Abstract

本发明公开了属于婴幼儿用品技术领域的一种能进行运动量计算的纸尿裤。它包括纸尿布本体及护围，所述纸尿布本体底部内侧设有运动计量器，所述纸尿布本体由外部的防水层，次外部的亲水无纺布层和内部的吸水层组成。本发明的纸尿裤能够实时监控婴幼儿的运动量，使父母可以控制婴儿运动，保持婴幼儿健康生长。本发明的运动计量器采用重力加速度传感器进行运动量感知，陀螺仪矫正，具有准确，迅速，可靠的优点；小蓟提取物或马唐提取物既可以起到杀菌作用，增加吸尿量，又可以促使重力加速度传感器发挥功能，提高效率。

技术领域
本发明属于婴幼儿用品技术领域，具体涉及一种能进行运动量计算的纸尿裤。
背景技术
纸尿裤是婴幼儿常用物品，纸尿裤经过几代技术改进，目前，已经达到了很好的使用效果，同时，也具有多种多样的功能，如检测病菌，病毒，分析佩戴婴儿的营养状况，自动报警等功能。
婴幼儿生长到5个月以上开始运动，婴幼儿保持适量的运动有助于其生长发育，婴儿运动量的控制全靠父母根据经验来管控，没有一定的量化标准，导致婴幼儿运动量过小或者过大，过小会导致婴幼儿肥胖，过大则导致婴幼儿生长缓慢，不利于其生长发育，因此，急需能够实时记录婴幼儿运动量的简易设备，帮助婴幼儿监护人合理安排婴幼儿的运动量。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的缺陷，提出一种能进行运动量计算的纸尿裤。
一种能进行运动量计算的纸尿裤，包括纸尿布本体1及护围2，其特征在于，所述纸尿布本体1底部内侧设有运动计量器3，所述纸尿布本体1由外部的防水层4，次外部的亲水无纺布层5和内部的吸水层6组成；
所述运动计量器3的结构为：无线接口模块7与电源模块8相连，电源模块8分别与重力加速度传感器9，存储模块10和计算模块11相连，重力加速度传感器9依次与存储模块10和计算模块11相连，存储模块10与陀螺仪12相连。
所述吸水层6内设有小蓟提取物或马唐提取物。
所述小蓟提取物的提取方法为：将小蓟粉碎，装入煎煮包中浸泡10min-8h，移入煎煮罐中，在温度60-110度条件下煎煮10min-7h，最后将煎煮液喷雾制粉，得到小蓟提取物。
所述马唐提取物的提取方法为：将马唐晒干，粉碎，过80-100目筛，加入2-5倍重量的70％乙醇溶液回流提取1-3次，滤渣采用2-3倍重量的去离子水回流提取1次，合并滤液，蒸干制成。
所述计算模块11与液晶显示屏相连。
所述防水层4由高分子树脂材料或天然防水纤维制成。
所述高分子树脂材料为聚氨酯，聚丙烯酸酯或聚乙烯醇树脂。
所述天然防水纤维为剑麻纤维、蕉麻纤维或桑蚕丝。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的纸尿裤能够实时监控婴幼儿的运动量，使父母可以控制婴儿运动，保持婴幼儿健康生长。本发明的运动计量器采用重力加速度传感器进行运动量感知，陀螺仪矫正，具有准确，迅速，可靠的优点；小蓟提取物或马唐提取物既可以起到杀菌作用，增加吸尿量，又可以促使重力加速度传感器发挥功能，提高效率。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种能进行运动量计算的纸尿裤，如图1-3所示，包括纸尿布本体1及护围2，其特征在于，所述纸尿布本体1底部内侧设有运动计量器3，所述纸尿布本体1由外部的防水层4，次外部的亲水无纺布层5和内部的吸水层6组成；
所述运动计量器3的结构为：无线接口模块7与电源模块8相连，电源模块8分别与重力加速度传感器9，存储模块10和计算模块11相连，重力加速度传感器9依次与存储模块10和计算模块11相连，存储模块10与陀螺仪12相连。重力加速度传感器9可以将其感知的加速度力的变化转化为电信号，从而产生采集数据，陀螺仪可以矫正重力加速度传感器9的感知偏差，并且产生矫正的数据采集。重力加速度传感器9和陀螺仪12产生的采集数据存入存储模块，同过计算模块计算出所需数据，显示给液晶显示屏输出。
所述吸水层6内设有小蓟提取物。所述小蓟提取物的提取方法为：将小蓟粉碎，装入煎煮包中浸泡10min-8h，移入煎煮罐中，在温度60-110度条件下煎煮10min-7h，最后将煎煮液喷雾制粉，得到小蓟提取物。
所述计算模块11与液晶显示屏相连。
所述防水层4由高分子树脂材料或天然防水纤维制成。

