Abstract
本发明公开了一种改良的陶瓷结合剂及其制备方法,该陶瓷结合剂由下列重量分数的物质组成:Na2O35~45份,B2O3 26~38份,Al2O3 28~36份,SiO2 27~35份,CaO 10~16份,Li2O12~16份,P2O5 2~6份,CuO 4~7份。将所有原料在球磨机中充分混合,在加入水,球磨6~8h,然后静置3~4h,将水倒出,在95~105℃条件下烘干,再球磨、过筛制备得到陶瓷结合剂。本发明制备的陶瓷结合剂能显著提高陶瓷砂轮的使用寿命,而且使用时能节省用料具有较高的经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷结合剂技术领域,具体涉及一种改良的陶瓷结合剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于陶瓷结合剂具有热稳定性好,刚性较高、气孔率可控等优点,使得陶瓷结合剂立方氮化硼磨具具备强度较高、自锐性好、易于修整等优势。磨粒、结合剂和气孔等结构要素共同决定可磨具的性能。而陶瓷结合剂砂轮的轻度主要取决于陶瓷结合剂本身的强度和结合剂与磨料颗粒间的结合强度。结合剂的组成是影响陶瓷结合剂强度和结合剂与磨料颗粒界面结合强度的重要因素。随着科学技术的进步,现有技术中的陶瓷结合剂已不能满足工业应用的需求,因此,需要提供一种低熔点高强度的陶瓷结合剂。
发明内容
技术问题:本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种改良的陶瓷结合剂及其制备方法。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种改良的陶瓷结合剂,该陶瓷结合剂由下列重量分数的物质组成:Na2O35~45份,B2O3 26~38份,Al2O3 28~36份,SiO2 27~35份,CaO 10~16份,Li2O12~16份,P2O5 2~6份,CuO 4~7份。
其中,该陶瓷结合剂由下列重量分数的物质组成:Na2O38份,B2O3 31份,Al2O3 33份,SiO2 29份,CaO 14份,Li2O 13份,P2O5 5份,CuO 6份。
该陶瓷结合剂的制备方法如下,将所有原料在球磨机中充分混合,在加入水,球磨6~8h,然后静置3~4h,将水倒出,在95~105℃条件下烘干,再球磨、过筛制备得到陶瓷结合剂。
其中,所述的陶瓷结合剂的粒径为26~30μm。
有益效果:本发明制备的陶瓷结合剂能显著提高陶瓷砂轮的使用寿命,而且使用时能节省用料具有较高的经济效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种改良的陶瓷结合剂,由下列重量分数的物质组成:Na2O35份,B2O3 26份,Al2O3 28份,SiO2 27份,CaO 10份,Li2O12份,P2O5 2份,CuO 4份。
将上述物质在高能球磨机中充分混合,将所有原料在球磨机中充分混合,在加入水,球磨5h,然后静置2h,将水倒出,在90℃条件下烘干,再球磨、过筛制备得到陶瓷结合剂。
实施例2:
一种改良的陶瓷结合剂,由下列重量分数的物质组成:Na2O38份,B2O3 31份,Al2O3 33份,SiO2 29份,CaO 14份,Li2O 13份,P2O5 5份,CuO 6份。
将所有原料在球磨机中充分混合,在加入水,球磨8h,然后静置2h,将水倒出,在90℃条件下烘干,再球磨、过筛制备得到陶瓷结合剂。
实施例3:
一种改良的陶瓷结合剂,由下列重量分数的物质组成:Na2O45份,B2O3 38份,Al2O3 36份,SiO2 35份,CaO 16份,Li2O 16份,P2O5 6份,CuO 7份。
将所有原料在球磨机中充分混合,在加入水,球磨10h,然后静置1h,将水倒出,在100℃条件下烘干,再球磨、过筛制备得到陶瓷结合剂。

1.一种改良的陶瓷结合剂,其特征在于,该陶瓷结合剂由下列重量分数的物质组成:Na2O35~45份,B2O3 26~38份,Al2O3 28~36份,SiO2 27~35份,CaO 10~16份,Li2O12~16份,P2O5 2~6份,CuO 4~7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改良的陶瓷结合剂,其特征在于,该陶瓷结合剂由下列重量分数的物质组成:Na2O38份,B2O3 31份,Al2O3 33份,SiO2 29份,CaO 14份,Li2O 13份,P2O5 5份,CuO 6份。
3.权利要求1所述的改良的瓷结合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将所有原料在球磨机中充分混合,在加入水,球磨6~8h,然后静置3~4h,将水倒出,在95~105℃条件下烘干,再球磨、过筛制备得到陶瓷结合剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的改良的陶瓷结合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的陶瓷结合剂的粒径为26~30μm。
