本发明七色稀饭,是以10为基率,按主料白大米、白玉米、白莲米、红米、红花生、红枣、红杞子、黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻、黄豆、黄玉米、青豆、青果、绿豆、蓝豆比例5-3∶3-5∶0.5-0.3∶2-4∶0.4-0.2∶0.3-0.2∶0.2-0.3∶3-2∶0.5-0.4∶0.2-0.1∶0.3-0.2∶2-3∶3-2∶0.2-0.1∶2-4∶1-2称量,按配料薄荷汁、蔗糖、小蘑菇、防腐剂比例0.3-0.2∶0.2-0.1∶0.5-0.4∶0.2-0.3称量并各搅匀成混合主、配料,再以100为基率,按混合主料、混合配料、矿泉水比例8-7∶2-3∶5-4称量并搅匀,经蒸煮封存即得到色香味俱佳的七色稀饭。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种稀饭,特别是一种即食七色稀饭。
技术背景
城乡商场中各种即食粥虽品种不少,但尚未有专以七种不同颜色农业特产果实和配料优配精制的即食七色稀饭。同时,随着所述七种不同颜色农业特产果实种植面积和产量不断增长,而一般食用和其它加工所需毕竟有限,极易造成所述七种不同颜色农产果实滞销、贬值和浪费,以及伤农损农等现象发生。因此,有必要发明一种以大量消耗所述七种不同颜色农业特产果实为主要原料进行精细化加工生产七色稀饭的技术工艺,以促进所述七种不同颜色农业特产果实规模化、产业化种植与加工增值的进一步发展,并满足城乡居民对即食七色稀饭的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对七色稀饭加工技术短缺和市场产品需求问题,提供一种配制工艺精致、五色果实优配、实惠营养美味、绿色即食便携,推广利用综合经济效益和长远发展效益显著的七色稀饭。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种七色稀饭,其特征在于,该七色稀饭的主要配制方法是,先用清选机将所需七种不同颜色农产果实主料和配料清选干净与配齐,再分别按相同基率和不同比例称量主料与配料,并分别用搅拌机搅匀成混合主料和混合配料,再按相同基率和不同比例称量混合主料、混合配料、矿泉水,并用搅拌机搅匀后投入蒸煮机中加热蒸煮熟透,再用专用灌装机灌装入卫生瓶罐中并封存自然提质数日后,即得到优质雅致、色香味俱佳和老少皆宜的七色稀饭。
所述七种不同颜色农产果实主料为白大米、白玉米、白莲米、红米、红花生、红枣、红杞子、黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻、黄豆、黄玉米、青豆、青果、绿豆和蓝豆。
所述配料为薄荷汁、蔗糖、小蘑菇和防腐剂。
配制方式
1、设备置配:置备好所需主配料保鲜存放仓库和磅秤、清选机、搅拌机、蒸煮机、灌装机及灌装瓶罐等设置,并将所需设置清洗干净备用。
2、原料配制:先用清选机将所需主料和配料清选干净与配齐,以10为基率,按主料白大米、白玉米、白莲米、红米、红花生、红枣、红杞子、黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻、黄豆、黄玉米、青豆、青果、绿豆、蓝豆比例为5-3∶3-5∶0.5-0.3∶2-4∶0.4-0.2∶0.3-0.2∶0.2-0.3∶3-2∶0.5-0.4∶0.2-0.1∶0.3-0.2∶2-3∶3-2∶0.2-0.1∶2-4∶1-2称量白大米、白玉米、白莲米、红米、红花生、红枣、红杞子、黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻、黄豆、黄玉米、青豆、青果、绿豆、蓝豆,并用搅拌机搅拌均匀成混合主料,按配料的薄荷汁、蔗糖、小蘑菇、防腐剂比例为0.3-0.2∶0.2-0.1∶0.5-0.4∶0.2-0.3称量薄荷汁、蔗糖、小蘑菇、防腐剂,并用搅拌机搅匀成混合配料,再以100为基率,按混合主料、混合配料、矿泉水比例为8-7∶2-3∶5-4称量混合主料、混合配料、矿泉水,并用搅拌机搅匀成混合主配料;
3、灌装蒸煮:将已搅拌均匀的混合主配料投入蒸煮机中加热蒸煮1-2小时至熟透,再用专用灌装机灌装入卫生瓶罐中并封存自然提质5-7天,开封即得到优质雅致、色香味俱佳和老少皆宜的七色稀饭。
因所用原配料中含有天然香型耐腐和酸性防腐物质及绿色防腐剂,故七色稀饭绿色环保和保鲜与保质期超长,即达到或超过国家相关食品卫生标准要求。
如此不断进行上述相关运作,即可快速、高效、优质和大量生产不同含量和档次与品质的七色稀饭。
