先将杏仁、陈皮、甘草、麦冬、黄精、杜仲炒熟，其中杏仁、甘草和麦冬炒至七成熟，其它全熟。然后将兔丝子、西红花、当归、党参、丹参、毛根、虫草、半枝莲、西洋参、白花蛇草、罗汉果、枇杷叶、枸杞片、枸杞子、三七、茯苓、白术、川芎、人参、川贝、黄连、黄芪、毛根、银花、元参、地黄研磨至粉末状，并将混合后的粉末进行蒸煮。然后将炒熟的杏仁、陈皮、甘草、麦冬、黄精、杜仲研磨至粉末状，加入蒸煮后的粉团中，进行均匀的搅拌，进行发酵。将发酵后的粉团制作成药丸烘干。上述蒸煮时间为3个小时，无菌环境发酵2天。
