本发明属于电力材料加工领域,公开了一种电力电表外壳材料的制备工艺,将各原料依次加入离心机中,离心搅拌混合均匀后,进入双螺杆挤出机挤压成熔融状态,然后用注射机将熔融体快速注入模具中,模具合模冷却定型;开模后成品进入副模,在副模内通过切割机切边即得。本发明制备工艺简单可行,适合规模化生产。

一种电力电表外壳材料的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明属于电力材料加工领域,具体公开了一种电力电表外壳材料的制备工艺。
背景技术
电表是电能表的简称,是用来测量电能的仪表,又称电度表,火表,电能表,千瓦小时表,指测量各种电学量的仪表。电表外壳主要起着保护电表内部零件的功能,需要良好的机械性能,很好的热稳定性和阻燃性能。国内目前电表外壳材料多采用阻燃ABS。虽然阻燃ABS价格低廉,但刚性不是很好。国外目前多采用增强聚碳酸酯(PC),随着我国经济的发展,国内也将大量采用增强PC作为电表外壳材料。聚碳酸酯是一种无色透明的无定性热塑性材料,其化学性质为耐弱酸、耐弱碱、耐中性油、不耐紫外光和不耐强碱,其物理性质为线膨胀率:38×10cm/cm2,热变型温度135℃,具有稳定性差、存在应力易于裂开、对缺口抗冲击力低、耐磨性差、对金属件粘合力低、粘度大、流动性差和影响加工注塑成型等缺点。 
目前国内外研究的较多的是聚碳酸酯改性电表外壳材料,其主要成分是聚碳酸酯,添加其他阻燃材料,其往往存在强度不够或热稳定性较差的缺陷,各种性能无法兼备;而且大量使用聚碳酸酯成本较高,降低了企业的利润空间。中国发明专利CN101469118A公开了一种电表壳用高分子材料,该高分子材料机械强度不够,并且成本较高,不利用推广使用。中国发明专利CN103740078A是申请人在先的发明专利,公开的外壳材料具备较好的机械强度和阻燃性能,但是热变形温度较低,容易变形,不适合高温环境下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中电表外壳材料的诸多缺陷,经过大量试验和探索,改变现有的原料组成及制备方法,提供一种电力电表外壳材料的制备工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案通过如下方式来实现的:
一种电力电表外壳材料的制备工艺,其包括如下步骤:
按照重量份称取下述各原料,其中,聚氯乙烯90-100份,聚乙烯60-70份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯40-50份,玻璃纤维38-42份,聚碳酸酯30-36份,聚乳酸25-28份,十溴二苯乙烷20-22份,聚二甲基硅氧烷18-20份,甲壳素12-15份,氮化硅粉10-12份,碳化硅粉7-8份,琥珀酸钠4-5份,滑石粉2-4份,硫酸钡2-3份,石墨粉1-2份;
将各原料依次加入离心机中,1000转/min离心搅拌3分钟,混合均匀后,进入双螺杆挤出机挤压成熔融状态,然后用注射机将熔融体快速注入模具中,模具合模冷却定型;开模后成品进入副模,在副模内通过切割机切边即得。
优选地,玻璃纤维的长度优选为1-5mm;氮化硅粉、碳化硅粉、琥珀酸钠、滑石粉、硫酸钡以及石墨粉的粒径均控制在200目以上。
本发明取得的有益效果如下:
本发明制备的电表外壳各原料组份之间具备较好的协同作用,能够达到较高的机械性能,并且具备优良的热稳定性和阻燃性能,适合用于高温环境下;本发明各原料成本低廉,低于市场常用的聚碳酸酯树脂电表外壳的成本,有利于降低企业原料成本,促进工业化生产;本发明制备工艺简单可行,适合规模化生产。
具体实施方式
以下将采用具体实施例对本发明做出进一步的解释,但是其并不作为对本发明创新精神的限制。
实施例1
一种电力电表外壳材料的制备工艺,其包括如下步骤:
按照重量份称取下述各原料,其中,聚氯乙烯90份,聚乙烯60份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯40份,玻璃纤维38份,聚碳酸酯30份,聚乳酸25份,十溴二苯乙烷20份,聚二甲基硅氧烷18份,甲壳素12份,氮化硅粉10份,碳化硅粉7份,琥珀酸钠4份,滑石粉2份,硫酸钡2份,石墨粉1份。玻璃纤维的长度为1mm;氮化硅粉、碳化硅粉、琥珀酸钠、滑石粉、硫酸钡以及石墨粉的粒径控制在200目;将各原料依次加入离心机中,1000转/min离心搅拌3分钟,混合均匀后,进入双螺杆挤出机挤压成熔融状态,然后用注射机将熔融体快速注入模具中,模具合模冷却定型;开模后成品进入副模,在副模内通过切割机切边即得。
实施例2
一种电力电表外壳材料的制备工艺,其包括如下步骤:
按照重量份称取下述各原料,其中,聚氯乙烯100份,聚乙烯70份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯50份,玻璃纤维42份,聚碳酸酯36份,聚乳酸28份,十溴二苯乙烷22份,聚二甲基硅氧烷20份,甲壳素15份,氮化硅粉12份,碳化硅粉8份,琥珀酸钠5份,滑石粉4份,硫酸钡3份,石墨粉2份;玻璃纤维的长度为5mm;氮化硅粉、碳化硅粉、琥珀酸钠、滑石粉、硫酸钡以及石墨粉的粒径控制在300目;
将各原料依次加入离心机中,1000转/min离心搅拌3分钟,混合均匀后,进入双螺杆挤出机挤压成熔融状态,然后用注射机将熔融体快速注入模具中,模具合模冷却定型;开模后成品进入副模,在副模内通过切割机切边即得。
实施例3
本发明制备的电表外壳材料的性能测试:
针对本发明实施例1和2制备的电表外壳材料进行性能测试;其中模收缩按ASTM D955测试;弯曲强度按ASTM D790测试;拉伸强度根据ASTM D638测试;缺口冲击强度按ASTM D256测试;热变形温度按ASTM D648测试。所得材料的测试结果见表1:

结论:本发明制备的电表外壳各原料组份之间具备较好的协同作用,机械性能较好,并且具备优良的热稳定性和阻燃性能(阻燃性UL94为V0级);本发明制备的电表外壳在高温条件下,仍能保持较好的机械性能,并且不易变性;原料成本低廉,低于市场常用的聚碳酸酯树脂电表外壳的成本,有利于工业化生产;本发明制备工艺简单可行,适合规模化生产。
最后,还需要注意的是,以上列举的仅是本发明的若干个具体实施例。显然,本发明不限于以上实施例,还可以有许多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种电力电表外壳材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺包括如下步骤:
1)按照重量份称取下述各原料备用:其中,聚氯乙烯90-100份,聚乙烯60-70份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯40-50份,玻璃纤维38-42份,聚碳酸酯30-36份,聚乳酸25-28份,十溴二苯乙烷20-22份,聚二甲基硅氧烷18-20份,甲壳素12-15份,氮化硅粉10-12份,碳化硅粉7-8份,琥珀酸钠4-5份,滑石粉2-4份,硫酸钡2-3份,石墨粉1-2份;
2)将各原料依次加入离心机中,1000转/min离心搅拌3分钟,混合均匀后,进入双螺杆挤出机挤压成熔融状态,然后用注射机将熔融体快速注入模具中,模具合模冷却定型;开模后成品进入副模,在副模内通过切割机切边即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维的长度优选为1-5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于,所述氮化硅粉、碳化硅粉、琥珀酸钠、滑石粉、硫酸钡以及石墨粉的粒径均控制在200目以上。
