is at least two.
When the tobacco leaves are loaded, the movable rod 4 is firstly opened, the tobacco leaves are correspondingly placed according to the pinholes 5, and after the tobacco leaves are placed, the movable rod 4 is inserted into the U-shaped curved needle 2 again and fixed, so that the tobacco leaves are loaded; and then placing the tobacco clamp filled with tobacco leaves into a drying room, and hanging and baking.
In the invention, the U-shaped bent needles 2 are manufactured into a staple line mode, the U-shaped bent needles in each line are mutually stuck together, the number of the U-shaped bent needles placed on the workbench 13 corresponds to the number of pinholes on the rectangular steel tube bracket, and every two pinholes 5 corresponds to one line of U-shaped bent needles 2.
The working process of the invention is as follows: when the power supply is turned on, the automatic needle threading equipment enters a working state, the rectangular steel pipe support to be threaded is conveyed onto the supporting plate 15 in the channel 14 by the input belt 9, after the rectangular steel pipe support to be threaded enters the channel 14, the infrared sensor 19 senses the rectangular steel pipe support to be threaded, the sensing signal is transmitted to the conversion control device 11, the sensing signal is processed by the conversion control device 11, signals are sent to the first air cylinder 7, the second air cylinder 18 and the screw motor reduction transmission device 12, the second air cylinder 18 pushes the fixed push block 17 to move forwards, the rectangular steel pipe support to be threaded is fixed, then the screw motor reduction transmission device 12 pushes the U-shaped bent needle 2 to move forwards until the U-shaped bent needle of the first row just reaches the position right above the needle hole 5 of the rectangular steel pipe support to be threaded, then the first air cylinder 7 pushes the needle pressing rod 8 to move downwards quickly, after the U-shaped bent needle is quickly pressed into the needle hole 5 of the rectangular steel pipe support to be threaded, the conversion control device 11 sends signals to the third air cylinder 16, the third air cylinder 16 pulls the supporting plate 15 to move quickly, and then the rectangular steel pipe support to be threaded is threaded, namely, the cigarette 10 falls down by the output belt.
