本发明公开了一种除菌环保型木板,包括:除菌层、粘合剂和基板,所述除菌层通过所述粘合剂固定安装在所述基板的上表面,所述除菌层由竹炭纤维和二氧化钛高温混合而成,按照质量分数进行配比:所述竹炭纤维的含量占60-70%,所述二氧化钛的含量占30-40%,所述粘合剂由碳酰二胺、三聚氰胺和三乙醇胺有机结合而成,按照质量分数进行配比:所述碳酰二胺的含量占30-35%,所述三聚氰胺的含量占40-45%,所述三乙醇胺的含量占20-30%,通过上述方式,本发明不仅能够使得木板具备有良好的除菌效果,还具备有极佳的环保性,有利于木板行业的推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种木业领域,特别涉及一种除菌环保型木板。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,各行各业均不断崛起,而木板作为家装中经常使用的材料,同时由于各种板材所具备的各项性能均有不同,因此在采用各种板材制造家装木板时均会存在一些问题,而随着现在生活水平的不断提高,人们对于居住环境的要求也越来越高,同时传统的木板并没有除菌的功效,且并不环保,很难满足现有人们的要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种除菌环保型木板,不仅能够使得木板具备有良好的除菌效果,还具备有极佳的环保性,有利于木板行业的推广。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种除菌环保型木板,包括:除菌层、粘合剂和基板,所述除菌层通过所述粘合剂固定安装在所述基板的上表面,所述除菌层由竹炭纤维和二氧化钛高温混合而成,按照质量分数进行配比:所述竹炭纤维的含量占60-70%,所述二氧化钛的含量占30-40%,所述粘合剂由碳酰二胺、三聚氰胺和三乙醇胺有机结合而成,按照质量分数进行配比:所述碳酰二胺的含量占30-35%,所述三聚氰胺的含量占40-45%,所述三乙醇胺的含量占20-30%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述除菌层的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基板的厚度为2-5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基板由木质纤维构成,成本便宜,加工方便。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明除菌环保型木板不仅能够使得木板具备有良好的除菌效果,还具备有极佳的环保性,有利于木板行业的推广。

一种除菌环保型木板,包括:除菌层、粘合剂和基板,所述除菌层通过所述粘合剂固定安装在所述基板的上表面,所述除菌层由竹炭纤维和二氧化钛高温混合而成,按照质量分数进行配比:所述竹炭纤维的含量占60%,所述二氧化钛的含量占40%,所述粘合剂由碳酰二胺、三聚氰胺和三乙醇胺有机结合而成,按照质量分数进行配比:所述碳酰二胺的含量占30%,所述三聚氰胺的含量占40%,所述三乙醇胺的含量占30%。
实施例2:
一种除菌环保型木板,包括:除菌层、粘合剂和基板,所述除菌层通过所述粘合剂固定安装在所述基板的上表面,所述除菌层由竹炭纤维和二氧化钛高温混合而成,按照质量分数进行配比:所述竹炭纤维的含量占70%,所述二氧化钛的含量占30%,所述粘合剂由碳酰二胺、三聚氰胺和三乙醇胺有机结合而成,按照质量分数进行配比:所述碳酰二胺的含量占35%,所述三聚氰胺的含量占45%,所述三乙醇胺的含量占20%。
实施例3:
一种除菌环保型木板,包括:除菌层、粘合剂和基板,所述除菌层通过所述粘合剂固定安装在所述基板的上表面,所述除菌层由竹炭纤维和二氧化钛高温混合而成,按照质量分数进行配比:所述竹炭纤维的含量占65%,所述二氧化钛的含量占35%,所述粘合剂由碳酰二胺、三聚氰胺和三乙醇胺有机结合而成,按照质量分数进行配比:所述碳酰二胺的含量占32%,所述三聚氰胺的含量占43%,所述三乙醇胺的含量占25%。
进一步说明,所述除菌层的厚度为0.3-0.5mm;所述基板的厚度为2-5mm;所述基板由木质纤维构成,成本便宜,加工方便。
再进一步说明,本发明除菌环保型木板采用具备有较强除菌功效的竹炭纤维和二氧化钛高温混合成除菌层,然后将碳酰二胺、三聚氰胺和三乙醇胺有机结合而成的粘合剂连接除菌层和基板,使得整体具备有较好的性能,从而使得使得木板具备有良好的除菌效果,还具备有极佳的环保性,有利于木板行业的推广。

1.一种除菌环保型木板,其特征在于,包括:除菌层、粘合剂和基板,所述除菌层通过所述粘合剂固定安装在所述基板的上表面,所述除菌层由竹炭纤维和二氧化钛高温混合而成,按照质量分数进行配比:所述竹炭纤维的含量占60-70%,所述二氧化钛的含量占30-40%,所述粘合剂由碳酰二胺、三聚氰胺和三乙醇胺有机结合而成,按照质量分数进行配比:所述碳酰二胺的含量占30-35%,所述三聚氰胺的含量占40-45%,所述三乙醇胺的含量占20-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除菌环保型木板,其特征在于,所述除菌层的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除菌环保型木板,其特征在于,所述基板的厚度为2-5mm。
