背景技术
  随着乡镇、县经济建设的发展,城市规模的进一步扩大,部分水厂现有水井和高位蓄水池已不能满足人民生活日益增长的需求,需扩大供水能力,新增水源地,同时需对水源地及蓄水池进行集中控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水井PLC控制的自来水供水***的中央控制设备,旨在对水源地及蓄水池分别进行PLC集中控制。为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是本发明涉及一种水井PLC控制的自来水供水***的中央控制设备由工控机1、组太软件2、中央PLC可编程控制器3、水井PLC可编程控制器4、变频器5组成,其特征在于所述的一种水井PLC控制的自来水供水***的中央控制设备中央PLC可编程控制器3和水井PLC可编程控制器4作为中央控制设备,根据工控机1下达的指令和检测到的现场压力等信息,计算出二次管网供水变频器5的转速指令,通过模拟量控制变频器的转速以获得供水管网的恒定压力。

下面结合图1讲述一种水井PLC控制的自来水供水***的中央控制设备的工作原理:
本发明涉及一种水井PLC控制的自来水供水***的中央控制设备的中央控制设备由工控机1、组太软件2、PLC可编程控制器3、变频器4组成,其特征在于所述的一种水井PLC控制的自来水供水***的中央控制设备的中央控制设备PLC作为中央控制设备,根据工控机1下达的指令和检测到的现场压力等信息,计算出二次管网供水变频器4的转速指令,通过模拟量控制变频器的转速以获得供水管网的恒定压力。水厂现有一台变频器控制四台水泵,实现二次增压供水。用一台变频器拖动四台水泵的恒压供水,在水压低于设定下限一段时间后,将变频器当前拖动的水泵切换到工频供电关态,该水泵以全速工作,并将变频器切换到下一台水泵,在水压高于设定上限一定时间后,变频器自动从当前控制的水泵切换到另外一台工频供电的水泵,变频器原来所带的水泵停止工作。所有工频供电的水泵全速供电,变频器拖动一台水泵根据PLC输出的转速指令实现自动恒压供水。PLC根据蓄水池水位信号计算出供水水井的数量,并根据各水井供水时间的长短,计算出哪些泵优先启动供水, 哪些泵优先停机,通过通信方式传送到各水井PLC分站,并通过通信方式获得各水井PLC传送回来的参数,如电压、电流、转速、故障等参数。

1.本发明涉及一种水井PLC控制的自来水供水***的中央控制设备由工控机1、组太软件2、中央PLC可编程控制器3、水井PLC可编程控制器4、变频器5组成,其特征在于所述的一种水井PLC控制的自来水供水***的中央控制设备中央PLC可编程控制器3和水井PLC可编程控制器4作为中央控制设备,根据工控机1下达的指令和检测到的现场压力等信息,计算出二次管网供水变频器5的转速指令,通过模拟量控制变频器的转速以获得供水管网的恒定压力。
