Abstract

本发明公开了一种带接线扣位结构的软基板,包括软性线路板及设于软性线路板上的LED灯珠,软性线路板上还设有公端子或/和母端子,公端子和母端子可与灯体的电源扣接形成安装。该带接线扣位结构的软基板在软性线路板上焊接有LED灯珠、公端子和母端子,装配时只要将软性线路板贴上灯体,然后把公端子和母端子相应扣入灯体的公端子座和母端子座内即可,就能达到接通电源的效果,也免除了焊接的工艺,节省时间,还可起到紧固,也能防止软性线路板掉落的作用;同时还能通过软性线路板上的公端子和母端子实现相连软性线路板之间的连接安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种软基板,尤其涉及一种带接线扣位结构的软基板。
背景技术
软基板是LED行业中非常普及使用的一种线路板,其具有软性和可弯曲性,在LED行业中能应用到非常多的行业使用。但是,现有技术的软基板在安装时都是一整块或一整条安装,对于某些特定的场合使用时,过度的弯曲会影响LED的使用情况和牢固性;另外,此类软基板是直接采用焊接方式连接,其线路与电源或导线的连接也是采用焊接方式,既麻烦,增加时间,焊接也容易对软基板有损耗。
发明内容
本发明是为了要克服现有技术的缺陷,目的在于提供一种带接线扣位结构的软基板,该带接线扣位结构的软基板在软性线路板上焊接有LED灯珠、公端子和母端子,装配时只要将软性线路板贴上灯体,然后把公端子和母端子相应扣入灯体的公端子座和母端子座内即可,就能达到接通电源的效果,也免除了焊接的工艺,节省时间,还可起到紧固,也能防止软性线路板掉落的作用;同时还能通过软性线路板上的公端子和母端子实现相连软性线路板之间的连接安装。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种带接线扣位结构的软基板,包括软性线路板及设于软性线路板上的LED灯珠,软性线路板上还设有公端子或/和母端子,公端子和母端子可与灯体的电源扣接形成安装。
进一步的,所述的软性线路板也可以通过公端子和母端子的扣接形成相邻软性线路板的连接安装。
进一步的,所述的公端子和母端子设于软性线路板的侧部,各设置有两个。
综上所述,本发明的带接线扣位结构的软基板在软性线路板上焊接有LED灯珠、公端子和母端子,装配时只要将软性线路板贴上灯体,然后把公端子和母端子相应扣入灯体的公端子座和母端子座内即可,就能达到接通电源的效果,也免除了焊接的工艺,节省时间,还可起到紧固,也能防止软性线路板掉落的作用;同时还能通过软性线路板上的公端子和母端子实现相连软性线路板之间的连接安装。

本发明实施例1所描述的一种带接线扣位结构的软基板,如图1所示,包括软性线路板1及设于软性线路板上的LED灯珠2,软性线路板上还设有公端子3或/和母端子4,公端子和母端子可与灯体的电源扣接形成安装。该软基板安装在LED灯体5上并以灯罩6罩住。
进一步的,所述的软性线路板也可以通过公端子和母端子的扣接形成相邻软性线路板的连接安装。
进一步的,所述的公端子和母端子设于软性线路板的侧部,各设置有两个。

1.一种带接线扣位结构的软基板,其特征在于,包括软性线路板及设于软性线路板上的LED灯珠,软性线路板上还设有公端子或/和母端子,公端子和母端子可与灯体的电源扣接形成安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带接线扣位结构的软基板,其特征在于,所述的软性线路板也可以通过公端子和母端子的扣接形成相邻软性线路板的连接安装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带接线扣位结构的软基板,其特征在于,所述的公端子和母端子设于软性线路板的侧部,各设置有两个。
