随着社会的发展,人们对装修材料的要求越来越高,不仅要求实用环保,还越来越重视美观,本发明的闪光漆,加入了荧光粉,白天吸收了光线,晚上会闪闪发光
发明内容
一种闪光漆的具体组分的质量比: 20%的去离子水、1.7%的铵盐分散剂、0.2%的不含APEO(烷基酚)的润湿剂, 0.2%的防腐剂,0.2%的消泡剂,8%的金红石钛白粉、12%的超细重质碳酸钙、7%的超细高岭土、9%的微塑晶粒子,40%的硅丙改性乳液,1%的纳米级二氧化硅,0.5%的成膜助剂,50%的天然树脂,5%的颜料,0.15%的稀释剂,2%的荧光粉。
本发明的闪光漆不仅美观,而且漆膜光滑平整,附着力强,不易龟裂,实用性很高。
具体实行方式:  一种闪光漆的具体组分、各组分的质量比和具体的生产工艺如下:
1称取20%的去离子水、1.7%的铵盐分散剂、0.2%的不含APEO(烷基酚)的润湿剂, 0.2%的防腐剂,8%的金红石钛白粉、12%的超细重质碳酸钙、7%的超细高岭土、9%的微塑晶粒子,40%的硅丙改性乳液,1%的纳米级二氧化硅, 50%的天然树脂,5%的颜料,0.15%的稀释剂,2%的荧光粉放入搅拌罐中缓慢搅拌均匀。
2加入0.2%的消泡剂搅拌均匀,使其充分溶解到乳液中。
3待搅拌均匀后缓慢加入0.5%的成膜助剂,以便在涂料在成膜的过程中成膜效果更好,成膜更加的致密,但在加入的过程中速度一定缓慢加入。
4待各项指标都检测合格后装桶等待出厂。

1.一种闪光漆的具体组分的质量比: 20%的去离子水、1.7%的铵盐分散剂、0.2%的不含APEO(烷基酚)的润湿剂, 0.2%的防腐剂,0.2%的消泡剂,8%的金红石钛白粉、12%的超细重质碳酸钙、7%的超细高岭土、9%的微塑晶粒子,40%的硅丙改性乳液,1%的纳米级二氧化硅,0.5%的成膜助剂,50%的天然树脂,5%的颜料,0.15%的稀释剂,2%的荧光粉。
2.根据权利1所述的一种闪光漆中用到的乳液为硅丙改性乳液,玻璃化温度高,成膜后投射率好,对色彩的包裹能力强,表面强度高,耐老化的能力强,抗腐蚀的性能显著。
3.根据权利1所述的一种闪光漆中用到的纳米级二氧化硅有加强漆膜表面强度的作用,并且能够使投射出来的光进行少量反射,使光线不至于太刺眼,让色彩有柔和感。
4.根据权利1所述的一种闪光漆中用到的防腐剂是国外进口的,绿色、环保、降解周期短,不对环境造成污染。
