Abstract
透水地坪伸缩缝结构及其施工方法,本发明涉及一种透水伸缩缝结构及其施工方法,所述施工方法包括以下步骤:所述施工方法包括以下步骤:在浇筑透水地坪时,事先计算好伸缩缝预留的长宽,当浇筑透水地坪至预定好的伸缩缝所处位置时,将之前加工好的填充条沿着透水地坪的边沿***地表,直至填充条上表面与透水地坪上表面处于同一水平面,使两者成为一个整体,固定好填充条后继续在填充条的另一侧浇筑透水地坪到另一预留伸缩缝的位置,重复上述过程完成整个透水地坪的浇筑。本发明既不会藏污纳垢,也能让透水地坪保持整体,效果美观。

技术领域
本发明涉及透水伸缩缝结构及其施工方法。
背景技术
透水地坪也被称为生态透水地坪,透水混凝土,无砂混凝土等,是采用骨料碎石,胶结料,添加剂,水泥,水等经过均匀搅拌,摊铺成路面。具有比传统混凝土更高的强度和耐久性,能满足结构物力学性能、使用功能以及使用年限的要求;具有与自然环境的协调性,减轻对地球和生态环境的负荷,实现非再生型资源可循环性使用;具有良好的使用功能,能为人类构筑温和、舒适、便捷的生活环境,作为一种新的环保型、生态型的道路材料,透水地坪日益受到人们特别是业界的关注。
传统的透水地坪伸缩缝处理与普通混凝土地坪一样,均是浇筑完成以后,根据一定的长宽范围切割伸缩缝,但是这样的伸缩缝内部容易藏污纳垢且影响美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种透水伸缩缝结构及其施工方法,该方法既不会藏污纳垢,也能让透水地坪保持整体,效果美观。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种透水地坪伸缩缝结构,包括一伸缩缝,所述伸缩缝两侧分别铺设有一透水地坪,所述伸缩缝内部设置有一填充条;所述填充条的下端设置有一尖端,用于***透水地坪下侧的地表以固定所述填充条。
所述填充条两侧为光滑的直线。
所述填充条两侧具有锯齿状的结构。
所述填充条上表面与所述透水地坪上表面处于同一水平面。
透水地坪伸缩缝结构施工方法,包括以下步骤:在浇筑透水地坪时,事先计算好伸缩缝预留的长宽,当浇筑透水地坪至预定好的伸缩缝所处位置时,将之前加工好的填充条沿着透水地坪的边沿***地表,直至填充条上表面与透水地坪上表面处于同一水平面,使两者成为一个整体,固定好填充条后继续在填充条的另一侧浇筑透水地坪到另一预留伸缩缝的位置,重复上述过程完成整个透水地坪的浇筑。
所述填充条为铝塑板或塑料条。
所述塑料条组分及质量百分比为:聚乙烯塑料82.3%-90.6%、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯1.5-2.3%、溴化聚苯乙烯8.5-9.6%、偶联剂0.5-1.5%、稳定剂0.5-1%,各组分质量百分比满足100%。
所述铝塑板为防水铝塑板,包括芯板、上防锈铝板、下防锈铝板以及胶黏剂,所述上下防锈铝板位于芯板的两侧并通过胶黏剂固定连接,所述芯板为聚乙烯塑料芯板,所述上、下防锈铝板表面涂有一层防水涂料;所述防水涂料的成分按重量份数比为:聚乙烯醇乳液23-25份、氧化锑4-6份、生石灰25-30份、石蜡3-4份、粘稠剂10-12份、稳定剂2-5份。
本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明采用的施工方法为“浇筑地坪-固定填充条-浇筑地坪”的顺序,于传统上浇筑完整个地坪后再安装填充条的过程相比,避免了预留伸缩缝过大或过小的问题,使填充条和透水地坪间的契合更加完美。
2、本发明避免了伸缩缝内沉积污垢的问题,清理起来更加方便。
3、本发明的填充条和透水地坪处于同一水平,两者称为一个整体,令外表看上起更加美观。
4、本发明所使用填充条下端有一尖端***地表,使其结构更加稳固。

