背景技术
无纺布(英文名:Non Woven Fabric 或者 Nonwoven cloth)又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布根据成分,有涤纶、丙纶、锦纶、氨纶、腈纶等;不同的成分会有截然不同的无纺布风格。而纺粘布,通常指的是涤纶纺粘、丙纶纺粘;而这两种布的风格非常接近,通过高温测试才能判别出。
无纺布由包括化学纤维和植物纤维等在以水或空气作为悬浮介质的条件下在湿法或干法抄纸机上制成,虽为布而不经纺织故称其为无纺布。无纺布是新一代环保材料,具有强力好、透气防水、环保、柔韧、无毒无味,且价格便宜等优点。它是新一代环保材料,具有拒水、透气、柔韧、不助燃、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富等特点。该材料若置于室外经自然分解,其最长寿命只有90天,置于室内在8年内分解,燃烧时无毒、无味、且无任何遗留物质,从而不污染环境,故环保由此而来。
随着人们时尚概念意识的不断提高,对并不限于前面例举的寝装用品、医疗卫生用品、妇幼卫生用品、一次性生活用品乃至车辆内饰用品如汽车顶棚和地毯等等的质量和形式要求日益严苛,因此期望目前广泛使用的无纺布除了具备抗菌杀菌的长处外,还具有颜色能够保持持久鲜艳,且造型效果好,除臭净化的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种适合家用内部装饰材料的无纺布及其生产方法,除了具备抗菌杀菌的长处外,还具有颜色能够保持持久鲜艳,且造型效果好,除臭净化的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种适合家用内部装饰材料的无纺布,由棉纤维、竹纤维和环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维混合而成,其创新点在于:所述棉纤维在无纺布中所占的重量份数20~35份,竹纤维在无纺布中所占的重量份数为35~40份,环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维在无纺布中占的重量份数为13~15份。

进一步的,所述护色添加剂包括0.05wt%抗坏血酸,0.89wt%柠檬酸,0.66wt%乙酸锌和2.78wt%氯化钠,余量为水。
进一步的,所述护色添加剂采用0.03wt% 的NaOH溶液将pH值调至7.3。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种适合家用内部装饰材料的无纺布的生产方法,其创新点在于:具体包括以下步骤:
(1)制备环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维,先将聚乳酸短纤维置入水溶液中浸润,而后进行脱水和烘干,并且控制烘干温度40~50℃、控制烘干时间为1~2h和控制烘干后的聚乳酸短纤维的含水率5~8%,得到聚乳酸短纤维;
(2)将0.03wt%抗坏血酸,0.75wt%柠檬酸,0.4wt%乙酸锌和1.5wt% 氯化钠,余量为水的混合物混合形成护色添加剂;
(3)将90~95wt%的分子主链上含有酰胺键和酯键的聚酯酰胺和步骤(2)中5~10wt%护色添加剂按照配比量加入后混合均匀,涂布于竹纤维单丝上,设置涂布厚度为2~8mm;
(4)将重量份数将开松的棉纤维、竹纤维与聚乳酸短纤维引入混棉机混匀,得到混合料;
(5)先将混合料由梳理机梳理,再由铺网机铺叠成棉网,将棉网由针刺机或水刺机刺合,得到家用内部装饰材料的无纺布。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中涂布厚度为5mm。

(2)本发明的家用内部装饰材料的无纺布,竹纤维的单丝选择含有90~95wt%的分子主链上含有酰胺键和酯键的聚酯酰胺和5~10wt%护色添加剂,既可以保持无纺布持久保色,还可以增强竹纤维的韧性10~15%。
(3)本发明选择的护色添加剂含有0.05wt%抗坏血酸,0.89wt%柠檬酸,0.66wt%乙酸锌和2.78wt%氯化钠的有效成分,成分的选择考虑到了对环境无污染,且对人体无害,最重要的是护色效果好,保色时间更久。
(4)本发明的生产方法与常规生产方法相比,简单方便,操作容易,控制护色添加剂涂层厚度为2~8mm,最佳为5mm,既保证了成品效果,又节约了护色添加剂的加入量,生产效率高。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作详细说明。
实施例1
一种适合家用内部装饰材料的无纺布,由棉纤维、竹纤维和环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维混合而成,棉纤维在无纺布中所占的重量份数20份,竹纤维在无纺布中所占的重量份数为35份,环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维在无纺布中占的重量份数为13份。
其中,竹纤维的单丝含有90wt%的分子主链上含有酰胺键和酯键的聚酯酰胺和10wt%护色添加剂,护色添加剂包括0.05wt%抗坏血酸,0.89wt%柠檬酸,0.66wt%乙酸锌和2.78wt%氯化钠,余量为水,且护色添加剂采用0.03wt% 的NaOH溶液将pH值调至7.3。
以上本实施例无纺布的生产方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)制备环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维,先将聚乳酸短纤维置入水溶液中浸润,而后进行脱水和烘干,并且控制烘干温度40℃、控制烘干时间为1h和控制烘干后的聚乳酸短纤维的含水率5%,得到聚乳酸短纤维;

4.根据权利要求2所述的适合家用内部装饰材料的无纺布,其特征在于:所述护色添加剂包括0.05wt%抗坏血酸,0.89wt%柠檬酸,0.66wt%乙酸锌和2.78wt%氯化钠,余量为水。
5.根据权利要求3所述的适合家用内部装饰材料的无纺布,其特征在于:所述护色添加剂采用0.03wt% 的NaOH溶液将pH值调至7.3。
6.一种权利要求1所述的适合家用内部装饰材料的无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
(1)制备环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维,先将聚乳酸短纤维置入水溶液中浸润,而后进行脱水和烘干,并且控制烘干温度40~50℃、控制烘干时间为1~2h和控制烘干后的聚乳酸短纤维的含水率5~8%,得到聚乳酸短纤维;
(2)将0.03wt%抗坏血酸,0.75wt%柠檬酸,0.4wt%乙酸锌和1.5wt% 氯化钠,余量为水的混合物混合形成护色添加剂;
(3)将90~95wt%的分子主链上含有酰胺键和酯键的聚酯酰胺和步骤(2)中5~10wt%护色添加剂按照配比量加入后混合均匀,涂布于竹纤维单丝上,设置涂布厚度为2~8mm;
(4)将重量份数将开松的棉纤维、竹纤维与聚乳酸短纤维引入混棉机混匀,得到混合料;
(5)先将混合料由梳理机梳理,再由铺网机铺叠成棉网,将棉网由针刺机或水刺机刺合,得到家用内部装饰材料的无纺布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的适合家用内部装饰材料的无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中涂布厚度为5mm。
