本发明属于水处理材料的研发技术领域,具体涉及一种疏水膜专用水处理剂,所述的水处理剂由下述材料按照质量百分比组成:聚天冬氨酸5-7%、聚氧琥珀酸10-13%、聚丙烯酸2-5%、水解聚马来酸酐7-10%及余量的水。本发明主要用于疏水膜的清洗处理。

一种疏水膜专用水处理剂
技术领域
本发明属于水处理材料的研发技术领域,具体涉及一种疏水膜专用水处理剂。
背景技术
疏水膜作为膜蒸馏过程汽-液相平衡的界面及热、质传递的界面,它无疑对分离过程起着至关重要的作用。在膜蒸馏过程中,随着分离的进行,由于浓差极化和无机盐溶解度随温度的变化,膜表面会出现沉积物。沉积物会破坏膜的疏水性影响渗透液的质量,同时影响膜蒸馏传递过程降低渗透通量,从而形成膜污染。
在实际应用过程中,膜蒸馏可能会遇到不同种类及浓度的溶液,膜污染是不可避免的。但可以减少膜污染生成,如未处理的苦咸水含有难溶无机盐,在无机盐浓度较低时,通过料液预处理剔除不溶物可以有效防止沉积物的出现。如在膜蒸馏过程中,加入水处理剂以防止对疏水膜的污染,保证***稳定、长效的运行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种疏水膜专用水处理剂,其性能稳定,适用范围广,不破坏疏水膜性能,达到生产设计要求。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种疏水膜专用水处理剂,所述的水处理剂由下述材料按照质量百分比组成:聚天冬氨酸5-7%、聚氧琥珀酸10-13%、聚丙烯酸2-5%、水解聚马来酸酐7-10%及余量的水。
所述的聚天冬氨酸简称:PASP、聚氧琥珀酸简称:PESA、聚丙烯酸简称:PAA、水解聚马来酸酐简称:HPMA,上述材料均为市售的产品。
本发明的有益效果:本品具有良好的阻垢分散性能,并对疏水膜具有显著的保护作用,大大延长了疏水膜的使用周期,使疏水膜***长效、安全、稳定的运行。
具体实施方式
实施例1、一种疏水膜专用水处理剂,所述的水处理剂由下述材料按照质量百分比组成:聚天冬氨酸5%、聚氧琥珀酸10%、聚丙烯酸2%、水解聚马来酸酐7%及余量的水。
制备方法:在反应釜中依次加入:PASP、PESA、PAA、HPMA及余量的水,搅拌1.5小时,即得本品。
实施例2、一种疏水膜专用水处理剂,所述的水处理剂由下述材料按照质量百分比组成:聚天冬氨酸7%、聚氧琥珀酸13%、聚丙烯酸5%、水解聚马来酸酐10%及余量的水。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3、一种疏水膜专用水处理剂,所述的水处理剂由下述材料按照质量百分比组成:聚天冬氨酸6%、聚氧琥珀酸11.5%、聚丙烯酸3.5%、水解聚马来酸酐8.5%及余量的水。
制备方法同实施例1。
实践验证:在反应釜中依次加入:PASP60kg、PESA110kg、PAA35kg、HPMA85kg,水710kg,搅拌1.5小时,即得本品。将本品与市售产品进行阻垢性能评价对比试验。水质取自某煤化工厂,水质CaCO3含量为490mg/L,在相同的条件下,投加量:10mg/L,分别在加入本品、市售产品。结果如下表所示:

结论:由上述表格可以看出,本品作为疏水膜专用水处理剂具有良好的阻垢性能,在低投加量也有显著的阻垢作用,使水质达到疏水膜运行标准,降低了企业的运行成本。

1.一种疏水膜专用水处理剂,其特征在于:所述的水处理剂由下述材料按照质量百分比组成:聚天冬氨酸6%、聚氧琥珀酸11.5%、聚丙烯酸3.5%、水解聚马来酸酐8.5%及余量的水。