实施例2
一种能进行运动量计算的纸尿裤，如图1-3所示，包括纸尿布本体1及护围2，其特征在于，所述纸尿布本体1底部内侧设有运动计量器3，所述纸尿布本体1由外部的防水层4，次外部的亲水无纺布层5和内部的吸水层6组成；
所述运动计量器3的结构为：无线接口模块7与电源模块8相连，电源模块8分别与重力加速度传感器9，存储模块10和计算模块11相连，重力加速度传感器9依次与存储模块10和计算模块11相连，存储模块10与陀螺仪12相连。重力加速度传感器9可以将其感知的加速度力的变化转化为电信号，从而产生采集数据，陀螺仪可以矫正重力加速度传感器9的感知偏差，并且产生矫正的数据采集。重力加速度传感器9和陀螺仪12产生的采集数据存入存储模块，同过计算模块计算出所需数据，显示给液晶显示屏输出。
所述吸水层6内设有马唐提取物。所述马唐提取物的提取方法为：将马唐西干，粉碎，过80-100目筛，加入2-5倍重量的70％乙醇溶液回流提取1-3次，滤渣采用2-3倍重量的去离子水回流提取1次，合并滤液，蒸干制成。
所述计算模块11与液晶显示屏相连。
所述防水层4由高分子树脂材料或天然防水纤维制成。所述高分子树脂材料为聚丙烯酸酯。所述天然防水纤维为桑蚕丝。

其他技术方法与实施例1相同，所述吸水层6内不设有小蓟提取物。所制备的纸尿裤吸尿量减少，并且影响运动量检测的准确性。

1.一种能进行运动量计算的纸尿裤，包括纸尿布本体(1)及护围(2)，其特征在于，所述纸尿布本体(1)底部内侧设有运动计量器(3)，所述纸尿布本体(1)由外部的防水层(4)，次外部的亲水无纺布层(5)和内部的吸水层(6)组成；
所述运动计量器(3)的结构为：无线接口模块(7)与电源模块(8)相连，电源模块(8)分别与重力加速度传感器(9)，存储模块(10)和计算模块(11)相连，重力加速度传感器(9)依次与存储模块(10)和计算模块(11)相连，存储模块(10)与陀螺仪(12)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种能进行运动量计算的纸尿裤，其特征在于，所述吸水层(6)内设有小蓟提取物或马唐提取物。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种能进行运动量计算的纸尿裤，其特征在于，所述小蓟提取物的提取方法为：将小蓟粉碎，装入煎煮包中浸泡10min-8h，移入煎煮罐中，在温度60-110度条件下煎煮10min-7h，最后将煎煮液喷雾制粉，得到小蓟提取物。

7.根据权利要求6所述一种能进行运动量计算的纸尿裤，其特征在于，所述高分子树脂材料为聚氨酯，聚丙烯酸酯或聚乙烯醇树脂。
8.根据权利要求6所述一种能进行运动量计算的纸尿裤，其特征在于，所述天然防水纤维为剑麻纤维、蕉麻纤维或桑蚕丝。
