本发明公开了一种门体安装紧固件,特别是涉及一种双螺母锁紧机构。本发明双螺母锁紧机构,螺母锁紧机构,包括螺栓以及与螺栓尾端螺纹连接的第一螺母与第二螺母,其中第二螺母设与第一螺母与螺栓头部之间,还包括一外套筒与内套筒,内、外套筒的轴心线一致,内套筒固接于外套筒的上端;内套筒上端与第一螺母相抵,内套筒的下端与第二螺母相抵;还包括一环形箍,环形箍包括一外环以及设于外环内周侧的一组突齿,突齿均与第二螺母侧面相抵,环形箍固设于外套筒的内壁上。本发明解决了现有技术中螺母易松动的缺陷,提供一种能够增强螺栓与螺母之间连接稳定性的双螺母锁紧机构。

双螺母锁紧机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种门体安装紧固件,特别是涉及一种双螺母锁紧机构。
背景技术
螺栓联接是利用螺纹零件构成的可拆联接,其结构简单,装拆方便,广泛应用于各种机械设备中。但在冲击、振动或变载荷作用下,或在高温或温度变化较大的情况下,螺栓联接中的预紧力和摩擦力会逐渐减小或可能瞬时消失,导致联接失效。螺栓联接一旦失效,将严重影响机器的正常工作,甚至造成事故。
为了解决上述问题,现有技术中提供了一种带双螺母的螺栓结构,就是在原有的螺母下方再安装一个螺母,用于防止原有的螺母下移。这样虽然能够降低了螺母松动概率(要求两个紧靠在一起的螺母受外界机械扰动影响而同步松动的概率,比单个螺母松动的概率低),但是长期使用,还是会出现螺母松动的现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能够增强螺栓与螺母之间连接稳定性的双螺母锁紧机构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种双螺母锁紧机构,包括螺栓以及与螺栓尾端螺纹连接的第一螺母与第二螺母,其中第二螺母设与第一螺母与螺栓头部之间,还包括一外套筒与内套筒,所述内、外套筒的轴心线一致,所述内套筒固接于外套筒的上端;内套筒上端与第一螺母相抵,内套筒的下端与第二螺母相抵;还包括一环形箍,环形箍包括一外环以及设于外环内周侧的一组突齿,所述突齿均与第二螺母侧面相抵,所述环形箍固设于外套筒的内壁上。
采用本发明双螺母锁紧机构,具有如下技术效果:
将内套筒夹设在第一、二螺母之间,由于所述内套筒固接于外套筒的上端,所述内套筒也能定位住。由于所述环形箍固设于外套筒的内壁上,环形箍包括与第二螺母侧面相抵的一组突齿,第二螺母的外周侧全是与第二螺母相抵的突齿,这样便将第二螺母限位在突齿内。如果第二螺母要旋转,就要引起环形箍、外套筒、内套筒同步旋转,而第二螺母旋转的同时会向上移动,而内套筒是设于第一螺母与第二螺母之间的,所以第二螺母上移又会通过内套筒与第一螺母相抵,本发明双螺母锁紧机构通过延长第第一螺母与第二螺母之间的连接,使第二螺母无法直接作用于第一螺母,从而增强螺母的稳定性,避免螺母过早松动。
进一步,所述外套筒上设有环形槽,所述外环嵌入环形槽内。
嵌槽***的方式可以很方便地实现外环与环形槽之间可拆卸的固定连接。
进一步,所述突齿至少包括一个定位突齿,定位突齿向环形箍内侧延伸的长度值超出环形箍与第二螺母之间的距离值0.5~0.8cm。
所述定位突齿较长,这样安装时,所述突齿与第二螺母侧面相抵时会发生形变,定位突齿会向上或向下翘起,所述突齿因形变会对第二螺母产生更强地作用力(主要指向第二螺母轴心线)。
进一步,所述外套筒下端设有通入所述环形槽内的开口槽,所述突齿包括向环形箍外侧延伸到开口槽中的连接突齿。
为了方便环形箍嵌入到外套筒的环形槽中,通过连接突齿穿入到开口槽中,先行定位,然后将环形箍从外套筒的下端口挤压入外套筒内,然后将外环嵌入到环形槽中。连接突齿延伸到向环形箍外侧延伸到开口槽中,也增加了环形箍与外套筒的转动的同步性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明技术方案进一步说明:
本发明双螺母锁紧机构,包括螺栓1以及与螺栓1尾端螺纹连接的第一螺母4与第二螺母3,其中第二螺母3设与第一螺母4与螺栓头部2之间,第二螺母3与螺栓头部2之间是需要夹持固定的板材10。
本发明双螺母锁紧机构还包括一外套筒5与内套筒6,所述内、外套筒5的轴心线一致,所述内套筒6固接于外套筒5的上端;内套筒6上端与第一螺母4相抵,内套筒6的下端与第二螺母3相抵。
所述内套筒6中部开孔,开孔大小至少可供螺栓1杆部通过,内套筒6表壁平滑,出于设计要求,内套筒6表壁没有必要设置螺纹。
本发明双螺母锁紧机构还包括一环形箍,环形箍包括一外环以及设于外环内周侧的一组突齿,所述突齿均与第二螺母3侧面相抵,所述环形箍固设于外套筒5的内壁上。环形箍整体材料采用铍青铜制作,铍青铜弹性最好,经过固溶处理与热处理后,抗拉强度可以达到1250~1500MPa,无论是弹力的稳定性还是尺寸稳定性都优于弹簧钢。
所述外套筒5上设有环形槽,所述外环嵌入环形槽内。
如图2所示,所述突齿中有五个定位突齿7,定位突齿7向环形箍内侧延伸的长度值超出环形箍与第二螺母3之间的距离值0.7cm。所述外套筒5下端设有通入所述环形槽内的开口槽,所述突齿中还有一个连接突齿8,该连接突齿8向环形箍外侧延伸到开口槽中。
为了安装方便,所述环形箍按照分割线9一分为二,先将其中环形箍一部分装入外套筒5中,然后再装剩余的部分。由于环形箍是要通过嵌入到环形槽中来定位的,所以环形箍外径会比外套筒5下端的内径大,为了安装方便才将环形箍分割,并利用环形箍本身一定的金属弹性,使环形箍嵌入到环形槽中。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

Claims (4)

1.一种双螺母锁紧机构,包括螺栓以及与螺栓尾端螺纹连接的第一螺母与第二螺母,其中第二螺母设与第一螺母与螺栓头部之间,其特征在于:还包括一外套筒与内套筒,所述内、外套筒的轴心线一致,所述内套筒固接于外套筒的上端;内套筒上端与第一螺母相抵,内套筒的下端与第二螺母相抵;还包括一环形箍,环形箍包括一外环以及设于外环内周侧的一组突齿,所述突齿均与第二螺母侧面相抵,所述环形箍固设于外套筒的内壁上,环形箍采用铍青铜制作。
2.如权利要求1所述的双螺母锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述外套筒上设有环形槽,所述外环嵌入环形槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的双螺母锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述突齿至少包括一个定位突齿,定位突齿向环形箍内侧延伸的长度值超出环形箍与第二螺母之间的距离值0.5~0.8cm。
4.如权利要求3所述的双螺母锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述外套筒下端设有通入所述环形槽内的开口槽,所述突齿包括向环形箍外侧延伸到开口槽中的连接突齿。
