Abstract

本发明公开了一种隔热垫块,包括:长方体的垫块本体和设置在垫块本体上的散热孔,垫块本体中心处开有固定孔;所述散热孔相互对称分布在垫块本体上,散热孔内沿散热孔轴线方向设有凸楞,凸楞呈长条形且均匀分布在所述散热孔内;所述垫块本体侧边开有限位槽。通过上述方式,本发明能够起到承压垫高作用,隔热效果好,不易滑动,强度高,抗压能力好。

技术领域
本发明涉及垫块领域,特别是涉及一种隔热垫块。
背景技术
    现有的模具结构中,在模板与分流板之间需要设置垫块,在高温高压状态下,垫块容易沉入模板中,这样会造成分流板向上移动,***配合间隙变大,而且垫块容易滑动,发生位移,***容易漏胶;现有的垫块为了增大散热,在垫块中心开有散热孔,但这样的结构强度低,垫块易变形。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔热垫块,能够起到承压垫高作用,隔热效果好,不易滑动,强度高,抗压能力好。
    为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种隔热垫块,包括:长方体的垫块本体和设置在垫块本体上的散热孔,垫块本体中心处开有固定孔;所述散热孔相互对称分布在垫块本体上,散热孔内沿散热孔轴线方向设有凸楞,凸楞呈长条形且均匀分布在所述散热孔内;所述垫块本体侧边开有限位槽。
优选的是,所述垫块本体两端面均设有条状的防滑纹路,且垫块本体两端的防滑纹路相互垂直。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明隔热效果好,强度高,抗压能力好。

    一种隔热垫块,包括:长方体的垫块本体1和设置在垫块本体1上的散热孔2,垫块本体1中心处开有固定孔3;所述散热孔2相互对称分布在垫块本体1上,散热孔2内沿散热孔2轴线方向设有凸楞4,凸楞4呈长条形且均匀分布在所述散热孔2内,凸楞4能够增加散热孔2的面积,增快散热,同时凸楞4能够起到加强筋的作用加大垫块本体1强度,使垫块本体不易变形;所述垫块本体侧边开有限位槽5,限位槽与固定孔与需要隔开的物体上的凸块相互配合,对垫块本体进行定位。所述垫块本体两端面均设有条状的防滑纹路,且垫块本体两端的防滑纹路相互垂直,相互垂直的防滑纹路能够防止垫块本体1在需要隔开的物体物之间发生滑动。本发明能够起到承压垫高作用,隔热效果好,不易滑动,强度高,抗压能力好。

1.  一种隔热垫块,其特征在于,包括:长方体的垫块本体和设置在垫块本体上的散热孔,垫块本体中心处开有固定孔;所述散热孔相互对称分布在垫块本体上,散热孔内沿散热孔轴线方向设有凸楞,凸楞呈长条形且均匀分布在所述散热孔内;所述垫块本体侧边开有限位槽。
2.  根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热垫块,其特征在于:所述垫块本体两端面均设有条状的防滑纹路,且垫块本体两端的防滑纹路相互垂直。
