耐火抗菌纤维
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐火抗菌纤维。
背景技术
人类生存环境中存在各种各样的细菌和霉菌,常见的包括金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、黄曲霉菌和白色念珠菌等;表皮葡萄球菌和棒状菌常见于内衣、内裤,导致外衣裤异味的菌类一般是杆菌孢子和少量表皮葡萄球菌。在高温高湿的环境下,这些微生物在衣物上大量繁殖时,纤维容易受到其酸性或者碱性代谢物的作用而发生降解、变色,并生成挥发性恶臭物质如醋酸、氨气等,还容易引发人体某些皮肤病,因此,抗菌和防臭历来是息息相关的。
为了满足人们对纺织品卫生功能的高要求,纤维制品不断地向抗菌防臭的方向发展。粘胶纤维的含湿率最符合人体皮肤的生理要求,具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、染色绚丽等特性。但也因为其含湿率较高,容易滋生各种细菌和霉菌,且滋生速度相当快。而现有的各种后整理部分使用的抗菌剂等,其抗菌、抑菌等效果都不够理想,而且不耐洗涤。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐火抗菌纤维。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种耐火抗菌纤维,包括耐火纤维,所述耐火纤维呈十字形,在所述耐火纤维的中心为一贯穿的圆孔,在所述耐火纤维中分散有若干耐火加强微粒,所述耐火加强微粒的直径为10~100nm;在所述耐火纤维的四个内凹处镶嵌复合有四根抗菌纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐火纤维为硅酸铝陶瓷纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐火加强微粒为天然矿物微粒。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌纤维为甲壳素纤维。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明耐火抗菌纤维,包括呈十字形的耐火纤维,该耐火纤维的中心还具有贯穿的圆孔,耐火纤维中分散有若干耐火加强微粒,在耐火纤维的四个内凹处镶嵌复合有抗菌纤维,本发明具有较好的弹性和抗菌效果。

其中,所述耐火纤维1为硅酸铝陶瓷纤维,所述耐火加强微粒2为天然矿物微粒,所述抗菌纤维3为甲壳素纤维。
本发明具有较好的弹性,抗菌效果和耐火效果都非常优异。

2.根据权利要求1所述的耐火抗菌纤维,其特征在于,所述耐火纤维为硅酸铝陶瓷纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐火抗菌纤维,其特征在于,所述耐火加强微粒为天然矿物微粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐火抗菌纤维,其特征在于,所述抗菌纤维为甲壳素纤维。
