本发明公开了一种倾斜式唇板，包括有流浆箱体，流浆箱体的出口部位设有相互配合的上唇板和下唇板，上唇板的安装端设有硫化为一体的弹性变形部；所述流浆箱体外壁上转动安装有螺母，螺母中旋装有丝杆，丝杆的下端安装在上唇板的后端；所述下唇板上安装有距离传感器，所述流浆箱体外安装有控制器和报警器，距离传感器的输出端接入到控制器中，控制器的输出端接入到报警器上。本发明结构设计巧妙，通过距离传感器的设置，可以很好的控制住上唇板移动的幅度，将上、下唇板之间的距离有效地控制好，进而提高了进浆效果。

一种倾斜式唇板
技术领域：
    本发明主要涉及流浆箱技术领域，尤其涉及一种倾斜式唇板。
背景技术：
倾斜式唇板是最常见的一种上浆装置,适合于车速很低的长网造纸机，它包括有上、下唇板，上唇板可以沿铰链中心转动,实现唇板开口高度实现唇板开口高度的整体调整。但是，唇板开口的高度并不能精确到一个确切点，还是会影响到进浆的效果。此外，已有技术的唇板弹性效果不好，影响到上唇板的位置调整。
发明内容：
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种倾斜式唇板，它能控制住上、下唇板之间开口的距离。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种倾斜式唇板，包括有流浆箱体，流浆箱体的出口部位设有相互配合的上唇板和下唇板，其特征在于：上唇板的安装端设有硫化为一体的弹性变形部；所述流浆箱体外壁上转动安装有螺母，螺母中旋装有丝杆，丝杆的下端安装在上唇板的后端；所述下唇板上安装有距离传感器，所述流浆箱体外安装有控制器和报警器，距离传感器的输出端接入到控制器中，控制器的输出端接入到报警器上。
一种倾斜式唇板，其特征在于：所述下唇板的下方设置有胸辊。
本发明通过丝杆螺母的原理，通过丝杆控制上唇板后端的高度，由于上唇板的安装端设有硫化为一体的弹性变形部，使得上唇板的调整更加容易。
本发明的优点是：
本发明结构设计巧妙，通过距离传感器的设置，可以很好的控制住上唇板移动的幅度，将上、下唇板之间的距离有效地控制好，进而提高了进浆效果。

一种倾斜式唇板，包括有流浆箱体1，流浆箱体1的出口部位设有相互配合的上唇板2和下唇板3，上唇板2的安装端设有硫化为一体的弹性变形部4；所述流浆箱体外壁上转动安装有螺母5，螺母5中旋装有丝杆6，丝杆6的下端安装气缸7，气缸7的活塞杆向下并安装在上唇板2的后端；所述下唇板2上安装有距离传感器8，所述流浆箱体外安装有控制器9和报警器10，距离传感器8的输出端接入到控制器9中，控制器9的输出端接入到报警器10上。
下唇板2的下方设置有胸辊11。

1.一种倾斜式唇板，包括有流浆箱体，流浆箱体的出口部位设有相互配合的上唇板和下唇板，其特征在于：上唇板的安装端设有硫化为一体的弹性变形部；所述流浆箱体外壁上转动安装有螺母，螺母中旋装有丝杆，丝杆的下端安装在上唇板的后端；所述下唇板上安装有距离传感器，所述流浆箱体外安装有控制器和报警器，距离传感器的输出端接入到控制器中，控制器的输出端接入到报警器上。
