本发明涉及一种智能螺旋杆输液装置,包括输液管、固定架、流速传感器、气泡传感器、压力传感器、血压传感器、温度传感器、心率传感器,固定架套设固定于输液管上,固定架上设置有螺旋杆,螺旋杆与输液管方向一致且与输液管紧密接触,螺旋杆连接有电机,流速传感器、气泡传感器、压力传感器、血压传感器、温度传感器、心率传感器与单片机连接,单片机还连接有压电蜂鸣器,流速传感器、气泡传感器、压力传感器设置于输液管上。精确控制输液流速,各传感器信号通过单片机识别后驱动压电蜂鸣器鸣响,对输液过程中管内有气泡或堵塞、患者身体不适等异常情况进行实时监测并即时报警,对输液过程实现自动化、智能化监控,减轻医护人员的工作量。

本发明属于医疗设备领域,具体涉及一种智能螺旋杆输液装置。
背景技术
随着医疗体制改革的深入和社会老龄化的发展,医院“四多两少”即住院病人多、加床多、老年病人多、输液病人多,医护人员相对少、家人陪护时间少的现象越来越明显,处于忙碌中的医护人员难以做到对输液病人的整个过程进行一对一陪伴。而对于应用特殊药物和心脏病、老年、儿童等病人,则必须严格控制输液速度以保证用药效果和用药安全。
目前,输液病人每分钟滴数是靠护士数滴数并手动调节输液器滑轮来调节的,往往会出现由于病人自调滴速、输液位置的改变、进针部位活动等原因导致输液过快、过慢或针头刺破血管壁致使液体外渗、局部肿胀、阻塞等影响用药治疗;有时稍稍放松看护,也有瓶内药物完全滴净、输液管上端进入空气的情况发生。另外,因医护人员疏忽或其他原因,输液管内有时会存有气泡,若不及时检查、排出气泡会对患者健康产生危害;患者在输液过程中还可能出现不适症状,医护人员需要在繁忙的工作中不定时的巡视才能及时了解输液是否安全、顺利,而就医高峰期或加床多的情况下就很难应对。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能螺旋杆输液装置,可以对输液流速、输液管内是否有气泡或堵塞、输液过程中患者的身体状况进行监测,若有异常及时报警提醒。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种智能螺旋杆输液装置,包括输液管、固定架、流速传感器、气泡传感器、压力传感器、血压传感器、温度传感器、心率传感器,所述固定架套设固定于输液管上,所述固定架上设置有螺旋杆,螺旋杆与输液管方向一致且与输液管紧密接触,所述螺旋杆连接有电机,所述流速传感器、气泡传感器、压力传感器、血压传感器、温度传感器、心率传感器与单片机连接,所述单片机还连接有压电蜂鸣器,所述流速传感器、气泡传感器、压力传感器设置于输液管上。
具体地,所述流速传感器包括LED发射器和接收器,所述LED发射器和接收器分别设置于输液管的墨菲滴管的两侧。
具体地,所述气泡传感器包括超声波发射器和超声波探头,所述超声波发射器和超声波探头分置于输液管的两侧。
具体地,所述压力传感器设置于输液管前端的细软管上。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的输液装置可以精确控制输液流速,各传感器信号通过单片机识别后驱动压电蜂鸣器鸣响,对输液过程中出现的管内有气泡或堵塞、患者身体不适等异常情况进行实时监测并即时报警,对输液过程实现自动化、智能化监控,准确、安全,减轻医护人员的工作量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,一种智能螺旋杆输液装置,包括输液管1、固定架2、流速传感器、气泡传感器、压力传感器11、血压传感器、温度传感器、心率传感器,固定架2套设固定于输液管1上,固定架2上设置有螺旋杆3,螺旋杆3与输液管1方向一致且与输液管1紧密接触,螺旋杆3连接有电机4,流速传感器、气泡传感器、压力传感器11、血压传感器、温度传感器、心率传感器与单片机连接,单片机还连接有压电蜂鸣器,流速传感器、气泡传感器、压力传感器设置于输液管1上。流速传感器包括LED发射器5和接收器6,LED发射器5和接收器6分别设置于输液管1的墨菲滴管9的两侧。气泡传感器包括超声波发射器7和超声波探头8,超声波发射器7和超声波探头8分置于输液管1的两侧。压力传感器11设置于输液管1前端的细软管10上。
螺旋杆3以上螺旋凸升角连续挤压充满液体的输液管1,推动管内液体向下流动。螺旋杆3传动得越快,液体被挤出越多,反之越少,可准确控制输液泵流量。输液速度不受液面高度和患者***变化影响,完成超低速至高速输液。
流速检测:LED发射器5发出的LED光线透过墨菲滴管9内的液滴,然后被接收器6光电池吸收,行成电压副脉冲,通过计量单位时间的脉冲数,计算流速。
气泡检测:超声波发射器7对通过的气泡产生电压脉冲,超声波探头8接收到脉冲信号,单片机将信号传递给压电蜂鸣器报警。
液路堵塞检测:将压力传感器11置于输液管1前端的细软管10上,用胶布覆盖,液路堵塞,管路压力增大,压力传感器11的电压增大,即发生液路堵塞,单片机将信号传递给压电蜂鸣器报警。
血压传感器用于监测输液时患者的血压状态,心率传感器用于监测患者输液时的心率血状态,温度传感器用于监测患者输液时的体温状态,各传感器信号通过单片机识别后,驱动压电蜂鸣器鸣响。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,任何人应得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明未详细描述的技术、形状、构造部分均为公知技术。

1.一种智能螺旋杆输液装置,其特征在于,包括输液管、固定架、流速传感器、气泡传感器、压力传感器、血压传感器、温度传感器、心率传感器,所述固定架套设固定于输液管上,所述固定架上设置有螺旋杆,螺旋杆与输液管方向一致且与输液管紧密接触,所述螺旋杆连接有电机,所述流速传感器、气泡传感器、压力传感器、血压传感器、温度传感器、心率传感器与单片机连接,所述单片机还连接有压电蜂鸣器,所述流速传感器、气泡传感器、压力传感器设置于输液管上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能螺旋杆输液装置,其特征在于,所述流速传感器包括LED发射器和接收器,所述LED发射器和接收器分别设置于输液管的墨菲滴管的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能螺旋杆输液装置,其特征在于,所述气泡传感器包括超声波发射器和超声波探头,所述超声波发射器和超声波探头分置于输液管的两侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的智能螺旋杆输液装置,其特征在于,所述压力传感器设置于输液管前端的细软管上。
