Abstract

本发明涉及一种安装在普通路灯杆上的空气净化器。包括路灯杆、与路灯杆配合安装的圆柱框架状的支架、过滤机构和电源机构;过滤机构套设在支架上,过滤机构包括由内而外依次安装的收集极机构、发生极机构和过滤网;过滤机构的外部套设有进风罩;支架固定设于路灯杆上,路灯杆上均布着气孔;过滤机构通过导线连接电源机构。工作时,外部需要净化的气体在发生电极杆产生形成的离子风作用下由进风罩进入,先经过滤网过滤,再经过发生电极杆产生的等离子体氧化或分解气体中的细菌、甲醛等有害物质,使颗粒物带上电荷被收集电极片吸附;收集电极片能够收集灰尘和杀死的细胞残骸等有害物质,经过过滤的气体由路灯杆下部均布的气孔排出,完成净化处理。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化技术领域,具体涉及一种安装在普通路灯杆上的空气净化器。
背景技术
普通路灯的用途通常都是设置在道路两旁为行人、车辆进行照明使用,通常由市电供应电量,随着太阳能技术的发展,太阳能在路灯的使用率也逐渐增加。然而,随着工业化的发展,最近雾霾天气增多了,严重危害人体健康,但是却没有很好的治理方法。在CBD,商业街等人口极度集中处,空气中的颗粒物非常多,严重影响人们的身体健康,却没有比较好一点的治理方法。考虑到大城市的CBD,商业街处路灯普遍存在,所以可以考虑一种安装在普通路灯杆上的空气净化器,节约空间的同时充分利用路灯处的电路。
发明内容
为了净化城市人口密集区的空气,本发明提供一种安装在普通路灯杆上的空气净化器。
一种安装在普通路灯杆上的空气净化器包括路灯杆2、与路灯杆2配合安装的圆柱框架状的支架8、过滤机构和电源机构;所述过滤机构套设在支架8上,过滤机构包括由内而外依次安装的收集极机构9、发生极机构10和过滤网11;过滤机构的外部套设有进风罩4;过滤机构通过支架8固定设于路灯杆2上,路灯杆2上均布着气孔7;过滤机构通过导线连接电源机构;工作时,外部需要净化的气体在发生电极杆产生形成的离子风作用下由进风罩4进入过滤机构,先经过滤网11过滤,再经过发生电极杆产生的等离子体氧化或分解气体中的细菌、甲醛等有害物质,使颗粒物带上电荷被收集电极片吸附;收集电极片能够收集灰尘和杀死的细胞残骸等有害物质,经过过滤的气体由路灯杆2下部均布的气孔7排出,完成净化处理。
所述收集极机构9包括十片以上的收集电极片,收集电极片为板条状,十片以上的收集电极片的两端分别均布连接着收集安装圆环形成一个圆柱状的框架;所述发生极机构10包括十根以上的发生电极杆,十根以上的发生电极杆的两端分别均布连接着收集安装圆环形成一个圆柱状的框架;所述进风罩4为圆柱管状,且圆柱面为百叶窗结构。
本发明的有益技术效果体现在以下方面:
1本发明将空气净化器与路灯完美结合,没有多余的结构,节约空间同时充分利用路灯处的电路,有太阳能板提供能源,节约能源,且其能通过空气净化装置净化空气,保障人体健康;
2.本发明的进风罩采用百叶窗形式,可以有效防止雨水进入壳体内部,保证空气净化机构正常工作;
3.本发明不使用电机,可以很安静的工作,不会对环境造成噪音污染;
4.本发明工作产生的的清新空气通过路灯杆下部的气孔排入环境中,行走的人们可以直接吸入这些新鲜空气。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,通过实施例对本发明作进一步地说明。
实施例1
参见图1和图2,一种安装在普通路灯杆上的空气净化器包括路灯杆2、与路灯杆2配合安装的圆柱框架状的支架8、过滤机构和电源机构。过滤机构套装在支架8上,过滤机构由内而外依次安装的收集极机构9、发生极机构10和过滤网11组成,过滤机构的外部套设有进风罩4。参见图3,收集极机构9包括16片的收集电极片,收集电极片为板条状,16片的收集电极片均分为两组,每组的两端分别连接着收集安装半圆环形成一个半圆柱状的框架,两个半圆柱状的框架对合形成一个圆柱状的收集极机构9。发生极机构10包括16根的发生电极杆,16根的发生电极杆均分为两组,每组的两端分别连接着发生安装半圆环形成一个半圆柱状的框架,两个半圆柱状的框架对合形成一个圆柱状的发生极机构10;进风罩4由两个半圆柱管合成一个圆柱管状,且圆柱面为百叶窗结构。支架8固定套装在路灯杆2上,路灯杆2上均布着气孔7。电源机构为蓄电池机构,包括电池盒3和蓄电池6,电池盒3由两个半圆环盒组成,电池盒3固定安装于路灯杆2上;过滤机构的收集电极片和发生电极杆通过导线连接蓄电池6。工作时,外部需要净化的气体在发生电极杆产生形成的离子风作用下由进风罩4进入过滤机构,先经过滤网11过滤,再经过发生电极杆产生的等离子体氧化或分解气体中的细菌、甲醛等有害物质,使颗粒物带上电荷被收集电极片吸附;收集电极片能够收集灰尘和杀死的细胞残骸等有害物质,经过净化的气体由路灯杆2下部均布的气孔7排出,完成净化处理。
实施例2
参见图1,电源机构为太阳能板机构1,即能给蓄电池6供电,又能给本发明的空气净化器供电。

1.一种安装在普通路灯杆上的空气净化器,其特征在于:包括路灯杆(2)、与路灯杆(2)配合安装的圆柱框架状的支架(8)、过滤机构和电源机构;所述过滤机构套设在支架(8)上,过滤机构包括由内而外依次安装的收集极机构(9)、发生极机构(10)和过滤网(11);所述收集极机构(9)包括十片以上的收集电极片,收集电极片为板条状,十片以上的收集电极片的两端分别均布连接着收集安装圆环形成一个圆柱状的框架;
所述发生极机构(10)包括十根以上的发生电极杆,十根以上的发生电极杆的两端分别均布连接着收集安装圆环形成一个圆柱状的框架;
过滤机构的外部套设有进风罩(4),所述进风罩(4)为圆柱管状,且圆柱面为百叶窗结构;过滤机构通过支架(8)固定设于路灯杆(2)上,路灯杆(2)上均布着气孔(7);过滤机构通过导线连接电源机构;工作时,外部需要净化的气体在发生电极杆产生形成的离子风作用下由进风罩(4)进入过滤机构,先经过滤网(11)过滤,再经过发生电极杆产生的等离子体氧化或分解气体中的细菌、甲醛等有害物质,使颗粒物带上电荷被收集电极片吸附;收集电极片能够收集灰尘和杀死的细胞残骸等有害物质,经过过滤的气体由路灯杆(2)下部均布的气孔(7)排出,完成净化处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安装在普通路灯杆上的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述电源机构为蓄电池机构或太阳能电源机构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种安装在普通路灯杆上的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述蓄电池机构包括电池盒(3)和蓄电池(6),蓄电池(6)通过电池盒(3)设于路灯杆(2)上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种安装在普通路灯杆上的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述太阳能电源机构包括太阳能板(1),且太阳能板(1)设于路灯杆(2)上。
