本发明公开一种新型铣刀,包括刀头和刀柄,刀头上设有螺旋形的切削刃,所述切削刃包括粗切削刃和精切削刃,所述刀头上还设有螺旋形的切屑排屑槽,刀头端部设有后隙面和修磨区,后隙面与切削刃连接,修磨区设有修磨刃,修磨刃与切削刃相连接;粗切削刃和精切削刃上涂有氮化钛硬质耐磨层;实现对工件的粗加工和精加工,提高了工作效率,后隙面的设置用于减小切削加工时铣刀的端部与工件间的接触面积从而减小切削阻力,修磨区的设置进一步减小切削阻力,从而显著降低了刀具的磨损;粗切削刃和精切削刃上涂有氮化钛硬质耐磨层,提高了铣刀切削刃的耐磨性。

本发明涉及机械加工领域,具体涉及一种新型铣刀。
背景技术
在工件加工过程中,由于刀具与工件不断的产生摩擦,同时会产生大量的热量形成高温,这会严重影响刀具的使用寿命;同时刀具在工作过程中,经常由于废屑不能顺利通过排屑槽排出导致无法正常加工,并对刀具产生较大的损害,因此确保加工过程中产生的废屑能够顺利被排出,降低废屑对刀具的磨损是十分重要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能降低刀具的磨损,延长刀具的使用寿命的一种新型铣刀。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:新型铣刀,刀头上设有螺旋形的切削刃,所述切削刃包括粗切削刃和精切削刃,所述刀头上还设有螺旋形的切屑排屑槽,刀头端部设有后隙面和修磨区,后隙面与切削刃连接,修磨区设有修磨刃,修磨刃与切削刃相连接;粗切削刃和精切削刃上涂有氮化钛硬质耐磨层。
所述的粗切削刃和精切削刃为间隔设置。
所述的刀头和刀柄为一体式结构。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明设置粗切削刃和精切削刃,可实现对工件的粗加工和精加工,提高了工作效率;后隙面的设置用于减小切削加工时铣刀的端部与工件间的接触面积从而减小切削阻力,修磨区的设置进一步减小切削阻力,从而显著降低了刀具的磨损;粗切削刃和精切削刃上涂有氮化钛硬质耐磨层,提高了铣刀切削刃的耐磨性。

参照图1和图2,新型铣刀,包括刀头3和刀柄1,刀头3上设有螺旋形的切削刃9,所述切削刃9包括粗切削刃4和精切削刃2,所述刀头3上还设有螺旋形的切屑排屑槽5,刀头3端部设有后隙面7和修磨区6,后隙面7与切削刃9连接,修磨区6设有修磨刃8,修磨刃8与切削刃9相连接;粗切削刃和精切削刃上涂有氮化钛硬质耐磨层。
所述的粗切削刃4和精切削刃2为间隔设置。
