本发明涉及编织工艺品用材料改性处理领域,具体涉及一种稻草用柔软防蛀长效改性浸泡液及其使用方法,其组成原料的重量份为:吡咯烷酮羧酸钠1-2、乙二醇单丁醚4-5、聚六甲基亚胍0.1-0.2、聚异丁烯8-10、碳酸氢钠20-25、印楝树叶2-3、水250-280、助剂4-5;本发明制备的浸泡液不含挥发性毒性有机物成分,不污染使用环境,吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、聚异丁烯、碳酸氢钠等成分,能够有效的软化纤维质,改进稻草的硬度和韧性,改善编织性能,赋予其柔软光滑的手感,印楝树叶、聚六甲基亚胍等能提高稻草的防腐、防蛀能力,防止细菌虫蚁的破坏,浸泡处理后的稻草不易折断,更易加工成型,加工过程省时省力,所得产品不易霉腐,光亮柔软,经久耐用。

本发明涉及编织工艺品用材料改性处理领域,具体涉及一种稻草用柔软防蛀长效改性浸泡液及其使用方法。
背景技术
藤条、柳条、竹条、各类秸秆等天然编制材料制作的工艺品具有极高的观赏和实用价值,产品远销国内外,极受消费者喜爱,市场潜力巨大。由于它们的生物特质,存在易燃、易裂、易虫蛀腐烂等缺点,在实际使用过程中需要进行一系列的改性处理,以改善其力学性能和理化性质,使其更易加工和运输储存,提高观赏价值和实用性能,常用的处理手段是采用改性液对材料浸泡处理,因此,改性液的配制尤为重要,理想的改性液需要具备环保无毒、改性效果持久、不影响美观等特点。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种稻草用柔软防蛀长效改性浸泡液及其使用方法,以改善稻草的使用性能,增进实用价值,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种稻草用柔软防蛀长效改性浸泡液及其使用方法,其特征在于,该浸泡液由以下重量份的原料制成:吡咯烷酮羧酸钠1-2、乙二醇单丁醚4-5、聚六甲基亚胍0.1-0.2、聚异丁烯8-10、碳酸氢钠20-25、印楝树叶2-3、水250-280、助剂4-5;
助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸8-10、水合硫酸铝4-5、硫酸氧钛1-2、黄酒15-18、杨梅果渣2-4、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯6-8,其制备方法为:先将杨梅果渣放入5倍其重量份的水中,煎煮1-1.5h,过滤,所得滤液冷却后加入聚甲基丙烯酸、水合硫酸铝、硫酸氧钛,搅拌,再加入其它剩余物料,继续搅拌溶解分散40-50min,即得助剂。
所述的一种稻草用柔软防蛀长效改性浸泡液及其使用方法,其制备方法为:先将印楝树叶加入水中,煎煮2-3h,过滤,所得滤液冷却至50-60℃时,加入吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、聚六甲基亚胍、碳酸氢钠,搅拌至物料完全溶解后,再加入其它剩余物料,继续搅拌40-50min,即得浸泡液。
所述的一种稻草用柔软防蛀长效改性浸泡液及其使用方法,其使用方法为:将预处理后的稻草完全没入上述浸泡液中,加热至40-50℃,保温密闭浸泡18-22h,取出清水洗净自然晾干或烘干均可。
本发明的浸泡液优点在于:其采用的原料均为环保成分,不含挥发性毒性有机物成分,不污染使用环境;原料中的吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、聚异丁烯、碳酸氢钠等有效成分渗入稻草内部后,能够有效的软化纤维质,改进稻草的硬度和韧性,改善编织性能,赋予其柔软光滑的手感,印楝树叶、聚六甲基亚胍等原料能够有效的提高稻草的防腐、防蛀能力,防止细菌虫蚁的破坏,本发明浸泡液制备方法及使用方法简单,化学性能稳定,废液回收处理简单,浸泡处理后的稻草不易折断,更易加工成型,加工过程省时省力,所得产品不易霉腐,光亮柔软,经久耐用。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的浸泡液由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制得:吡咯烷酮羧酸钠2、乙二醇单丁醚5、聚六甲基亚胍0.1、聚异丁烯8、碳酸氢钠25、印楝树叶3、水280、助剂5;助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸8、水合硫酸铝4、硫酸氧钛1、黄酒18、杨梅果渣3、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯8,其制备方法为:先将杨梅果渣放入5倍其重量份的水中,煎煮1.5h,过滤,所得滤液冷却后加入聚甲基丙烯酸、水合硫酸铝、硫酸氧钛,搅拌,再加入其它剩余物料,继续搅拌溶解分散50min,即得助剂。
本实施例的浸泡液制备方法为:先将印楝树叶加入水中,煎煮3h,过滤,所得滤液冷却至50-60℃时,加入吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、聚六甲基亚胍、碳酸氢钠,搅拌至物料完全溶解后,再加入其它剩余物料,继续搅拌50min,即得浸泡液。
将预处理后的稻草完全没入上述浸泡液中,加热至40-50℃,保温密闭浸泡20h,取出清水洗净自然晾干或烘干,再进行后续工序。在后续编织过程中,本实施例浸泡液处理后的稻草抗冲击强度较传统方法处理的材料增加18.4%,弯曲强度提高24.3%,燃烧试验表明,浸泡改性后的稻草热释放速率降低56.4%,总放热率降低54.8%。处理后的材料编织时更容易,省时省力,产品平均生产时间降低14.5%,产品放置1年以上无变色、腐蛀、裂纹等问题。

Claims (3)

1.一种稻草用柔软防蛀长效改性浸泡液及其使用方法,其特征在于,该浸泡液由以下重量份的原料制成:吡咯烷酮羧酸钠1-2、乙二醇单丁醚4-5、聚六甲基亚胍0.1-0.2、聚异丁烯8-10、碳酸氢钠20-25、印楝树叶2-3、水250-280、助剂4-5;
助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸8-10、水合硫酸铝4-5、硫酸氧钛1-2、黄酒15-18、杨梅果渣2-4、乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯6-8,其制备方法为:先将杨梅果渣放入5倍其重量份的水中,煎煮1-1.5h,过滤,所得滤液冷却后加入聚甲基丙烯酸、水合硫酸铝、硫酸氧钛,搅拌,再加入其它剩余物料,继续搅拌溶解分散40-50min,即得助剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种稻草用柔软防蛀长效改性浸泡液及其使用方法,其制备方法为:先将印楝树叶加入水中,煎煮2-3h,过滤,所得滤液冷却至50-60℃时,加入吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、聚六甲基亚胍、碳酸氢钠,搅拌至物料完全溶解后,再加入其它剩余物料,继续搅拌40-50min,即得浸泡液。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种稻草用柔软防蛀长效改性浸泡液及其使用方法,其使用方法为:将预处理后的稻草完全没入上述浸泡液中,加热至40-50℃,保温密闭浸泡18-22h,取出清水洗净自然晾干或烘干均可。