有益效果:本发明采取创新技术工艺理念,成功按相同基率和不同比例称量将所述主料与配料进行优配精制七色稀饭,其配制技术工艺独到、优化、雅致、绿色、易行和有效,既可大量消耗和充分利用所述主配料资源,又可有效实现快速高效和低成本生产绿色优质与风味独特的即食七色稀饭。该七色稀饭人体所需营养成分含量比普通即食粥高50%以上,且经济实惠、老少皆宜和自食送礼均佳,同时可有力促进所述农产品种植与深加工生产,并进一步丰富和发展城乡即食粥市场。因此,本发明推广利用综合经济效益与社会效益极为明显。
实施例1:
先用清选机将所需主料和配料清选干净与配齐,以10为基率,按主料白大米、白玉米、白莲米、红米、红花生、红枣、红杞子、黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻、黄豆、黄玉米、青豆、青果、绿豆、蓝豆比例为5∶3∶0.5∶2∶0.4∶0.3∶0.2∶3∶0.5∶0.2∶0.3∶2∶3∶0.2∶2∶1称量白大米50kg、白玉米30kg、白莲米5kg、红米20kg、红花生4kg、红枣3kg、红杞子2kg、黑米30kg、黑豆5kg、黑芝麻2kg、黄豆3kg、黄玉米20kg、青豆30kg、青果2kg、绿豆20kg、蓝豆10kg,并用搅拌机搅拌均匀成混合主料;按配料的薄荷汁、蔗糖、小蘑菇、防腐剂比例为0.3-0.2∶0.2-0.1∶0.5-0.4∶0.2-0.3称量薄荷汁3kg、蔗糖2kg、小蘑菇5kg、防腐剂2kg,并用搅拌机搅匀成混合配料,再以100为基率,按混合主料、混合配料、矿泉水比例为8-7∶2-3∶5-4称量混合主料800kg、混合配料200kg、矿泉水500kg,并用搅拌机搅匀成混合主配料;
将已搅拌均匀的混合主配料投入蒸煮机中加热蒸煮1-2小时至熟透,再用专用灌装机灌装入卫生瓶罐中并封存自然提质5-7天,开封即得到优质雅致、色香味俱佳和老少皆宜的七色稀饭。

先用清选机将所需主料和配料清选干净与配齐,以10为基率,按主料白大米、白玉米、白莲米、红米、红花生、红枣、红杞子、黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻、黄豆、黄玉米、青豆、青果、绿豆、蓝豆比例为4∶4∶0.4∶3∶0.3∶0.25∶0.25∶2.5∶0.45∶0.15∶0.25∶2.5∶2.5∶0.15∶3∶1.5称量白大米40kg、白玉米40kg、白莲米4kg、红米30kg、红花生3kg、红枣2.5kg、红杞子2.5kg、黑米25kg、黑豆4.5kg、黑芝麻1.5kg、黄豆2.5kg、黄玉米25kg、青豆25kg、青果1.5kg、绿豆30kg、蓝豆15kg,并用搅拌机搅拌均匀成混合主料;按配料的薄荷汁、蔗糖、小蘑菇、防腐剂比例为0.25∶0.15∶0.45∶0.25称量薄荷汁2.5kg、蔗糖1.5kg、小蘑菇4.5kg、防腐剂25kg,并用搅拌机搅匀成混合配料,再以100为基率,按混合主料、混合配料、矿泉水比例为7.5∶2.5∶4.5称量混合主料750kg、混合配料250kg、矿泉水450kg,并用搅拌机搅匀成混合主配料;
将已搅拌均匀的混合主配料投入蒸煮机中加热蒸煮1.5小时至熟透,再用专用灌装机灌装入卫生瓶罐中并封存自然提质6天,开封即得到优质雅致、色香味俱佳和老少皆宜的七色稀饭。
实施例3:
先用清选机将所需主料和配料清选干净与配齐,以10为基率,按主料白大米、白玉米、白莲米、红米、红花生、红枣、红杞子、黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻、黄豆、黄玉米、青豆、青果、绿豆、蓝豆比例为3∶5∶0.3∶4∶0.2∶0.2∶0.3∶2∶0.4∶0.1∶0.2∶3∶2∶0.1∶4∶2称量白大米30kg、白玉米50kg、白莲米3kg、红米40kg、红花生2kg、红枣2kg、红杞子3kg、黑米20kg、黑豆4kg、黑芝麻1kg、黄豆2kg、黄玉米30kg、青豆20kg、青果1kg、绿豆40kg、蓝豆20kg,并用搅拌机搅拌均匀成混合主料;按配料的薄荷汁、蔗糖、小蘑菇、防腐剂比例为0.2∶0.1∶0.4∶0.3称量薄荷汁2kg、蔗糖1kg、小蘑菇4kg、防腐剂3kg,并用搅拌机搅匀成混合配料,再以100为基率,按混合主料、混合配料、矿泉水比例为7∶3∶4称量混合主料700kg、混合配料300kg、矿泉水400kg,并用搅拌机搅匀成混合主配料;
将已搅拌均匀的混合主配料投入蒸煮机中加热蒸煮2小时至熟透,再用专用灌装机灌装入卫生瓶罐中并封存自然提质7天,开封即得到优质雅致、色香味俱佳和老少皆宜的七色稀饭。
因所用原配料中富含天然香型耐腐和酸性防腐物质及绿色防腐剂,故七色稀饭绿色环保和保鲜与保质期超长,即达到或超过国家相关食品卫生标准要求。