实施例1
请参照图1,本实施例提供一种透水地坪伸缩缝结构,其特征在于:包括一伸缩缝1,所述伸缩缝1两侧分别铺设有一透水地坪2,所述伸缩缝1内部设置有一填充条3。
请参照图2和图4,所述填充条3两侧为光滑的直线。
请参照图3和图5,所述填充条3两侧具有锯齿状的结构。
请参照图1,图4-5,所述填充条3的下端设置有一尖端,用于***透水地坪2下侧的地表4以固定所述填充条3。
请参考图1和图2,所述填充条3上表面与所述透水地坪2上表面处于同一水平面。
实施例2
在浇筑透水地坪时,事先计算好伸缩缝预留的长宽,当浇筑透水地坪至预定好的伸缩缝所处位置时,将之前加工好的铝塑板沿着透水地坪的边沿***地表,直至铝塑板上表面与透水地坪上表面处于同一水平面,使两者成为一个整体,固定好铝塑板后继续在填充条的另一侧浇筑透水地坪到另一预留伸缩缝的位置,重复上述过程完成整个透水地坪的浇筑。
所述铝塑板为防水铝塑板,包括芯板、上防锈铝板、下防锈铝板以及胶黏剂,所述上下防锈铝板位于芯板的两侧并通过胶黏剂固定连接,所述芯板为聚乙烯塑料芯板,所述上、下防锈铝板表面涂有一层防水涂料;所述防水涂料的成分按重量份数比为:聚乙烯醇乳液24份、氧化锑5份、生石灰27份、石蜡3份、粘稠剂11份、稳定剂3份。
实施例3
透水地坪伸缩缝结构施工方法,包括以下步骤:在浇筑透水地坪时,事先计算好伸缩缝预留的长宽,当浇筑透水地坪至预定好的伸缩缝所处位置时,将之前加工好的塑料条沿着透水地坪的边沿***地表,直至塑料条上表面与透水地坪上表面处于同一水平面,使两者成为一个整体,固定好塑料条后继续在填充条的另一侧浇筑透水地坪到另一预留伸缩缝的位置,重复上述过程完成整个透水地坪的浇筑。
所述塑料条配方为:聚乙烯塑料87%、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯1.9%、溴化聚苯乙烯9.1%、偶联剂1.5%、稳定剂0.5%。
本发明采用的施工方法为“浇筑地坪-固定填充条-浇筑地坪”的顺序,于传统上浇筑完整个地坪后再安装填充条的过程相比,避免了预留伸缩缝过大或过小的问题,使填充条和透水地坪间的契合更加完美。避免了伸缩缝内沉积污垢的问题,清理起来更加方便。

1.一种透水地坪伸缩缝结构,其特征在于:包括一伸缩缝,所述伸缩缝两侧分别铺设有一透水地坪,所述伸缩缝内部设置有一填充条;所述填充条的下端设置有一尖端,用于***透水地坪下侧的地表以固定所述填充条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透水地坪伸缩缝结构,其特征在于:所述填充条两侧为光滑的直线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透水地坪伸缩缝结构,其特征在于:所述填充条两侧具有锯齿状的结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透水地坪伸缩缝结构,其特征在于:所述填充条上表面与所述透水地坪上表面处于同一水平面。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的透水地坪伸缩缝结构施工方法,其特征在于:所述施工方法包括以下步骤:在浇筑透水地坪时,事先计算好伸缩缝预留的长宽,当浇筑透水地坪至预定好的伸缩缝所处位置时,将之前加工好的填充条沿着透水地坪的边沿***地表,直至填充条上表面与透水地坪上表面处于同一水平面,使两者成为一个整体,固定好填充条后继续在填充条的另一侧浇筑透水地坪到另一预留伸缩缝的位置,重复上述过程完成整个透水地坪的浇筑。
6.根据权利要求5所述的透水地坪伸缩缝结构施工方法,其特征在于:所述填充条为铝塑板或塑料条。
7.根据权利要求6所述的透水地坪伸缩缝结构施工方法,其特征在于:所述塑料条组分及质量百分比为:聚乙烯塑料82.3%-90.6%、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯1.5-2.3%、溴化聚苯乙烯8.5-9.6%、偶联剂0.5-1.5%、稳定剂0.5-1%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的透水地坪伸缩缝结构施工方法,其特征在于:所述铝塑板为防水铝塑板,包括芯板、上防锈铝板、下防锈铝板以及胶黏剂,所述上下防锈铝板位于芯板的两侧并通过胶黏剂固定连接,所述芯板为聚乙烯塑料芯板,所述上、下防锈铝板表面涂有一层防水涂料;所述防水涂料的成分按重量份数比为:聚乙烯醇乳液23-25份、氧化锑4-6份、生石灰25-30份、石蜡3-4份、粘稠剂10-12份、稳定剂2-5份。
